Best shop I ve ever been to,which says a lot! Staff are definitely problem solvers, and can pull off almost anything auto related. The Diesel guys are the greatest I ve seen in awhile. Prices are very reasonable, considering the economy. Its a company, they have payroll and overhead just like everyone else! The services are well worth the cost. And quality control is definitely something new to me, which they cover. It wont leave till your issue is solved. Solid people here. Absolutely worth the cost. Thank you Ron Jon Staff.

The team at Ron Jon's is phenomenal. They are truly men of their word and are 100% customer focused - something that is exceedingly rare these days. I have brought multiple vehicles to their shop and they continue to provide the best value.My son's car needed quite a bit of work and we had a quote completed at another shop. Something did not feel right so we brought it here and they were not only less expensive, but they were providing higher quality parts. We were even able to add additional services the other shop hadn't yet quoted.I also brought my vehicle in and they laid out a maintenance plan for me to get caught up on a few needed repairs. The previous shop I took my vehicle used to do this for me, but when my advisor left so did the customer service.I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful, trustworthy repair shop!

Garrett and his crew are simply amazing! They had planned on having my car for 3 days and I got it back in 2. He was very thorough and explained everything that was wrong and what needed attention. He picked up and delivered my car to me, which is awesome! I would give more than 5 stars if I could I am a very inpatient person and loved the quick return! I most definitely will be doing all my car repairs with Ron Jon s Automotive! Will recommend to everyone

Absolutely the place to go! Derrick, Brian and mechanics will not be beat! My car was purchased used 4 months ago and had several things going on. The mechanics worked very hard to get it back running and safe. They kept in communication and there quoted price was more than fair. The mechanics clearly went the extra mile in ensuring this auto was right. If you live some distance from here, I promise you it is worth the drive.Incredible service, great prices, clean and bright facility! You won't be disappointed.

I chose Ron Jon's because of their reviews. I have lived in this area for over 20 yrs and have always driven by. The shop front may look small on the outside but boy are their work ethics huge. I absolutely had the best experience very nice inside from Derrick to the waiting room nothing but respect for Ron Jon's. Came for an oil change to amsoil full synthetic didn't know they did a full inspection with the oils change pleasant surprise. When all was done they texted me the results of the inspection to click a link with all photos and details of the inspection this was great to see. My 2020 Ford Explorer was in tip top condition the way I like to keep it. I should have made this my auto repair shop years ago however I can't change the past so here I am a new family member of Ron Jon's for life. They definitely treat you with respect. Thank you Derrick and the team.

I've been using Ron Jon's for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Your vehicle is fixed right the first time and at a fair price. I still go all the way across town because they're the best. If there's a negative review on Google about Ron Jon's, it's likely from a competitor....

There's only one thing that I love more than taking my car to a mechanic that I've never used before... and that would be when my wife tells me that her car is still making a noise the day after we bring it home from said mechanic.(Cue dramatic music) Never fear... Ron Jon's is here! We took it back and they said, "Cool. We'll make it right." and a few hours later the car was ready to go, my wife was happy as a clam, and I was at peace.So, if you're in need of car repairs - and you're reading this review then you are - I'm sure you're not all that different from me - we'd rather have a root canal, a kidney stone, or take care of a baby with colic before going to a new mechanic. Don't mess around with "joe schmore auto" just do it right the first time and take it to Ron Jon's and skip the drama - get it done right the first time... and on the rare occasion you'd have to take it back there's no fuss.You want to sleep well too, right?

Marcus is the lead technician at Ron Jon s. That title, in fact NO Title, can provide enough accolades or accurately describe his MAD Genius! Marcus is a brilliant, thought provoking, problem solving savant.Having NEVER seen my car & its extensive customization, he reverse engineered operation of a fuel monitor that was no longer communicating properly. In literally a matter of minutes identified a solution to this aftermarket sensor and not only corrected the issue at hand, he improved the functionality of this custom installed ethanol sensor. Of note, the manufacturer of this sensor designed it for use on an entirely different platform. Marcus figured it out & got me back on the road that day!Given his formal education with dual engineering degrees, his likely 150+ IQ, and his out of the box approach, it s no surprise he is in extremely HIGH demand. While he did quickly identify & solve my issue, he was stretched extremely thin with dozens of other customer related projects. As such, it took nearly all day to fit into his schedule.So, this is NOT the shop to take your menial everyday mechanical projects to be worked on. As the shop manager sternly advised me, if I need to return for additional work, it ll require I leave my vehicle for perhaps multiple days until Marcus has a chance to squeeze me in.These guys are the brain surgeons of surgery as the metaphor that readily comes to mind. If you need brain surgery, RonJon s, because of Marcus, are the guys to visit!

Ron Jon s came referred to us by a neighbor for their honesty and quality workmanship. This was our first experience with them, and we found them to be honest, fairly priced, and did an excellent job on our vehicle. We would recommend them, and use them again. Bonus is their facility is spotless, they have a comfortable waiting room, and they got the job done quickly.

Best I've dealt with in automotive repair. On top of getting back to the customer service as to issues at hand, great demeanors and patience with questions and explanations. I'll be back again for sure. Love how they also sent pictures. Thank you Ron Jon'sfor due time in making my Valentines Day present to my husband come true.Ron Jon's Automotive is the best, in my opinion. May they prosper well. They speak the truth and back up their work as well.

We took our van in to have the oil changed and to have some other issues addressed. The team at Ron John s was very helpful and squeezed us in on a busy Monday. The oil change and repairs were done quickly and done at a fair price. The day after we got the van back my wife got a low oil pressure warning while picking our daughter up from school. She pulled over and called Ron John s. They sent a tow truck to pick up the van and brought it into the shop. They immediately diagnosed the issue as a leak due to a gasket that was over tightened during the oil change. They fixed the issue and then delivered the van to our house! All free of charge. I was away on a work trip, so my wife had to deal with all of this. It happened to be Valentine s Day and they brought her a box of chocolates and gave us a partial refund. Jeremy and his team went above and beyond to fix this issue for us. I went from being very disappointed to being a repeat customer of Ron John s. Thank you Jeremy, and thank you Ron John s.

These folks are awesome! Hospitable, Knowledgeable, and Efficient. The lounge is nice and clean and stocked up with coffee and toys to keep you and the kiddos occupied and cared for while your car is serviced. I'll definitely be back to see them again for all my car needs.

This is a great place if you are looking for a business that is filled with friendly, knowledgeable, committed people who will go above and beyond to get the job done in a timely fashion. They do their best to make sure you leave with a smile, even after needing to spend way more money then expected. They even had some repairs covered by my (usually slow) warranty company and given they were so prepared and organized, repairs were authorized the same day. I will definitely be returning here for all my vehicle needs. Thanks for making this process as smooth as possible gentlemen!

I had a great experience at Ron Jon! I was looking for a new mechanic after recently moving to Orlando and I am so pleased I came across Ron Jons. They have a beautiful waiting room with coffee/ water bottles and a clean bathroom! I was also given a timely notice regarding prices and when my car would be ready. 10/10!

We ve all been there - car issues on a dreaded Friday. Well, this shop came through big time. I spoke with Brian early in the morning and he saw me right away. Not only that, but his team got my car up and running within 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. I really can t say enough good thing about the experience.

I love the experience of taking my car to a mechanic I've never been to before. Said no one ever.I long for the days when my wife whispers in my ear, "I'm hearing an intermittent screeching, clicking noise coming from the passenger side front tire." And I think to myself, "Gosh! I love that woman!"So, because I have profound daddy issues and can't correctly diagnose a flat tire. I take it to my "guy." He keeps it for a day and responds, "I think it's your such-n-such. I could replace it if you like, but I can't guarantee that'll fix the problem. I say drive it until the sound gets worse, then bring it in." Well if that didn't set the old synapses' a'firin'. I have to admit I was strangely drawn to the idea of just ignoring the problem. I mean, why miss the opportunity of having my wife continue to whisper in my ear... "The sound... it's getting worse." At the same time, she'd have the full assurance that her mother's thoughts about me were spot on.So, I went to the source of all information, and I Googled mechanics near me and voil� (French for, "Nice one, Big Guy") and Ron Jons popped up with 572 - 5-star ratings. Now I'm no jeanus, but I know 572 is a pretty big number.I took my hooptie in, told them about what the car was doing, and my wife repeated me so that they would fully understand.A day later, it was done. My wife was happy, and this morning, she whispered in my ear, "The refrigerator is making a clicking noise."

I brought an older van in for service just before Thanksgiving. I took a while due to the holidays and number of vehicles coming through. No big deal. I am impressed with the thoroughness of their diagnosis work. On the negative side, communication could have been better, and the labor rates stated were a bit higher than I am used to. All in all, it was not a bad experience. Thank you.

this is the best car shop I ve been to yet! Not only have I gotten the most honest quotes, I ve gotten the most caring service. Dereck, Brian, Marcus, Ethan, Jeremy, and the owner, Garret, are some of the best guys I ve met and they know what they re doing. Also the place is super clean so that s a plus, haha. I had a great experience here! I moved to Orlando a few years ago but have always used a family mechanic back in my hometown, so when my check engine light came on I was definitely nervous about finding a new mechanic closer to where I live now. I can now confidently say that I ve found a new go-to mechanic! The customer service at Ron Jon s was outstanding and they kept me updated on what was happening with my car along the way. Ron Jon s definitely has my recommendation!

On vacation hours from home, my car was having trouble starting needed a new crankshaft sensor installed, called & was told to come right over. Best place in this area for car maintenance and repairs bar none. They are HONEST and knowledgeable, a rare combination around Orlando. Better than any new car dealer.We have had my Corvette, Chevrolet diesel dually and wife's Toyota RAV4 worked on and satisfied every time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change
