If you re looking for some new wheels with people that will work with you with no credit. Please come to RNR and ask for Edwin. Everything was a quick process and the rims were put on the same day including the tires. Remember to please ask for Edwin.

I highly recommend this place for your tires and rims. They have great deals, package deals as well and payment plan options if you're in a bind and on a budget. Not only were they courteous and responded quickly to my needs, they also ordered the tires for me if they don't have them in stock. Edwin took good care of me and had my vehicle ready in an hour. Oscar also gave me a great price and deal on 2 tires and alignment. I will be coming back for sure to replace my other 2 tires. I was referred by my uncle and am very happy with the patience and professionalism they showed me. Any questions I asked, Edwin gave me honest answers without getting aggravated or upset as other shops do. They also have a comfortable waiting area with a children's table to occupy the little ones with coloring and have free water and coffee while you wait. No disappointments here. If you read this review and find it helpful, tell Edwin and Oscar that Melissa referred you with this review. I told them I was very happy with their service and will be writing a good review on their behalf bc they deserve it!

The best experience, I felt bad because I came close to closing time but they were still super professional and friendly. I needed tires and they made everything super seamless. Edwin got me right and I was out of there in no time. He made sure I had all the info i needed for warranty etc. I left feeling secure about the purchase I made.

The best service, I felt very well looked after. Very organized place. they are here to help you and do the job in the best way. i recommend it if you want a reliable place with great service and the price is the best in the region. 1000 marks especially to Alex who was very cordial in helping and understanding what needed to be done.

Let me start off by saying that Oscar is the best! He has great customer service and is very thorough. I have been looking for a particular wheel since July 2023 and have had no luck, I called thinking it was going to be a waste but to my surprise Oscar was able to find the wheel and have it shipped and arrive less than 3 days later! This wheel has been discontinued for a while so the fact that he found it was astounding. He even helped me with a new set of tires along with other maintenance work. He has no idea how big of a help he has been and how happy this experience has made me. Ray helped me out alot as well, he was great and came through for me as well. I will definitely be back and will be recommending him and his team to everyone I know. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH RNR!

Hands down Awesome Customer Service from the jump! Appreciated the knowledge and expertise. Edwin was 100% the long way. I didn t feel taken or had more so educated than anything. Even with the small mishap had, I was kept in the loop the whole way and it was easy to get to resolution. It was a smooth experience all in all. Will definitely be back and encourage anyone who appreciates Relatable Customer Service to check them out.

They were absolutely AMAZING! No issues, no problems, beyond friendly & helpful. 110/10 recommend. Ray is proudly my new mechanic & would honestly be going to him from now on. They were beyond informative & made sure I understood everything that was being said. They actually genuinely care & weren t pushy on sales but we re concerned more so on my safety.

Edwin was amazing he explained what tires and size work for my car. He was able to get my tires to this location within a hour and got me in and out quick. Alex the manager was quick and told me everything in detail about my contract. Great team here

Amazing service all around. They get the job done quick and work with you on prices. Even letting you gradually pay of things with a payment plan. Oscar specifically ordered my tires and called me when they got in and immediately started working on my car.

Got stuck at Valvoline with a flat tire and Oscar got us taken care of quickly and easily! They didn t have the tire in stock and went to another place to pick one up at no charge! Great service, go to see Oscar!
