On Saturday, April 6th, I visited this location and had new front brakes and rotors put on my car, costing over $400. I noticed that my brakes were quite soft afterward and had several people drive my card to confirm that new brakes/pads were installed, as my brakes were no better and my pedal needs depressed almost to the floor to stop my car. Each person did inspect the brakes/rotors and determine that while they were new, the lines were not bled after installation - a simple oversight in their opinions. I called Pep Boys and explained this, hoping this would be a quick solution. They informed me that bleeding the lines was not a standard part of pad/rotor installation and that I would have to pay even more for this. This is unheard of in the industry. I'm reaching out to corporate and will update this review as it progresses.

The young man who helped me was helpful and courteous. The techs who worked on my car did a great job. Honestly, I have no complaints. I got new tires, alignment, got front and rear brakes and an oil change. Everything took 3 hours.

terrible attendance. I scheduled it on Saturday, came back on Sunday, waited an hour and was told they wouldn't be able to do my job. Don't come to this place, the service is untrue and disrespectful

Updated : imagine randomly tire goes flat half way driving in middle of night. Giving us a hard time to get it fix the same day. Said to wait til tomorrow bc they all book up. If the mechanic failure to install the new tire/valve correctly. You should priority that and fix the problem. We able to get our car in but Idt the guy like what we said about we both work tomorrow and they should correct their mistake today (our off day). Couple hours later. The guy call and said our car got into the shop. About 10-15 minutes later, around 345pm called to said valve replaced and it's good to go. However they closed at 4pm so if we can't make it to pick up the car. Need to pick up next day. ..... Gotta be up early next day to make it there and we both can make it on time.Really bad customer service. They don't care. Once you paid. Everything are consider inconvenience for them.Usually my go to place for replacement of tire. Bc of the price and availability. Never really got a problem until this time. 4 new tires. 3 days later. Flat tire. It seem the valves are not fully tighten down creating a small leak. Now you start to concern does this location even properly balance and mount your tires.

Incredibly unprofessional staff. Takes personal phone calls while having a line of customers, disappears to the back leaving front/customer area empty with customers waiting. Took over 2 hours to simply install new tires, even with an appointment.

Only leaving one star because I can t leave less. Had a very unsatisfactory visit. I went in to get air in my tire and left with a bent rim & when I mentioned it got told they would not be accountable and fix what they wronged. Definitely don t recommend. Not to mention I waited two hours and was surrounded by spiderwebs and spiders.

Horrible service . They tried to skip my tire rotation. It took too long. And they lied in my face about it. This location always have problems. Corporate need to give it a look.

Great experience. The manager was excellent and very nice and helpful. The others working were also kind, helpful, and got both my cars in and out really quick. By far one of the best experiences I ve had when going in for car problems. I d definitely go back if I need anything further. Customer service was top notch.

I went for an oil change and a tire rotation/alignment. They could not do my oil change because they did not have the filter in stock. They went to do the tire rotation, and messed up my wheel lock bit the first time it had been used. My Wheel lock nuts were brand new. Probably put it in the impact gun, which is a no-no. Now I have to buy a brand new wheel lock set because the key and one of the nuts is ruined. They told me they would reimburse me for the replacement, but I do not buy that one bit.

This location will not fix any problems that they cause in your car. I went to this location to place my brakes. But when I left the location my brake paddle shot straight to the ground with no resistance. And when i returned to the location since i thought it might have been and honest mistake on their part then brushed my off smiling in my face that they could not do anything about the problem and quoted me 700 dollars to replace yet another part.

Very unprofessional I was advised by an employee to set up an appointment to be seen at 9am mostly won't be seen until 9:30 due to the guy that does the alignment sometimes doesn't come in until 9:30 which was cool with me. Gets there the guy at the register ask me my name I told him I had a 9:00 appointment.He goes on to tell me I have 3 people in front of me how is that when you guys just open and I have an appointment . This dude tells me it's first come first serve and appointments is just so they can prepare wth I'm pissed so really it's no stars for me

Tried to overcharge me even after i said the last time I went to a pep boys it was three times less than what he was trying to charge me. I may be a girl, but i m not stupid. Do better, don t over charge people.

I got stock on the highway with a flat tire and the closest tire center was this Pep Boys. At first I was a bit scared to go in because the place looks like in renovation. But I know I have no choice just to get my tired repaired. As I walk in Kendall greet me with a smile and ask how can I help you?. I explained and he told me not to worried that they will help me out and sure they did. Not only they were fast, they told me everything else I need to get done and give me the best service I can imagine in a place I was not to familiar with. I want to thank Kendall Choon and the mechanic that did my car for taking care of the problem in an hour With care and dedication even they were almost time to closed the store. I recommend this place and come back when need it just because of the service. Thank you guys!!The place need a little bit of cleaning since they are renovating but other than that was great.

I suggested do not come to here to do any maintenance. I scheduled something about brake fluid, but they replaced my rear brake with used one. I felt something wrong after I got my car, it has loud noise when I backed up. And I checked in dealer store, they said that brake already dead. And I just got inspection at the same store 2 months ago, it is in good condition.Hope everyone can see it before they go.

They gave me an estimate of $1,000 to replace my spark plugs and coil. I told them no that is an insane price I'll just pay the $100 diagnosis fee and leave. He then says he can take $400 off the invoice, bringing my total to around $600. Meaning if I had not denied the original quote, I would have been paying an unnecessary $400!! I googled a Local Mobile Mechanic in Orlando and he did for $200 (parts and labor). Shady clerks

Naz was very pleasant to work with. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions. My experience with Pep Boys was awesome. I Would definitely return to Pep Boys to meet my automotive needs. The supervisor was also helpful and knowledgeable. The technicians did a great job with installing my 4 new tires and with the alignment.

I had a leaking tire and I was happy that they took me on Sunday afternoon to patch it. Unfortunately, the plug didn t work and the tire kept leaking in the same spot. Had to take it to another shop.

This is the best Pep Boys! Don't go to the L.B. McCloud one, if you make an online appt they do not honor it. The one on Good Homes is OK, but this one is the best.Everyone here is nice and I think they are very honest and do not try to upsell or rip you off. Kendall is great- he gives a realistic time to expect our cars back and tries to save us $ when he can. I really miss the email coupons for service the company used to give. They fixed up my dad's car that had been sitting around for years for my teenager to drive. It had lots of issues from just not getting used much. I trust them servicing the car she drives as well as my car and our work trucks.

I actually had a 5:00 appointment it got me in around 230 price was right 4 tires and an alignment staff was Very helpful And not to mention a free inspection would Definitely recommend

Soon as I walk in I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to see me. And it's a shame that they only have 2 mechanics working with all the cars that need to be done. My appointment was at 12pm and they didn't get to my car until 1:45pm and I didn't leave until 2:40pm that's a long time to wait for an oil change. They need more mechanics and the two that they got sometimes they seem like they don't want to work. Might have to go to another pepboys for better service

I have had customer service issues at this location on several occasions. I dropped my car with the expectation of it being ready by 4:00pm. I called at 4:38pm due to not hearing anything from the staff, only to find out that they will not be able to work on my car due to an issue with my tires. I had to call several times before someone answered only to hear that my time was wasted. When confronted the manager on duty complained that they have limited staff at this location. This is unacceptable and Pep boys corporate office needs to do a better job at managing their facility and not just taking our money.

Horrible customer service! They don t answer the phone at this location. Been calling about my friends car all day and we can t get an answer. We took her car there and got it diagnosed, and they gave her the wrong diagnostic. In turn had her pay over $600 for a part that she did not need. Drove the car off and and had to turn it back around to take it back. They ve had the car since yesterday and have not called the cars warranty yet to get the proper part paid for by them. The Manager Arron is very disorganized and doesn t know how to properly communicate with the customers. I wouldn t recommend this pep boys to anyone! Run far away from them!

Would give negative stars if I could. Firstly, they lied about what was wrong with my car, charged my hundreds for a service that they failed to provide, and would not let me take my car back unless I paid for the service that they didn t provide. They robbed me of my money. Got my car fixed elsewhere, they said it was a simple problem and fixed it right away. Pep Boys is a terrible company with awful customer service. Do not go here. They rob you of your money and full of lies.
