Ivan was able to fix our washer when another company didn't really try to find the problem. The only downside was the business closes at 5:30 and he arrived at 5:00 and wasn't able to finish the extra maintenance on the dryers that we wanted to have done because he was here until 6:20 fixing the washer.

First appointment they were late by 5 hours, causing us to wait unnecessarily for the tech to be in the house 10 minutes and didn t even touch the fridge. In the last appointment they came on time but they send a new tech that had to be on the phone with the previous tech asking what to do. Waste of everyone else s time. When I asked for a number to call in case the repair was unsuccessful the tech referred me to another company.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

It cost over $300.00 to have a dryer belt replaced. Part $18.00 Labor $289.00 plus $20.00 in tax. Plan on spending way way too much in repairs through Sears. Job only took 20 minutes!!!
