We took our van to Santana Transmission to have it rebuilt. Four months later it still doesn t work . To many stories and excuses and very upset. I had to sell my vehicle for less money because it didn t work . I had no more money to fix the vehicle. Be careful.

Very Disappointed with the way the owner handle customer service. Is my second time trying to fix a transmission and was told 4 times that he doesn't have time. I am a business owner as well, just be straight forward and sincere with why don't have time and don't gave me the run around for 3 weeks and severals calls.

6 months and still not good. Took it back 4 times and it still leaking trans oil. They kept my car for over 3wks on all 4 times i took it. When i got it back my rugs dirty with grease, and car scratched. the only good thing they did is give me a warranty, so I can take it back 4 times. if you want it fixed good, DON'T TAKE IT TO SANTANA'S

Very poor service, truck in shop over 3 weeks and still not working. Took to a different shop to get fixed. If you want your vehicle back in a timely manner don't take it to this shop.

This place is very tricky. My dad has a transmission installed and it gave out on him in lesser than a year paying over $3000 and brought the car back paid them and guess what the car broke down again luckily before the warranty.

It is a horrible place and its mechanics are even less helpful, personally I do not recommend them.Es un lugar horrible y sus mec�nicos peor nada de serviciales personalmente no los recomiendo.
