Attn to the owner or manager: This review is regarding the guys at your front desk. Both parts and service. Careful about them cuz they will bring this service business down. Part guy says he don't have parts and lubes all the time and sends you to other auto parts store. Says are cheaper and same quality. Service guy( big guy with beard, not the small guy, small guy is very nice btw)is charging customers for service they didn't do it. Oil change , ac repairs. He claims all has been done but if you know about cars a little you can see they didn't even change the oil filter and oil is dirty. Also when it's Friday they call customers and offer them discounts on service bills if they pay on Friday by 5 pm. Because they get commissions based on the amount they sell. Look out for them. I think it's time to rotate them.

Brought in a truck with a check engine light and service needed. Needed parts ordered in, they handled and got it back to work in 2 days. Thanks Travis and team for the quick turn around.

Biggest POS dealer in Florida. Worst most expensive service if you can call it that. Too bad you can take give negative stars.

I was driving back from Miami via Orlando while at evening I visited this place for gas. My god... I checked my bank account next day and I found got charged with $125.. what in a gas station? It's obviously untruth. I contact my bank, they as evidence what the merchant is says.( I used debit card so it's not a fault of them and not the bank fault) in race track website - unbelievable to me, buy you can file a complaint on the wrong charges.. made me to think..are they do this with other people too? So on my receipt I see the phone number of a shop2317 race track Orlando.. I call them..sure they can't do anything about it and they say to wait. Well ok. They given me back 95. Good but not for 2 and half days. So who used my money without my permission for 2 and half days.. and how one could have a courage just charge your card with $100 more. Like a deposit....now this ocured with me another time with Shell. So I asked them if anybody knows what is happening? It's not the banks, not the credit companies...but interestingly some gas station does this while other gas station are not onsite the same company. So Just Be AWARE!

Do not spend your money here they are overpriced take. Forever to change a break chamber call them at open just now getting done changing the break chamber at 2 PM do Not waste your time with these people a thousand dollars to come out and change a brake chamber b*******

Not for the working truck drivers. Bankers hours for parts. Seems we dont eat at night or need parts after 5pm or weekends.

This place is a joke. I am a small business owner with a small fleet of service vans. I was looking to purchase a used van for me fleet so i seen a advertisement for a 2012 e250 van price of 18,900.00. I called and confirmed the price and availability twice. Talked to the same person by the name of buddy. Was told van was there and price was as advertised.so i drove 2 hours to this joke of a car dealer. When i arive i was greeted by buddy. We looked at the van. Went inside to the sales table were we worked out a total of 20,461.00 out the door. I asked for 400.00 off the price to make the deal. He called the owner and came back with a price of 24,900.00 plus tax tag and title. What a joke. They got me out there at the sales table just to raise the price over 4000.00 on me. Do your self a favor. Dont waste your time going out there. Also when i asked to speak with the owner they told me to go across the street. What a joke and a big waste of time and money.

My business partner and I had to stop here recently. We asked for assistance by an individual named Drake A.He was extremely rude to both of us and very unhelpful. We will not be back.
