Three months (April) back this man (Mongi / Owner of Service Center) showed up at my driveway to calibrate my Ignition interlock system. I opened it when he pulled up.He called me twice because he assumed all doors would be open when it was just the driver side.He left upset so I pleaded for his return and made it up by Doubling his fee.The following month (May) , he showed up a day late, leaving me with no car for work. I suggested that he make things right which did by not billing me because it cost me an Uber to and from work, in which he agreed. In the past It was my custom to pay after the service was done....and Mongi was fine with that.The following month (Friday / June) I notified his Service Center a day in advance and they confirmed my appointment...his assistant texted me the bill in advance,but since Mongi dropped the ball in May , I asked if I can pay after the Service was completed and she said yes....I left the entire car unlocked and he didn't show up again. I called Mongi Cell and his Office All Weekend w/ no luck. I called the Ignition Provider and asked if there was any other way to have my car Calibrated & they tried with no success. I had called Both companies 3-4 times during the weekend with no success. On the second day I had the Ignition Interlock call Mongi personally and he picked up and responded that he was closed til Monday. I had to get a ride to work on the 3rd day so on the 4th day, I had the Interlock Co. called him again to see if he will appear ,since he avoided all my calls and his response to them was that I did not pay for the Service in advance. After the call I sent Mongi his Service fee for June.Mongi knew that I was at his mercy & so he had his assistant extort the money in which he lost in May along with along with the current payment.Furious that he was playing games, I did try to send him another payment to the same Online Work Order which it said the Transaction was a success... but some how the transaction did transfer my fees. Finally I received another text saying that Mongi was not going to service my car ,to find another Calibration center.I still have record of his texts..This man Mongi if Slimmy & shady

Almost like getting seats at your best exclusive restaurant in town, exquisite timely service and cater to all your vehicle needs. Auto clinic in deed, I recommend this place to all of central Florida; expert care at an affordable price. Unlike a favorite restaurant, this place makes sure you don t come back for repair as they get it right the first time. My gratitude extends beyond the 7+ years of service to the community, and a great staff that deserves reckoning. Just wish there were more places like this these days.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is the absolute best mechanic shop I ve even been to. Our mechanic was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I are from out of town, so when our car started having issues we were very worried. We checked several different shops which were all crazy expensive, misinformed, and overall not helpful.Then we stopped at this little gem. We were greeted with a smile by the mechanic. He took the time to check out every possible issue (while keeping our timeframe in mind). He walked us through every step, explained things when we had questions, and seemed genuinely happy to do so.At the end, he fixed our issue and gave us a huge deal on it!! God bless! I was having car trouble and actually was stuck in the parking lot next to this establishment. I actually just went over to ask them to borrow a wrench in hopes that I could just reset the engine. When I tell you that the gentleman went above and beyond and out of his way to help a stranger in need at a time when I was so far from home,is an understatement. I am truly blessed to have found this place. He has a customer and a friend now.

Mike is the BEST!!! He is so honest and knowledgeable. I took my car to another local auto shop in East Orlando for the same problem and they still could figure it. I bring it to him and he fix the problem right away.If you re looking for someone who s honest give them a shot. They are very professional and cares about the customers.Thanks again Mike and Jessica. You all are the best and that s real talk.

Orlando Auto Clinic is the only place I know and trust in Orlando to service my car and keep it running well. When something goes wrong and I need emergency service, they have always responded and got me back in commission promptly and affordably. They also advise if future needs that I can schedule and avoid emergency problems. I appreciate the quality work they provide and personal care I receive as a customer. Mongi made my car worse and won't answer my calls and refuses to fix the problems he has caused. I wish I never took my car here because now I'm out $400 and will have to pay more for someone to fix the problem he never fixed correctly and to fix problems that he has caused. Horrible customer service every time I've gone. I'm writing this review to warn everyone else to go somewhere else before you think about coming here.Update : I finally got a hold of him and he refuses to fix my car now because he saw this review. He knows he messed up my car but thinks he doesn't have to do anything about it because of an honest review instead of trying to make things right

I especially loved one mechanic who used to work there, and he just happens to be my husband. His customers loved him and so many were very vocal about him leaving. He heard over and over how good his work was. They even asked for his phone number so my husband could fix their vehicles at home, but he is now retired.

My daughters truck key fob died and stranded in Orlando!!! We found this place by sheer luck! They were still there 545pm!! Worst communication ever. I have my guardian interlock with them only to come on the day of my appointment to find out they do not service them anymore and to go to a different location that took on their clients for the service. I show up at the place to find it closed because Orlando Auto Clinic do not know how to communicate with both the new place that services Guardian and myself. On top of that I call Orlando Auto Clinic the day of to confirm my appointment in which they could have told me they don t service Guardian and I would have at least made it to the new place during business hours. But their phone number doesn t even work. Please spend more money else where or the same amount. For better customer service and professionalism.

Couldn t say enough good things about this shop! Mongi was very Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Great prices and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

I took my car here for a vibration on my brake pedal. They said it was the brake booster & master cylinder and wanted $600 to fix it. I asked for my keys back and said this is a rip off. The secretary nearly cursed me out. Is this how you treat your customers? How rude. I hope no one gets caught in your trap. By the way, it was a broken upper control arm $240. You almost got me.

Had to get an insurance inspection done because I switched carriers. Orlando Auto Clinic had the inspection done and car back to me in 5 minutes. The employees were attentive and nice.

Having to have an interlock system installed in your car can be bad enough but then ti have to deal with an auto shop like this is just horrible i dont know how they could be official to install interlocks is beyond me and i really think the safety council and dmv should reuvaluate this place because it is very poor on perfmance and customer relations. Would have gave this shop 0 stars if it was available. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Monji is great , honest hard working and really cares about his customers in the past they had a receptionist who was horrible and was aweful but I haven t seen her would recommend Monji service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic

The worst place. Customer service is horrible. Been waiting for 2+ hours for an appointment that was scheduled a month prior. Thinking of reporting business to Better Business Bureau. No one shows up. No respect for people s time

One week and 723 dollars later the car was still not fixed right.Nobody shows up to work including the owner.The worst repair shop I've ever been to.

If it takes over 7 hours just to install a breathalizer you should not be a mechanic. Horrible service
