was supposed to fix the throttle just got it back and it hadn t been touched made the mistake of sending my assistant to pick it up who knew nothing about scooters and did not know to check it

I have been taking my scooter their since it's been given me problems . These guys are actually decent people !They actually are honest and want to help the customer , and most of all, their price are not crazy like other places !The owner is also a cool lay back guy , he tries to help you not break your pocket , I hope they stay in business for a while . I recommend this shop to anyone !

i ll like to say this was the worst customer service we ve ever received. I took my generator to get the puller/string repaired. The owner automatically said it would be an $85 charge to the repair (overpriced) and would be due after it s fixed. The day i left the generator there, owner said it would be ready in 6 days which is odd because it should ve been a quick fix. Besides the point, he said he d call back on exact date he wrote down on the paper he gave me . Keep in mind i need this generator for work everyday.Shop closes at 5:30pm.The day it was suppose to be ready, i never got a call and the phone was not being answered. so i decided to go there myself and ask. Owners said the person that was supposed to fix it didn t show up . The least he could ve done is call me to say it s not ready when he said it was gonna be. I demanded my generator back but he said no and to wait till the next day which is crazy because it s MY generator. He insisted on me waiting next day at 8:30am, he promised it would be ready and said sorry. Anyways i decided to wait till next day. I showed up right at 8:30am and once again it was not ready after he promised and did his whole act saying it would be ready. He said the mechanic didn t show up again. so all he did was rudely give me my generator and walked away laughing. the audacity.Thank God i didn t pay him. worst service and probably would ve made my generator worse. I went to a different spot right after i left there and that business fixed my generator up in 15 minutes for only $15. Crazy how these owners at scooters & small engine repairs were trying to steal my money too when the other shop fixed it quickly and cheaper now it works perfectly. Never coming back here or recommending anyone here. so rude. if u have a business atleast try learn how to run it properly or don t have one at all.

Took 2 lawn mowers for repair, I was told 2-3 days, waited 6 weeks exact!!! Never got my mowers fixed or a call or ANYTHING. Stated he didn t have anyone to fix it but there were 4 guys working at the shop. Apparently the owner doesn t know how to fix. All he does is answer the phone. Horrible business!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Take your business down the street to the other shop 300 feet away

Very expressive on the bike and four wheelers. Oh and just drop off because if you wait for repair it will take hours.Also the place looks like a salvage yard inside but they do have the parts and they will fix it . But just took forever. Oh and not the most friendly people in the world ither.I need to find a new place for repairs.

Took motor for a small pulley repair. Next day machine took forever to start , come to find out . Motor was messed with. Shady stuff happens here..

I just went there for a primer button/bulb for a gas weed eater. He gave me a fair price and had it in my hands in 5 minutes. And he was nice on top of it. Can t ask for much more than that.

I've been going to this shop for years. They are very flexible. They have rescued me many times. The prices a bit high but dont know anyone closer to fix my products

The owner is extremely rude.I took my electric scooter there to fix a loose screw on the handle bar. After that the accelerator broke and it doesn t take charge anymore and he says it s not his problem. Waste of money and time. My scooter is now worse than before. It was a simple problem that I should have fixed at home.And they Extremely overcharge

Don t waste your time. Owner thinks he is Elon musk or someone. All prices are ridiculously overcharged. Horrible customer service. Tried to consult them on two different occasions one for a scooter instillation and the sencond time just to change a back tire on a scooter. ( he wanted a $100 and the actual tires are under $20 via internet, Walmart etc).Find you a local mechanic if you can. This company will rush you off the phone once they realize you know anything about mechanics.

Left my edger there and stated let me know how much it will be before you repair it he told me no problem he ended up repairing it trying to charge more than what the edger was worth to fix it and said he would not take the piece off he used to repair it. In other words he stole my edger. HATIM IS either a thief or has a huge memory problem.

This place has been a great place to do business. I 100% recommend this shop for any small engine repair and upgrades. They do a lot to help and they are not super expensive. Not many places like this exist with the type of people who run. The owner Hatim is one of the nicest and fairest people to work with.

I took my scooter for a ride to this shop.I needed a full synthetic oil change on my 150 scooter.I told the guy behind the desk what I needed done .The mechanic came out from the back , I showed him my bike and he told me no worries.He was done in about 15 minutes.He changed my oil, adjusted my brakes, tighten up all the bolts for $50.00 that was $15.00 less than the store I bought it from in thier service dept.I rode it home about 15 miles and could really feel the difference in performance, actually took the long way.Great experience for me.

They charged $40 to replace an inner tube on a scooter which is fine but the incompetent individual who works there didn't put the tire on correctly. Within 60 seconds of using the scooter the inner tube exploded! Very dangerous. Now I'm out all the time, I have to buy a new tube, wasted money , I can't use my scooter and made me sad on Christmas. Terrible place don't go.(edit)Not only this did place not fix my inner tube but they busted my new inner tube and broke the actual tire. I don't have enough bad things to say about this place.I'm still sad about how much this place sucks.

I have been going to this place for years now. And will continue to go and recommend it. I am seriously baffled how this place can get bad reviews. I read the good ones and it makes sense with my positive experience at this place. So! Simply said those bad reviews have got to be coming from people who can never be satisfied no matter what you do. And people do exist like that. This shop has helped me and fixed more than my scooter. They have fixed my lawnmower as well. Riding and push along with my trimmer. Prices are not high. And they have so many parts and if they don't have it they will get it.

During Hurricane Irma they prioritized generator repairs to help the community. Their mechanics appear to be competent and they have friendly service. Just beware, that they may perform service you don't need. Be sure to be very explicit with them.24 hours after I rebuilt the carburetor, performed an oil change, replaced all the fuel lines, fuel filter and spark plug, I still could not get the engine to run smoothly. I brought it to them. Without consent, they changed the oil, replaced O-rings in the carb and replaced the spark plug.They charged me for all of those services. I will be back for parts, but not for service. I was disappointed.

The WORST service I have EVER encountered. These are just low life guys trying to make some easy cash at your expense while wasting your time. All of the people working there are in dire need of a "Customer Service 101" class, ESPECIALLY the manager who is only interested in his best interest rather than the customer, and only manages to say "me..me...me" when you talk to him. I will never come back to this place and I wish there could've been a review for me to read that would say to not come here. These people do not deserve your money. Avoid this place at all costs so that it can shut down one day. If I could, I would give a -5 star rating.

I recently had my generator repaired to get it ready for Hurricane Dorian and they had me out the door the very same day for a very reasonable price, this place is extremely busy and has excellent workers and mechanics for small engine repairs. Walking into this place through the front door they have parts and pieces for literally everything that is small engine repair would need, I highly recommend this business !

They are liars!!! They took forever with my scooter repair that never happened and also took forever to give me an estimate that never happened either by the way. And then wanted to charge me for something that they never did and couldn t understand why I was upset... the positive review that are on her are from employees, do not go here this is a fair warning

Charged me $50 to clean carb on lawnmower. . Got home and lawnmower worked for 20 minutes. Called another guy and he fixed it correctly and said scooters did not clean or fix anything. DO NOT GO HERE

I was having problems with my peace 150cc scooter. I came to this scooter repair shop and had a conversation with the owner. I told him my scooter was jerking back and forth and wasn't consistently riding. He told me to bring my scooter to the mechanic he IMMEDIATELY spotted the problem and FIXED IT in like 30 mins. It was really fast and reliable service I was really GRATEFUL to have had such a good experience with them. I DEFINITELY recommend anybody that's having a problem with their scooter to bring it to these guys they'll help you out. Thank you guys !!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DONT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.!!!!! SERVICE IS TERRRIBLEEE THE OWNER IS A MONEY HUNGRY CON ARTIST THAT WILL SELL YOU ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE! He shouldn t even be in business !!! AND THERES NO RETURN IF HE SELLS YOU THE WRONG THING OR OF ITS DEFECTIVE THIS PLACE IS WORST THAN A DOLLAR STORE !

they were able to fix my issue when no one else could. Great service and experienced mechanic.Went a second time and was able to find a hard to find part for my mower

Worst shop Ever been to. Kept my motorcycle over a month without any contact. Left my bike untoutched, Completely forgot about it. Then whenever i called, manager got upset. Then when i finally came to pickup bike to take to better shop, it hadnt been turned on or touched in so long the battery died. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Oh, Where to start with these guys, Biggest RIP offs ever! I used to take 4 different fourwheelers fir any type of repair, it seem everytime I dropped off any fourwheeler, they dont give you prices and charge 1000$ in shop labour to removed your item they fixed, I didnt mind has the mechanics them self's are top notch and deserves a shop of his own, the mechanics them selves are super, and I mean super smart! But the owner that sits at his desk inside knows how to RIP you off, like i said i didnt mind i got good work done on my bikes, but i dropped a bike off over 30 days ago for a simple starter repair, and a month later nothing was done, and they had my bike tore apart left outside, my motor got filled with water destroying my bike! It sat there for over 30 days being destroyed by this company that doesnt care about you, your wallet, or your item. They ebay parts to get them at the cheapest market price then charges you x2-x3 fir that part. Just very unprofessional business, but the mechanic himself is golden.

Bad business I repeat bad business horrible rude service ONTOP of them lying about changing the oil in my machine stay away they will do what they can to rip you off. Now if your just buying a part they have ok but if you plan on using there services beware.

We drove quite a distance for a part for a pressure washer they said they had, arrived 40 minutes prior to closing, and found them closed. Several employees in the parking lot. When asked, boss said "I sent everyone home cuz it's raining". We asked about our part, were told to come back tomorrow for a used one. They're an hour from us...we won't be returning for that part.
