I don t even know where to begin but the service here is beyond spectacular! Shane took care of me and ran me through every option possible until I found what I wanted. Mike helped me out a lot as well while Shane was attending other people in between my car car getting ready. Buying new rims and tires have never been this easy and they have great installment options as well with a crazy good insurance to cover your new wheels. Definitely recommend 10/10!!

I really had a great experience at RNR. They were all so personable and considerate; the work was completed in a timely fashion and I was kept informed of the progress, while waiting. The price was very reasonable and I can honestly say that the team was straight forward and transparent. I would certainly recommend this company and I will return for services in the future.

It was my first time bringing my car here and I would definitely go back. I got a flat tire right before they were closing on Saturday but they took my car in and took care of the tire as soon as they opened the following business day. Rob communicated throughout the whole process and took care of everything for us promptly. Very different experience than the previous place I purchased tires from, I wish I had gone here instead. I would highly recommend this place!

I am still in awe about the entire process and the professionalism of all the associates. I felt like part of the family. To Rob and the crew, thanks for all your assistance from beginning to end. Brendan was excellent in getting my new tires on my durango quick! I highly recommend asking for Brendan for all your car tire needs. I also recommend JJ who is very knowledgeable in car mechanics!

Really enjoy the professional service that u receive every time I walk in the door, Brenden always greets me with a smile, and is so welcoming JJ, his pleasantness and professionalism. His attitude and overall demeanor is well received. He always takes time to explain, and educate on things that I may not understand I recommend them for all of your tire and vehicle service needs.

I initially visited to get a quote, needed replacement for 4 tires. Quote was reasonable and the location was very convenient for me. Staff, JJ & Brendan was friendly and answered my questions. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and got it back that same day. Will definitely recommend.

Quick and fast, and a place for your little ones to stay busy until the work on your vehicle is done. Place is clean and smell like new tires. It would be nice to put out some air fresheners lol. But, we re definitely coming back in the future.

Had an unfortunate morning where my tire had a nail in it, went to another spot before coming to RnR and unfortunately that didn t work out. As soon as I walked in to RnR, I was greeted and promptly taken care of. The team is INCREDIBLE and was so sweet during the entire process. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

This place offers great prices and great inventory for you car an truck needs. Paid cash for a set of AT truck tires that didn't feel so well on Ram truck. After driving for two weeks and a couple adjuments, I still didn't feel well with the purchase. Yet they all came together to rectify my displeasure an went above an beyond to put me in a newer set and now my truck drives like a silent Tesla!! I will be back for some rims in the future!

Excellent service, outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and they didn't try to upsell me. In and out the door in less than 30 minutes with a full understanding of every program offered and different options available for their services offered. Will definitely be coming back for my new tires and some nice shiny rims To go with em! JJ Perez yous da man!

Excellent customer service and work. The team was able to get me set up, fantastic job with the work they did and my vehicle rides better than when I got there. I will refer family and friends to here.Update: Getting new tires now and they were able to set me up for my wheel size and warranty for days. So glad I came back.

JJ at the Orlando location on West Colonial Dr. Great customer service and techs are very honest about what they can do and not do example bought rims and tires but couldn't get an alignment done due tie rods were in bad shape put new ones in and they kept their word about bring it back and got it done even when they told me it was along wait time in less than hour job was done and done great 10 guys
