I cannot say enough great things about this location. James and Gio are amazing! The work and customer service is excellent!In addition to many previous positive experiences, today I arrived as everyone was leaving for the day with a nail in my tire.They literally went back inside to fix my tire on the spot.Thank you!

This place provided some of the best auto repair service I have experienced in my 5 Years living in Central Florida! The owner was incredibly personable, and made me feel truly heard when I explained the issues I was having with my car. The price was right and the customer service was amazing - I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future repairs!

I've not had very good luck in Orlando with shops and dealerships, this shop turned that around for me though.Dealership tried telling me I put the wrong tires on my car (I put high performance tires on instead of basic all seasons, all seasons don't perform as well in the summer) so they said I needed brand new tires otherwise my car wouldn't drive right.However, this place had me in and out in 30 minutes with an alignment keeping my car straight. Excellent pricing and very friendly staff.

If you're looking for a honest and trustworthy man to deal with, pay Sam a visit. This man will help figure out your situation instead of wasting your time. We visited Classic Honda 1.5 miles up the road and they wasted 7 hours of our time to provide us with no information and try to up sell us. Sam was very informational and helped answer our questions within 30 min of his time. I would come back again if i was ever in the area. Good and honest man.

I've gone for an oil change to my rav 4, super awesome and friendly guys. Then I went again to get brakes done to my Jeep. Sam was phenomenal! He was very straight forward and beyond helpful and patient. I'll be going back for everything else I need done to these cars.

The first time I went I did not have a very good experience. But with the new manager that they have now! It's a total different experience. Excellent guest service, very patient, very polite. And they did not mind taking me with them to teach me and let me know what's going on with my tires or with my brakes or with my rotors. I loved coming to this location it was great service and great prices when Ant was the manager. I went back a few weeks ago to have my oil change and I had already bought all my stuff I just needed someone to put it in for me. This heavy set spanish looking guy was trying to charge me top price for them to put it in like if they were providing the oil and filter. I realized that same guy treat Spanish and whites better than African American customers and gives them discounts and great prices. I will not be going to this lacation anymore. I will go to wherever Ant is because he provides greater customer service and he actually care about ALL his customers.

I went here because my normal mechanic was going to charge me 575 to get my driver's ball and Joint fixed when I call this mechanic they told me it was going to be 198 to get it fixed for the driver side only when I came in they told me that I had to get both sides fix in the total was going to be 412 which was way cheaper than my original Mechanic once the work was done he end up taking all the tax fees off because i paid cash an I end up paying 388 but four months later down the line the passengers ball in joints broke and I called to ask what happened why did it break when they were supposed to get both sides fix he said he didn't remember and the 388 was only for the one side ...mind you I quoted four other mechanic they all told me the 198 was for one size it will be around four hundred to get both sides fix this mechanic claims that the price was correct. This mechanic overcharged me and then played dummy to the whole thinh n the receipt didn't tell u much just ball in joints so it was no help he rubbed me. I will never go back there liars

I purchased four tires from this place and I have a warranty on my tires and I go there from time to time to get free air in my tires and to me the place was pretty good I I really enjoyed it it was it was it was decent the tires are good they were nice tires and I got insurance on the tires and I think I paid $300 for four tires so it wasn't that bad no for four tires plus I had got to two of those things that monitor your tire pressure

Needed two tires and am on a tight budget. The manager and his employee were awesome in splitting a a 4 tire set to give me what I needed. Great service and great price! Thanks Royal One tires, for everything!

Horrible service. A bunch of crooks. Heavyset spanish dude tried to overcharge me for stuff my car did not need. Lucky for me i got my car diagnosed at Ford. He was going on about i need to change all these parts in my car to make long shltoey short i pulled out my diagnosed information from Ford, and said you sure you not overcharging me. He could say anything but then take your car to Ford then, Horrible horrible horrible service. Scum bags people work hard for their money. Please stay way from this shop.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. The store manager sam is a crook. He will try to over charge you. I had my intake changed here and the mechanic broke my radiator pipe. When i brought back the next day, he tried to blame me for it and i was no your guy this, he tried to tell me it was something else making my car overheat. If you need good service and honest work go to 4560 west colonial ask for Antwaun. He was the old manager which moved to this location. He fixed the broken pipe that sam team broke. Stay away from this place . Bad service, over priced, and will damage your car.

Went in to have tire repaired a very nice young man greeted me just as i pulled in explained the difference between a plug and inside tire patch...fixed my tire put it back on and helped me repload my spare. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes...thank you very pleased will return again...

Cordial Customer service, fast turn around of your repair and very fair pricing. Sam makes sure you are 100"% satisfied with the work done before you leave the shop.

THEY ARE CROOKS!!!I went there just to get a tire then the short fat Spanish guy (think his same is Sam) try to put the fear that I needed to fix my brakes, my rotors, and some other before it s too late. And keep in mind since I owned my car about 4 yrs I never heard it squeak. Coincidentally A couple days later after I took his recommendation which cost me $450 I hear my first squeak, so I go back and now he says I have to spend another $250 to fix the problem. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.. DO NOT GO. HES ONLY THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR

Very bad and no good for business no customer service and the person who was there had no knowledge of anything this is the one royal one tire on w colonial I read the reviews before going because I m new to Orlando and I found 1 review that was bad and I ignored it only to be treated the same way as the bad review and I only came to get one tire one guy told me ten minutes and went outside on his phone and started smoking the other didn t speak at all and when I finally got him to he had no knowledge of what tire to give so went out to the guy who was on the phone and was smoking and he said he doesn t speak English when clearly he was speaking English when he said it will be ten minutes and what do I need help with when I snapped the guy that was smoking thought it was funny all locations of this place should be close down and I have no problem getting the news and protesting for this place to be closed due to lack of management being there on time and the owner being careless

I went there on monday to have tries fixed no appointment was in and out very speedy services as well as friendly when services were done asked how much he said $10.00 I pulled out my debit card he said you know what have a good day I said are you serious he said yes there's still nice people out here wow amazing thank you again I will be a returning customer as well as recommended

went in to get a patch, the guy, without inspecting the tire locked in my trunk, told me he cannot "by law" patch the tire because it may be dry rotted. quoted 25 to patch. I got in my car and left. empire tire replaced the tire for 30 bucks and inspected the tire inside and out to make sure it could be patched.-edit, for clarification, I am upset that a determination on the tire was made before the tire was examined. I do not feel the tire in my trunk was actually 'inspected' from my simply stating there was a nail it in and asking about the price of a patch. I ended up having to replace the tire not for supposed dry rot, but because a shop down the road took the time and inspected the tire inside and out and showed me the 4in nail had bent and punched a second whole into the interior of the tire making it impossible to repair.Further more, I could not find any Florida law or Federal law barring tire patching. Just some federal guidelines and proposed statues. I could be wrong, but it doesn't make sense auto zone tells plug kits but law forbids tire shops from plugging tires?

12:00 I arrive with two busted tires. 30 minutes and 80 dollars later I had two used tires mounted and balanced on my way. Great deal, quick service.

best choice i made by pulling in here, had a tune and and 2 tires put on. left with a happy face. car ran great and the price i couldn't argue about.! will recommend this place.

Came to this place for alignment on 3500 dually they told me they new their business well i end it up loosin a brand new tire bad really bad alignment now i have to buy a new tire and pay for a job that i paid all ready,dont come over this place Royal 1 tires they crooks they wont back up their jobs the owner is an Arab crook.

Ladies this place is not WOMEN friendly so if you decide to go here bring YOUR Husband, Boyfriend,Son if the Owner is here then your good to go..The Staff are so rude..especially The Manager...Horrible Customer Service...Rude....He's the one running business away..if my son would have not referred me to this place i would have went to another place where the Customer Service is Better but you get what u pay for..I wonder if i would hv paid $24.99 would the Customer Service be better...

What a ripoff, will never go again. Paid $20 for mounting and balance went back 2 days later and suddenly it is costing $35.
