This is my go to place when I have a problem with a tire or I need rotation. This team has always been extremely efficient. Within minutes I'm out the door.. I will return.

This place took advantage of my dad. Took the car to get the tire checked out cause it had a nail. The guy focused on an old spot and didn't check the whole entire tire and the other nail was still left in there. They did NOT fix the problem. So in the morning the tire was low again. Had to go back. Which is an inconvenience. We wanted to see if they fix thier mistake since They didn't do thier job properly the first time. They had the audacity to charge again for thier mistake. This place is unprofessional. Do not go here!

listen to the reviews most of the reviews old these people really are a rip off and try to get over you each and every way i call them scammers they go to the back bring a used tire out tell you one price then another price ive been living over here for 35 plus year and i never bring my car to this tire shop they ripped off everybody i sent there some lady suppose to the manager here shes a terrible boss i dont even think shes the mangager i believe they lied to me so she can do they dirty work this play is only good for uhal trucks not even that part everything bad business about this play take the time and drive five 10 min out there is 100s of tire shops

I just can say I got the helping hand and human kindness I urgently needed for my tires to be checked. I received service immediately. The gentleman checked and air refilled all tires, made sure and assured me it was not a nail. When I asked how much I owed, a smile and hanshake was an answer.The only bummer was that I did not have any cash to tip.

Today was the 3rd time I have used these guys, the site looks a little ran down but the work they provide is spot on, best of all it's by far the cheapest and fastest in the AREA! Don't hesitate to use these guys!Update - Went back again yesterday (12/4/2018) to have tires taken off of a set of wheels and swapped over to some new wheels, Excellent Service yet again and can't beat the price! Tires and wheels drive super smooth up to 95mph so balance is spot on!

I had moved, and needed a uhaul, so I went online to get one and I needed accessories, came to the location and they only had my truck and no accessories, went to a main branch and no accessories.Yes I got a refund but holy hell my move became 2-3x longer and 2-3x more stressed, I was injured at the time and the accessories would of made it easier, I had to hand grab everything upstairs when I did not intend it.I do not care if the site is not optimized to determine, if you know you have someone coming then you should give a courtesy call about parts and not at last minute and force them to make a decisions. so horrible. never again.

This is place is living prove that smallBusineses can be Great. The Owners are super nice and very amicable. I have been using U-HAUL rental trucks for years and this is the only place I go to find great service with a welcoming smile. Thank you Pedro.

Picked up and dropped off a UHAUL trailer quick and efficient even aired up our tires at our request. Definetly keeping them in mind for our future tire needs

I highly recommend these guys. Staff is friendly and helpful, prices are great. The best part is how quick they are.. I had a scooter tire once the I needed to pop the bead on it , and they did it free of charge. I will definitely be back..

Inexperienced worker and extremely rude owner!They broke my vehicle's lug nut, rim lock key and lowered my car off the tire lift without putting on any of tire's lug nuts. They caused damage to my vehicle's tire and rims. The worker admits on causing damage! Barbara who claimed on being the owner assumed no responsibility. They won't pay for my damages and told me to go away.I would stay away from them and do not recommend them at all, they damage vehicles and provide extremely rude customer service.I wish I could give zero stars!!!

My tire popped early this morning which made my day start rough throughout the day I was calling different places to see how much they would charge me for 4 tires. From the moment I called royalty I was happy with the prices and when I went to get them changed from the moment I walked in the customer service was amazing. Everyone there had a good attitude and was very helpful and they even helped fix my tire studs. I ll definitely be coming back! Great service.

Needed to replace a blown tire. Read their reviews and headed there. They took me immediately, got a tire with great tread for under $50 (large SUV), new tire on My rim, and properly inflated. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, they're my #1 choice.

They will damage your vehicle, rim and tire.Stay away at all cost. I have video footage and photos of them damaging my car and owner won t take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Most reviews are fake so don t believe them. Owner usually responds by calling all the 1 star reviews liars . They will steep very low and start cursing when you complain about their poor service and damages.

On 10/13 I went there for a used tired and got it installed but I noticed, later that day, that they gave me the wrong tire size. I called them throughout a span of 3 days to which no one ever answered. I decided to show up there on the 4th day since purchase to see if they can give me the right size but I was sent away because they didn t have anymore in stock. I was told to call the number on 10/20 to check to see if they received a shipment of tires. I called them today but no one answered so I decided to drive there and ask. They explained how they didn t receive anymore in. I also need an alignment because the smaller tire they gave me threw my alignment off. They had new tires in stock so I offered to pay for the difference for the new tire, since this whole situation was in their error, but unfortunately, it wasn t a solution for them. I wish I could continue to do business with this company but it seemed like my business didn t matter to them so I must reach out to another shop and work with them instead. Buy from here at your own risk

Honest and very professional service.Have been multiple times for nails in my tire. I went to a major brand firestone prior to my first visit, and firestone tried to say I needed a new $500 tire.Went to royalty after for a second look, removed the nail and patched for only $20. Didn t waste my time. Needed to go for a second visit for another nail, didn t even charge me.Don t waste your time going anywhere else. Honest people that deserve all the business.

A friend recommended this place since I needed 4 new tires. Price was affordable! Save yourself money and go to this location. Service was good and on a fair time frame. Got my new tires with warranty!! I hope they las long! There s always opportunity for better, I ll suggest a better waiting area for customers. But definitely recommended.

Waited 15-20 mins without even being acknowledged or asked if I need help.Edit: Owners claims I was told to wait. I was not told anything. I was looked at by both the owner and multiple employees and was never told anything.They lost any future business from a repeat customer. Please work on your customer service

Had a nail in my tire, they were really quick with service and were reasonably priced. They were also nice enough to put air back in the spare to keep it up to standards. Will be coming back here for tire repairs in the future.

I was pressed for time so I took 4 loose wheels and tires to this shop. Ask the counter girl a price, she told me to ask the guys outside. He gave me an unbelievable price quote so i agreed but when i went to pay i was charged 2 and 1/2 times more than what i was told by the guy outside. It wasn t an outrageous price but about $25 more than where i normally go (but half the drive distance).When i took the wheels home to put them on the vehicle i noticed the old weights weren t even removed when they balanced the wheels. Now the wheels have weights all over the inside of the wheels

I've rented Uhaul trucks here 4 times in 3 years. Trucks are clean, staff is friendly. Five stars? I forgot my keys once, but because they clean between rentals, they caught it. Another time it was raining; they pulled chairs from the back to get all customers seats. Humble business run well! Only issue is the phone number in Google is apparently wrong - they should get that updated!

My go-to tire shop! I m not sure what the negative reviews are for, must be negative people? The staff at Royalty Tires are always nice, helpful and fast! Reasonably priced too! Ignore the negative reviews and get your tires and service done here! I ve been coming here for years ;)
