Norzi gives excellent service! You can tell he really cares about his business and customers. We brought a diesel work truck there that gets a beating at the dump 3 times a day and hauls very heavy dump trailers all day everyday. These trucks are very important tools for our business so we have to find a good mechanic that cares.

Kevin and his team at Precision gave excellent service. I needed a front quarter panel on my Camry. They provided a reasonable quote. I paid for the part upfront. They called me when it came in and completed the work in exactly the time they promised. It was perfect. In addition, they detailed the car without asking for any additional money. Quite unexpected. The work and overall experience was exceptional. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent customer experience.Rick Baird

A excellent experience at this local body shop. Went in for some body work to the under side of my car and also to get some quotes on future work I need done.I did not have an appointment of note and was able to be fit in on the spot. This may not be possible for some so keep that in mind as they did appear very busy. My request just happened to be something that could be done quickly.The pricing was extremely fair for the job, 40$. If I would have gone to a dealership this probably would have been around double to triple that.The estimates for other things also sounded extremely fair and look forward to using them again.They offer alignments, paint services, body work and other services.Great job!

I was in a car accident a month ago, dropped off the vehicle just 2 weeks ago and now the car is brand as new!! The work they did is outstanding which I m glad bc I have a lease. Dale and Ryan are awesome! They came to check if we had a leak in our ceiling due a home inspection faulty reading and we wanted the pros to confirmed it. They came and I used their tools and found no leak, moisture, or wetness. We were able to give the inspector the report from this company and it was good to go! And this was just by dale and Ryan coming to check it out. No work required. They are trust worthy guys. I can only imagine if there was an actual leak how great they would handle it. Thanks guys.

Do not get your car repaired here! I had the back bumper on my car repaired and repainted only a few months ago but now the paint is bubbling. When I emailed Precision Auto Body they stated that they were not going to repair it because I left them a bad review last time (the review was neutral, 3 stars even though I had to go back for further repair so I thought it was generous). Now I have a back bumper that has to be repainted again, they will not honor the warranty so I have to file a claim in small claims court, a huge headache for what should have been a few day repair ~$600. Save the headaches, go elsewhere.

They found a small flaw in their work and they had me come back to make it perfect. I didn't even notice it ... they are perfectionists and they do it right!I would highly recommend this body shop if you have any damage to your car. Even if it's not that close to your house it's worth your time to let them do it to perfection. Plus, there's a rental car agency within 400 yard of their shop on Sermeron, Fox Rental, great rates and good service from them as well !

This place rocks. On a cross-country trip, I was carrying surf gear on my VW Routan mini-van, and the roof rack came off of the roof at high speed! Went to the VW dealer, and they said it would cost around $1200 to fix and take several days for the right part to come in. Took it to Precision, and they fixed it for $127 in under an hour. Thanks, Precision!

Highly recommended! My repair took 4 months because my car is not made anymore and it was difficult to find parts. They kept me informed and once the part became available, they finished in a couple days. The car looks like new.

I will refer Precision to anyone that needs auto body work. They do great work, everyone on staff is so friendly and they are more reasonably then any other. I have had both my personal vehicle and a company vehicle painted here. They are very busy and have mostly a business type of attitude but they are very fair people and the work is high quality. I was recommended this place by my dealership to get some body work done (repair bumper, paint). They gave me the best estimate and did a flawless job. This was my first experience getting into an accident and this shop was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They gave me the cheapest quote when I went looking around in Orlando. The paint quality and job was amazing. They even gave me a courtesy car wash and vacuumed the inside of my car. When I mentioned that to the car dealership I got my car from they also had great comments about this shop, stating they send there customers to Precision also!

I was referred by my wife to have my car towed to this location after I was t boned by a drunk driver. My car was deemed a total loss, but the short time I was there, the lady that helped me was so incredibly kind and professional. There is a fine line between good service and great service, and her great attitude really blew me away. I highly recommend Precision Auto and will definitely have my future cars serviced at this location.

Amazing quality work! They work fast and will work with you on pricing. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Best customer service I have ever had in Orlando. I will always return to Precision auto body and will recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repair.

Very quick service, guy that helped me was very straight forward and told me the price upfront and what needed to be done. I already knew the problem but didn't have the time to do it, at least I knew they knew what they were talking about. They worked on all types of cars while I was there. They had there priorities straight and that's a big plus for me. Waiting area was very nice, leather couches, tv, and vending machine. Price was kind of high for me, since I provided the parts and did replace half the parts already. But the car came back excellent, and i would take it back to them anytime. Thanks for the service fellas.

I had my car painted at Precision Auto Body of Orlando on 10-18-11 for $2,130. I was told there was a "Lifetime Warranty". I jokingly asked if it was for my lifetime time (I was over 60) or the car's lifetime. I was told as it was good as long as I owed the car.In February of 2017 I noted that there was minor oxidation on the sides, and hatch door of the car. (It was no longer shiny). I contacted a car detailing company to wax the car and make it shiny again. They told me that if I had a lifetime warranty on the paint job I should take it back to the place that painted it.I took it back to Precision Auto on 3-10-17. They inspected the car and agreed to repaint it. I rented a car (it cost me $145) because they said it would take 5 days. When I picked the car up it looked good - nice and shiny.One year later ( March 2018) I notice that the sides of the car and the back we no longer shiny. It looks as if the hood and the top of the car had been repainted - BUT - the sides and back were simply polished. Not wanting to take it back again to Precision Auto Body I again contacted a car detailing company to get it polished. They again refused to wax the car because it would invalidate the warranty. They said it looked as if the sides and back of the car had been sanded and there was no longer a clear coat on the car.At this point I don't feel there is any sense in going back to Precision Auto Body. They did not honor the warranty in 2017 - why should they now. I just want to let everybody to know that there is no such thing as a "Lifetime Warranty" and not to expect Precision Auto Body to honor it.

Went in to get an estimate from the mechanic who quoted me $70. The Female the counter who was clearly having a bad day, was extremely rude. She clearly knows nothing about customer service. Stay away from here unless you like dealing with a moody person who thinks she is better than everyone else! Another body shop right down the street which has way better customer service.

Precision Auto Body is great ! My wife got into a car accident and we really needed her car fixed ASAP. They were able to give her a FREE quote and fixed her car within a week. They are very professional and thorough with their work. I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone. Thank you guys so much !

I have been a Precision customer for years. Harold and Shonnet run an honest, fair body shop that does great work. Now Kevin, their son, took care of my last auto need and was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough!

Me and my husband just got a 2017 BMW and someone hit and ran us. We came to precision and we couldn't have been any happier with our results. Our car looks brand new, like if nothing ever happened to it. Our paint color matched perfectly and the dents were gone! Thank you precision auto!
