Amazing experience. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend taking any repairs here.Not only do the repairs look perfect, but they completely detailed the inside and outside of my truck. I was not expecting that at all. My truck was pretty dirty from not being washed or vacuumed since the accident. So I truly appreciate that gesture.You will not be disappointed.

These guys did fantastic work. I had a suspension adjustment that needed made after I picked up the car, and they were fast to have me come back, so they could correct the issue. Not once did I ever feel like I was bothering them, they insisted on getting the job done all the way. Customer service was fantastic. Price was also very fair. I highly recommend to anyone that needs bodywork.

I'm new to the area and needed a fender flare painted. I stopped by and spoke to Barry. He was very helpful and was able to get the part painted and installed in about 2 days. I would highly recommend using their services not only for great work but also amazing customer service.

Absolutely painless process to get my truck inspected, scope of work and cost estimated, insurance approved, and work completed flawlessly and expeditiously from/by Orlando Auto Body.The list of shops that my insurance company told me to visit in order to get an estimate proved to be fruitless. I found this place with help from my godson. My carrier approved the scope and cost the same day.The final product looks great. The color, metallic, and color flop of the replaced panel matches perfect with the rest of the 5 year old truck. I had to resort to photos to remember which side was damaged.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very pleased with my first body shop experience! Bumper replacement estimate was fair/bit cheaper than another place, work was done quick plus looks great, and staff is very friendly. Would definitely return if I need future work outside of a dealership

Best Quality, Service & Experience Ever - If I could give 10 stars I would - I have classic muscle car that I had restored years ago that was in need of some TLC. It had a bent frame and needed some body work to the front end done. I was shopping around for over 6 months looking for an auto body place that wasn't afraid to do frame straightening AND that knew what they were doing. Based on the reviews on Google I decided to pay the folks at Orlando Auto Body a visit. Upon my first visit I wasn't treated as a customer but as family, they spent a lot of time with me understanding what I needed done and took time to look over the car, in detail. Brad Chesney and Ron Barger helped make me feel comfortable about fixing my car and they were very thorough with sharing cases that were similar where they were able to fix bent frames in the past. I decided to give them a shot. Not only did they get the frame back to factory they went above and beyond to make sure that the look of my classic muscle car was restored. The amount of detail that Brad and Ron put into fixing my classic car means more than anything. I felt like I was back in high school seeing my car come out of the paint shop for the first time. Since then I have referred my friends and family to Orlando Auto Body and will continue to refer anyone who needs body work done.

A pleasure doing business at Orlando Auto Body!!! The staff is friendly and professional. I walked in asking for an estimate on my front bumper which was detached and immediately Barry assessed the repair needs, repaired it and then said, I didn t owe anything wow!!! Barry from Orlando Auto Body Orlando has been such a great help! He has the kindest heart and is very trustworthy and honest. From someone who doesn t know much about cars, he is very helpful and takes the time to explain the issue occurring. He is the first to offer a helping hand and is such a nice and caring person !

A review from my other half:Ladies you know how it is going to any mechanic or repair shop alone. There is constantly scare language directed to you for an estimate. I went to 5 repair shops looking for someone to help me immediately with a rental car repair that was keyed on both sides due to vandalism. I was quoted prices from a few hundred to over $4500. With various colorful language on why it was going to cost so much. Even with me saying the manager at the Rental car place stating to me clearly, "Don't let anyone tell you that you need a new paint job. You just need a good buff out. Be sure to bring the car back if anyone tries to scare you into painting a rental car." Each shop I said the same thing after they gave me their reasons why they can't buff it out and why it needs to be a new paint job on 6 panels. One of the 5 shops recommended this place Orlando Auto Body. He gave me their card and said Brad and Ron are really good hard working honest guys that should be able to help you out better for your situation. So I went over to them and met Ron. Ron LISTENED to what I needed, and what I didn't need. He still wasn't sure he could help me, but gave me an honest assessment of what he thinks they can do for me. He didn't promise me the moon, and he didn't scare me into something I clearly said I don't want and the rental company doesn't want either. He said he will try his best, but even at that level the job might only come out 75% better than it looks now, which was already bad. IF they started the work and they realize it won't look at least 75% better then they won't do the work, and I won't be charged, and then we can discuss other options at that point. I agreed to this process and went home and hoped for the best, but was doubtful after the 5 other shop experiences I had that morning. A few short hours later I get a call from Ron "Come get your car." I was shocked it was done so fast. Still worried how it looked and if it would pass rental return inspection. I go over there, and we look at the car together and I was and everyone at the rental place was beyond impressed. Without a doubt it was 95% better. If you knew where the scratches were and you really inspected it closely in sunlight you could see a few small area that couldn't get buffed out. If I could've kissed this man's feet I would've. lol (ok maybe, slight exaggeration) The cost was reasonable and beyond lower than all other quotes I got that day. So moral of this long winded story, this is an amazing shop, with fast hard working guys, who are honest and sincere, helpful and respectful to women and their intelligence. A VERY HARD FIND. Run don't walk to this shop. Brad is the owner, and Ron is the estimator. Ron is who worked with me, and you'll be luck if he can help you out.

The team at Orlando Auto Body are awesome. They are fair with pricing and care about your vehicle. They are clear on what needs to be done and they don t BS you. That s why I have brought all of my vehicles to them. Ron and his team get it done. Highly recommend to give them a chance. Thanks for your great craftsmanship.

Ron was the man! Took my car in after a hit and run and my Camaro looks amazing! They were able to match my Camaro s special edition paint, replace my custom stripes, fix my fender, and fix my carbon fiber splitter as if nothing ever happened. Great follow up, genuine personality, you can tell they treated my car as if were theirs, and I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff they helped me out immensely when my insurance was not willing to help to help get my car fixed with OEM parts! The car looks like new and I highly recommend them!

Glad I found Orlando Auto Body! After driving around for estimates (and getting outrageous prices) I popped in here last minute for a quote. Not only was it the best price, but the people were very helpful and straight forward. They also made sure my car was ready before the weekend! Definitely recommend them!

My Toyota was terribly damaged during an accident. The front of my car was really nasty. Ron and his shop took care of me and my car really well. In three weeks' time, Ron walked me through the whole process patiently from giving me a reasonable estimate, break-down of the repair details, timely update and careful testing, without me having to worry about anything--in fact, I was in a different part of the state the whole time and only returned to pick up my car to see this baby brand new again.Great job Ron and thank you. Really appreciate your service.

Barry is so kind and fixed my problem in under five minutes. I went in because another shop refused service because of liability, and he just chuckled and fixed it right up. He's a stand up guy and made my entire week brighter. Thanks Barry!

Had a great experience with them after smashing my Acura MDX tailgate. They found me a used one to replace mine. After they painted it up to match and installed all the lights, etc., it looked as good as new. Did what the said they were going to do, when they said and for the agreed price. I d say you can t beat that this day and age. As I was leaving with my like new car they said Thanks for the business, but hope we don t see you again wishing me no more crashes. But if I ever need body work, they will be seeing me again for sure!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Exceptional Service from Orlando Auto BodyI have had poor experiences in the Orlando area with mechanics and auto services in general. I recently needed auto body service. I found Orlando Auto body online. From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in capable hands. I was met by Tausha who had a great attitude, was super friendly, and welcoming. She made a lasting first impression. After a few minutes of allowing me to discuss my issue, she introduced me to Barry. Barry was also very friendly and eager to help. At this point I m 2 for 2 on great customer service (not always case here in Orlando). Barry and I inspected my vehicle, and he did a brief assessment. What a relief, he said they could help me out. He also mentioned he had a few staff members that were experienced with working on Toyotas. All music to my ears!!The team was able to get my car fixed quickly and they worked their magic to get everything working again. The result was nothing short of impressive. I felt relieved and truly appreciated. Overall, it made me feel like a valued customer. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process, outlined what was completed and making sure I was happy with outcome. Their level of transparency and communication was greatly appreciated, they kept me informed and at ease throughout the entire repair. I have used this body shop for years now. I am the type of person that wants things done right, no compromise. I've had my last three cars worked on by them, my wife's last two cars and my mother's Lexus as well. They always do a great job and match the paint perfectly. It's like the damage never happened. I would recommend them hands down. They have a near perfect rating that is hard to beat. I bring it on a Monday and I get it back Thursday or Friday of the same week. Granted my repairs are usually minor dents, scratches, etc. I'm not saying if you bring it in crashed they'll have it back to you in less than a week but most minor repairs, for sure. At least that has been my experience. I had one small hiccup where the wrong doubled sided tape was used but Barry took care of it without question. When my car got hit I didn t know where to turn. So I started an on-line search of local body shops. In reading customer reviews, I noticed that every business had multiple poor reviews. Every business but one; Orlando Auto Body. Their rating was perfect and all their reviews were filled with glowing recommendations. So I decided to pay them a visit for an estimate and see for myself. Happily, they did not disappoint. Barry immediately put together my estimate, showed me jobs they were currently working on, and assured me that all work would be done to the highest standards. Subsequent phone conversations with Brad further convinced me and their rapid repair timeline sealed the deal. When I returned a week later to retrieve my car, I couldn t have been more pleased. They lived up to their word and then some, and the repair looked great! I m very glad I went with OAB and happy to add my name to the ever-growing list of satisfied customers. Brad and Ron did excellent paint and body work on my high end car. I've used half a dozen body shops, and most of them would've charged for and delivered less. I am truly impressed. Will use them going forward as long as I'm in Orlando. Keep up the good work.

It was actually fun to go to this shop! My car was in an accident and I went online to find a place. I called here and Tausha was so amazing I really didn't have to do anything but drop off and pick up my car. Barry was so kind to help with some work that was not related to the accident and the work they did was outstanding. Even though the car need body work, when I got into my car to drive off I noticed it was spotless...they didn't just vacuum it. Kudos to the detailer as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place...although I hope I never have to see them again...Services: Painting, Body & Trim
