Great shop. People there are very friendly and did an awesome job in my truck. I went there for full alignment and some front axle stuff and they did excellent. No regrets at all.

Shame of a shop and it s sad to see I m not the only one with this experience. My truck went and stayed there ages under the false promise of being worked on. I was told the part was order at a store that when I called to the store I was told it was never ordered thru the shop (unbelievable right). I was also overcharged with no descriptions of it for the records and when you ask for their names they give you false ones, real classy. I have my good share of proof against them and I m considering on taking some actions too. Good luck with this place if you choose to trust them.

This shop is a circus apparently not even the staff knows who the owner is and the the owner is NEVER i. I had to bring my truck to the shop under good recommendation and it was my worst mistake. It took them over a month to fix my truck and it still being fixed under warranty. They charged me for new parts that when confronted they admitted were used and had to discount out of the invoice, no detail of what was done to the truck and which parts were ordered. I asked for the receipts for my company if you file and was meet with need the, you ll have to call the store. My nightmare with this people it s not done but I m so longing for it to be done. I WOULD NEVER EVER TRUST THE AGAIN. AND IF YOU KNOW BETTER, DO THE SAME.

I'm OTR had a hub axle leaking and the truck stops were booked, found this shop and they pulled my truck in gave me a estimate and fixed my problem. Finished with in an hour and was back on the road. Highly recommend and if I have any mechanical issues around Orlando I'm definitely coming back. Thank you for great customer service.

Am giving it 1 star because it's the lowest I can go. By far one of the most unprofessional people, I ever dealt with. Elder and his brother Juan they both lie to get your truck in the shop. I was recommended there to install a fuel pump for $600, and steer wheel alignment for $240. A week later the bill was $3,244. $2,600 to install the fuel pump, oh the cost of the fuel pump was not included, $420 for the steer wheel alignment, and $25 for starter fluid. I asked Juan about the bill he told me to talk to his brother Elder. Elder told me all kind of excuse. When I asked about warranting the work he refused. The lady in the office is full of attitude you asked a question she told me she doesn t know anything talk to Elder. If this is the last shop on Earth, I will not bring my truck back there no customer service skill and they doesn t take the time to explain anything to you. The other big thing I found out too they discontinued my ELD camera so I couldn t see what was going on. The hassle was not worth it. Please follower truckers please stay away from this shop and read the reviews, I should have listened and now I found out for myself the hard way. The reviews are so true, I can t stress it anymore STAY AWAY from Truck Stop 712 Thorpe Road Orlando, Fl 32824, & Bus & Truck Repair 780 Thorpe Road Orlando, Fl 32824. The brother s Elder & Juan own both locations. The Fault Code came back, so now I must take my truck to another mechanic.

Don t take you truck to this shop this company lie to fix you truck dishonest repair shop.The promise to check the truck on the same day and they check 4 days after I keep calm I give the shop the opportunity to work on it but I have to go there I m wait the whole day to get a mechanic on my truck and the mechanic tell that he don t have too much experience after all this problem been 1 week 1/2 with no result , I have to town my truck to the freightliner dealer to get fix! All the truck companies don t take you truck here waste of time & money

The worst of the worst! Came here thinking it was Sebastian shop (JC meechanic). I didn't know the shops name just the owner so I asked for Sebasti�n but was told he wasn't in yet. Took them 5 weeks to program my VECU. They said they checked the harness From beginning to end and that's the fix. 2 weeks later truck broke down and the screws by the pins. Weren't tighten. They were also supposed to replace abs sensor which was only reset and I was charged for a new one. 3500$ dollars in the trash. Elder is very dishonest stay away
