If I could give 10 stars, I would. The name of this business speaks for itself. Quality! Something a lot of the other local businesses are lacking! J.R. was incredible from my very first point of contact when I called him. I spent my entire morning on the phone with at least 20 different local mechanics. I went to Firestone and Roy's auto and received nightmare customer service. I refused to even let them work on my car because I didn't trust them from the moment they opened their mouths. This wasn't the case with J.R at Quality Automotive Repairs. He got me in the SAME day even though he was backed up with other repairs. I had 2 major problems. He took care of 1 of them almost instantly as soon as I arrived, and then I came back a few days later, and he fixed the 2nd problem. The service is great from the front desk to the back of the shop. I can't recommend JR and his business enough. If you are looking for good service from good people, this is the place for you! I won't go anywhere else ever again! THANKS J.R

JR is very good at taking care of your vehicles .I have been going there about 6-7 yrs, I would never consider going to someone else. Unless it's somewhere JR sends me for a special part. JR is the best in the business! He is honest and genuine and truly only wants the best for his customers. It's hard to come by an automotive shop likes his! He prides himself in providing the best work for you and your vechicle. I won't go to anyone else!

This is the place to take your vehicle for repairs rather than your brand dealer. JR is willing to charge me $375 for my 100,000 miles maintenance rather than $500 quoted from the dealership. I've done business with them before. JR took his time to check my engine light regardless of how busy he was, this business deserves and earns 5 stars.

I've been going to JR and Karen since they were referred to me by a family member in 2011. They are the most honest, friendly and fair automotive repair shop I have ever dealt with in my 45+ years of owning and maintaining vehicles. JR has never failed to diagnose the exact issue before starting repairs, unlike many other shops I've used over the years, eliminating that dreaded "hunt-n-peck" process that often results in a total repair cost that's many times what the actual problem would have cost.Karen is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet and she and JR always make you feel like family. They offer the lowest shop rate you will find and I have never had to return because the problem came back after driving away. They are firm believers in "do it right the first time" because they believe in "Quality First". They want their customers to be happy and call them the next time they have an automotive problem. If you're not taking your vehicles to Quality Automotive Repairs for maintenance & service repairs, you're not getting the best quality at the absolute best price. Thank you JR and Karen!!

I ve been taking my Silverado to Quality Automotive for a few years and have been pleased with all the services that s been done on the truck. From replacing my engine, to getting new exhaust pipes and a paint job and not to mention the quick oil changes and just recently getting my transmission flushed. JR is priced fairly and his work is quality! I definitely recommend Quality Automotive for ur vehicle repairs

JR is the Man! He is a Great Mechanic. I have been using him for 3 years now. He replaced my Engine and it is still running strong. 2008 Dodge Charger.

They were recommended to me by a few people that I know. They were refreshingly professional, did the work fairly quickly. They are very honest, as they even helped save me money, as they let me know a certain thing wasnt really a problem, but it was my choice if they wanted me to replace it. Very highly recommend them

JR and his staff at Quality Automotive are out of this world. They are fair and honest. They never inflate charges or tell you something is needed that is not. I will never use any other mechanic!

5 stars definately. I use to work here and can honestly say I have never been closer to my customers then I was when I worked here and I encourage anyone who has had their car worked on to submit your review. The owner is my dad. He showed me things that I never thought to possible. He's the best mechanic I've ever known. In fact I never personally seen him made a mistake except once and poor his heart into it earning the satifaction of the customer. You dont end up taking care of the orlando police department vehicles without ambition and heart my dad has.Automotive is literally his passion. If you don't believe me go check out one of his many ASA racecars.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I spend money for quality job but instead I received bad quality job, Bad customer service. This JR guy said he put new radiator in my car but instead he put old used bent radiator in my car, he can't do good quality body works on cars... So I repeat please don't waste your hard earn money on this place. I will post pictures of the work he did in my car

Took my truck up there to have my coils replaced after getting the code from advanced discount autoparts, that told me that I had a misfire for the 2nd and 3rd cylinders of a v6 engine. I repeatedly told them that it was the 2nd and 3rd cylinders that were misfiring when they told me that there device wouldn't read my computer. After getting my receipt from there work, I had paid $450 for them to replace cylinders 4, 5, and 6. Which as anyone can tell were the WRONG ONES!!!
