Shoutout to Marcus and Thomas for helping me out today. Absolutely great customer service and a very friendly environment. Everybody from manager to service workers were super helpful and friendly with a smile on their face. I was there for about 30 minutes and watched 3 customers come in and leave with a smile or a laugh INCLUDING me. Great energy and people all around. Keep it up guys, you re making pepboys look phenomenal. I highly recommend them and will be coming back for my future services because of the staff.

Had an appointment to get four new tires, a wheel alignment, and new battery. The tires and alignment were ordered with a credit card online prior to making the appointment. Despite having an appointment several days in advance, it took 7 hours until my car was ready. There was also no record of the payment for the tires and wheel alignment. David, who I believe is somehow the manager, was quick to get an attitude, but Clayton was very polite and helpful and handled the situation. There was also lubricant left on my wheels- see pictures. Aside from Clayton, I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be back. There are way too many competitors in the area to give subpar service.

I can not express how happy I am to have found this place. I had already gone to one Pep Boys earlier in the day and purchased 2 new tires. But I also wanted to get a wheel alignment, and their machine was down. So I went to this other location, hoping theirs was working. It was. They were very friendly and efficient in getting my paperwork ready and said my car would be ready within the hour. When I returned, they brought to my attention that they had found a tracker device behind my front wheel. I had recently had a turbulent break up with a boyfriend, so you can imagine my horror and relief when Luis revealed this to me. He went above and beyond with my service, and I couldn't be happier. They have found a customer for life. Thank you, Luis and Pep Boys, for going the extra mile and being vigilant with every detail.

The guys were really great about letting us know our latest issue was caused by a recent repair at another shop (pinched coolant line) and that they should pay for the repairs. This saved us a bunch of money and built a lot of trust.We've been using this location for a dozen years on and off (off since I got a BMW and they don't always have a tech on staff that knows them) but we'll be looking to go back more after this recent visit. Really thankful to them for being fast and honest!

I always like going to Pepboys cause they are usually close to the house. Moving to this new neighborhood, I especially like this Pepboys! Clayton helped me at the front with both my wife s car and my car. Friendly staff and great service. Will come again when I need help!

I came for a tire plug but was told I needed a new tire. I decided to replace all 4 tires after they assured me that they had the correct tires for my vehicle. After leaving my vehicle and looking up the tires on the invoice, they were not the appropriate tires. I had to call and let them know that they had planned to install the wrong tires and there was a bit of a scramble to procure the correct tires. I pointed out that I was very close to driving away with the wrong tires on my vehicle and I was offered $50 off of an alignment with my $1k tire bill. I am pretty disappointed in how this was handled and so thankful I just happened to research the tires on the invoice because I know very little about cars in general. Be careful!

WOW! They found the leak in the tire and fixed it. No hesitation, no prolonged waiting, no upselling, no extra charge...Just great customer service.Thank you to the Team near Waterford Lakes - you all are amazing!

I had to get my tire plugged at the last minute and this place came in clutch. Clayton was VERY helpful in servicing the car and made sure I understood what was going on. Definitely coming back!!

Pep Boys was a good experience for me. I had a flat tire, and they did everything possible to patch it. It wasn't able to be fixed. I had to buy a new tire. The Service was professional and fast.

Marcus Edwards gave amazing customer service in accommodating my last minute situation so I would not miss a day of work. He said we do everything possible to satisfy our customers & proved it. Thanks also to Allen who did the work of putting my tires on!

Coming to PepBoys for any of my car troubles was by far one of the best decisions I ever made! Usually when I go to mechanics I m stuck waiting for hours and being charged unreasonable prices, but PepBoys handled my situation with extreme care and efficiency and had me set up in under an hour. If I could give this place 6 stars I would

So this has been a long time review coming but something has to change and not sure where that should start. First of all I will say that Marcus was really great to me as was Sean and they tried to make things right. So I will shout out to them. With that being said there is one employee I will absolutely speak on and that is Clayton the front desk clerk. He is the most rude dishonorable nasty and demeaning man I have ever encountered at a auto facility he will downright disrespect and argue with customers and tell you he's not arguing. He throws employees under the bus and gives away personal information that should never be disclosed to a customer. He has been disrespectful to me my dad and my mother. As a 29year member in this community word of mouth travels and seems to be the common opinion why would you have someone like that be the face of your company ???!!! I really think this needs to be looked at on a regional level. He also makes it where it's almost impossible to reach a manager as a customer who's spent thousands at your facility this last year he along with other dishonorable things I will not return. This store has gone through a multitude of managers and that tells me something needs to be done and is not. I will disclose further information if contacted!!! But I will RUN before I use them again and I've given chance after chance unfortunately. Sad to see what could be a great place be a nasty and dishonest place. This is why mechanic shops get the reputation of taking advantage of women who know nothing about cars

I called before I headed over about a battery replacement. They were quick to answer the phone, and let me know I could drop off my car. I dropped my car off and got updates via text about my car ! I love the communication and the service was exactly the amount of time they told me it would take. Excellent service

My car died and had to be towed to Pep Boys. I live far away and I was nervous to use a new mechanic. Clayton called me right away to let me know what was wrong. He diagnosed the issue and had all the work completed within 24 hours. He is fabulous!! My car runs like new thanks to Clayton! I found my new mechanic!

Got a different quote 40% cheaper from a well known body shop when compared to Pep boys! Just because I knew their initial quote seemed really high.I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I read on their sign that they beat any competitors offer , however after bringing this up with pep boys management (Ryan) with their competitors invoice in hand, they do not in fact, beat or even get close to matching their competitors prices as their sign suggests.While I was very cordial and understanding about the process, and I totally get that you should charge what you re worth, but I feel like I was talking to a robot so their customer service is by no means worth their increased price.Oh well, live and learn, I m looking forward to building a relationship with a different auto repair shop! All the best!

This place makes you want to service your car. The customer service is phenomenal and the work is efficient and done well. I had to get new brake pads in a pinch for a long drive back home and Sean and Luis were kind enough to get it done super fast and even stayed some time after closing to finish the job without complaint. And it wasn't just me, while I was waiting they helped a bunch of customers with the upmost kindness and efficiency. People were in and out the door as satisfied customers. The best part is that here you will find honest technicians to do the work for a great price and won't make up random services the car may need. Honestly makes me want to drive back to Orlando to service my car every time.TLDR: Great customer service, great price, great efficiency

This Pep Boys location is always my go to, went in for a nail in my tire went quick because I was leaving to Miami, they did the service super quickly. They did an amazing job. Pep boys NEVER fails, especially this location.

Both store manager and mechanic provided courtesy and critical advice about my front tire that probably saved my and my grandson's life. Plus they further repaired my flat expeditiously and, believe it or not, at no charge!

I rarely write reviews but the customer service here was amazing. My car started shaking while I was driving and I stopped at a place down the street that couldn't help me because it was Sunday. I called Pep Boys and they answered and told me to come by. I spoke with the Manager Sean who was very knowledgeable and had my car diagnosed within 30 minutes. Sean went step by step what was wrong with my engine and the cost of each issue. There was no trying to upsell me and I felt like I was getting an honest quote. The car was done in a few hours. By far the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to vehicles. Sean is a new manager here and really gets it.
