I can not recommend Riker s enough. When we were looking for a new mechanic, I had 5-6 friends recommend this auto shop, and I m so glad I listened. Our car has been a bit of a problem child, whether it s easily diagnosable engine lights, or mystery issues, Riker s has been able to solve and fix everything. And what I really appreciate is they will tell you other issues you ll need to keep an eye on, but won t ever force the repairs. They also take photos of any issues they spot.We also have had a few issues with our car caused by another mechanic, and Riker s has advocated that we return to the mechanic to have them fix it so we don t lose more money.We had them replace our intake manifold, and while we had our car in a shop in St Augustine at a family mechanic, the intake manifold failed, and Riker s honored the warranty for the other shop to replace it, and even refunded some of the repair cost.They are so entirely honest, and do really good work. We don t want to ever take our car anywhere else. The waiting room is also really nice for when you have shorter repairs you wait for!

Excellent work and completely trustworthy!I took my car this morning because the trunk would not open. As always they found the issue and fixed it very quickly with only a small diagnostic fee! I love these nice people!

I've frequented Rikers on South Orange ever since Curtis Kraft became the manager there. The team has worked on all three of our cars, and have provided exemplary work. The time for the work is usually way under the estimates, and the prices are very fair and honest.The team treats everyone with respect, and they are happy to explain the work, pricing, and time spent, in as little or as much detail as you wish.Curtis has built this team into a truly top notch organization, that I have referred to many of my friends, and will refer many times again.

Super sweet receptionist! The person who patched up my tire was just an angel! Quick and fast service. P.S. if you have an emergency and you need your tire fixed asap for a cheap price I don t know what else to say, THIS IS THE PLACE. Couldn t be happier!

I live out of state, and was in Orlando for work & in need of an oil change and a couple of other minor fixes.Service was great, prices were reasonable. 100% recommend.

They are very efficient, friendly and caring. I went there today for one tire and one of the staff that was patching the tire came and offer to check the other tire. I definitely recommend them 100%

Came here for a screw in tire on a rental.. Tried to sell me a whole new tire for $120 saying it cannot be repaired. Why would I spend that on rental car?Drove 3 minutes down the block to a different shop and they had me on the road in 20 minutes. Only cost me $15 for a patch. You are scammers and should be ashamed of yourselves. It is a predatory shop. Go literally anywhere else

This is an amazing place! They fit me in there schedule right away, helped me deal with my extended warranty plan and were great professionals. I recommend this place to anyone in the area! I have changed here from another shop to follow Curtis the manager. He has always treated me well and I trust the service. THey also accept my Firestone CCard. My SRX needed wheel bearings and I had the oil change done at the same time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I got a new radiator put in. It was kinda on the pricey side but hey... I needed it done. They were very friendly and informative. Sent me a text with pics explaining what's going on. I'm not smart when it comes to mechanic problems but with the pics and them explaining what wrong and why it happened it really helped me understand more. I recommend Riker's to get your car fixed.

I can understand a part costing 400 $500 from the dealership. But to charge an additional five $600 for labor on some thing that takes a little less than 10 minutes to do. This company has gone way downhill since my father passed before Covid. And now it seems they want to take advantage of our elders now. They should be ashamed. Come in because of an airbag light passenger side seat belt assembly sensor unplugged under the rocker panel on driver side front. Spoke to manager just wanted to argue with me about their book and how they charge for labor. Mind you they took all these panels off and took pictures to show my elderly aunt. As they were in there they could ve easily seen that it would take three bolts T 50 in an 8 mm socket and five minutes to remove. Reverse process takes five minutes to put back in. But their labor books showed that it takes an hour and a half. I ordered the part I needed from Ford and it was $489. Labor should not cost more than one hour. They claim the part from Ford was $700. It s funny that I was able to get one in less than an hour for $489 plus tax. Call the manager like he suggested and all he wants to do is argue with me about how we should bill people. And then to tell my aunt did the airbags won t work unless that light is turned off or addressed was another issue considering that particular sensor is the control one airbag curtain on one side of the vehicle. All things this side after they remove those panels and saw how easy it would be to remove that seat belt assembly they could ve reevaluated their labor. Also he wanted to argue with me telling me that I get wholesale prices or some thing else from these dealers which is not true. I will say this every dealers prices are different it seems. I myself went to head and addressed this malfunction and fixed it in less than 10 minutes.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle safety inspection

I stopped in to have my tire looked at because I had a nai in it. The guys took me in right away to take out the nail. Luckily it did not poop my tire and they sent me on my way they're very honest and kind. I had no money so I felt bad because I wanted to at least give them a tip for his time. He assured me it was fine and not to worry. So because of that experience the next day my boyfriend went in and had his oil change alignment and has spent quite a bit of money with them on his car and has been extremely happy with their service so for their honesty with me they earned him as a customer and many more. It's really hard to find a good mechanic I am very lucky they are in my neighborhood and I highly recommend them. The manager is such a gentleman and very professional including his team.

Was 40 mins from home and noticed some popping noise and odd handling from front drive tire. Felt like play in the wheel after pulling over, but back on the road had no more issues. Because it was a long drive I didn't want to take a chance, and called many shops in the area around 2:30 who could not help me(mostly didn't do bearing work). These guys did, but didn't have any technicians currently there who do. Still, being that my concern was safety, they agreed to lift it and check for any major concerns and fit me into the small time slot they could. Got there, checked it out, no issues, didn't try to charge me for a quick courtesy look, and I can drive home with piece of mind.Would recommend to friends, just remember to tip the tech if they help you out!

Curtis and his staff are exceptional! No pressure sales, and you don't feel like you're being sold something you don't need, like most other automotive shops. Prices are very competitive, and are Veteran friendly. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive repair needs, as this has become my go to shop.

Needed wheel bearings for my car and didn't know where to go. When we got to Rikers, they immediately took my car to find out what was wrong with it. They were very polite and didn't mind showing me what they were fixing and explaining what I didn't understand. They kept us informed on the progress and Kurtis was beyond kind and professional. I will come here for everything else that needs to be done to my car. I felt comfortable and at home the entire time I was here. This will be our go to for anything relating to my cars care.

Outstanding service!! Had a tire blowout on the way to work. Acura s no longer come with a spare so had to get towed. Riker s was AAA recommended.The site manager was very understanding on the urgency of replacing the tire and even did the work himself so I could get to work.If you need tires or other automotive services definitely check them out!!If you don t have AAA, sign up today!

Can t believe I dropped off my car at 8:30 am for a 2-3 hour fix like they said it would be, and never called me back closed the store and they are close the next day! I highly recommend Riker s Auto & tires for service. I dealt with Kurtis, at the Orange Ave location, he is great. If you re like me you dread having to get your vehicle in for servicing. I don t any more. I just had 4 new tires and front brakes put on my Jeep. I called four places to get quotes and not only were they the least expensive but they are honest with no pressure.They don t try to sell you items or services you don t need. If you live or work in the Belle Isle/ Conway area go to Rikers for service.Services: Tires, Brakes

Trash. Missed the problem and won t fix once owner gets car running he will swear you messed up the vehicle
