I was having like the worst morning ever because of my car battery etc looking absolutely terrible and Jeremy helped us out with everything we needed and was extremely helpful and kind toward us and got us exactly what we needed. I ve gone to other auto part places and been totally ignored other than what I m buying (you get the idea) and this was absolutely not the case here. Thank you so much for Jeremy for just getting us set up, checking & installing the battery for us and being a total rockstar!!

It s 9pm my car battery died and I was driving around looking for an auto store that would be able to help me. Thankfully I came across Felipe. He was super helpful over the phone and guaranteed they would be able to find something within my budget. I arrived at the store and was immediately greeted by Felipe and his amazing staff. Amazing level of service. He changed my battery for me and wished me well on my way. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to 5 star service. I will return here for any of my auto needs.

Miles at O'Reilys Auto Parts went beyond my expectations. He was able to assist me in locating a part I needed for Kia. I typically shop at some of their competitors but today Miles changed my mind and now I will be shopping at O'REILYS. Thanks Miles

Had to change out a battery for my car and Josh was right there to help. I feel that he had that ol' school touch as he proceeded to brush off the terminals of any debris and checked if my alternator was up to par and then put some stuff on the terminals to keep them protected from rust and corrosion. He answered all my questions. I must say that even the conversation was interesting and fun!!In under 15 minutes i was driving away HAPPY!!!Thank you Josh

Good in person, don t bother calling them. All you get is Orielys please hold 10 minutes later I hang up call again 8 minutes later I drive over there. Phone service is horrible.

Awesome service, Great selection, more than fair prices, and they offer a military discount if you ask. With you valid military or VA id you will get an extra 10% off their already good prices. They will also price match if you ask them too. Also, if they do not have a part you need in the store, they can usually get it either later the same day, or first thing the next day depending upon time you order it.

I go here for everything except oil and filters. Ask for Josh or Jason and let them help you with anything you need to get taken care of on your daily driver or project build.

I have a commercial account, Ray is the guy, he is great with customer service and always on point, he always helps finding the right part and if i needed anything of the shelf he comes all the way out to the showroom to bring it or show it to me

Ordered L and R headlight assemblies, we're able to get them in next day. Came in as two lefts but they were able to get a right in within hours. Great customer service reps

Wow is all I have to say. Gus the manager went above and beyond to define customer service. He assisted with a broken tail light and then some. He also educated me on some car knowledge. Thank you so much Gus! You've earnedy business and respect.

Unwelcoming staff, out of breath asking any questions. Went down the road to autozone and got my headlight changed in 5 minutes by a female employee when O reillys said to go to a parts store because they couldn t get the headlight cap off (2 adult males). Not a good look. Also they made me park in a fire lane to get my car looked at when I was parked in an O reillys spot originally.

One of my coworkers had problems with car and discovered that it was the starter. Since we went during our lunch break we decided to get a quick burger and return to purchase the starter. We returned only to be kicked out of the parking lot because we were not inside the auto parts store at that minute. Very embarrassing. We tried to explain that we were in the store a few minutes earlier and that we were returning to make the purchase. He would not listen. I will NEVER return to that or any other O Reilley s auto store.

Normally I ve had good experiences with O Reillys, but I first went to the Conway store when they said they had a part. Long story short they didn t, and didn t bother to call any of the other stores to check if they had the part in stock. So I called the store on colonial myself, and immeasurably got put on hold. Started driving up that way, and by the time I got to the store 15 minutes later, I was still on hold. The store was empty except a solitary customer. By the time Ben helped me I asked him if he had any customers on hold, and why and none of the other employees couldn t be bothered to answer the phone (Angel and the un-uniformed blonde sitting behind the counter). I showed him my phone and that I was still on hold. Very disappointed in this experience with O Reillys. Also the part is $2 wholesale but they sell it for $15. Not surprised. Auto parts store have ridiculous markups on their parts. But I needed the part today, and that s the price you pay....

They can never get the right part when they need to order it in. You'll wait days for the wrong part so don't even waste your time. I closed my commercial account because of this.

The have the parts and deals that you are looking for most of the time, and when the don't they get them in a timely fashion an or they tell you where you can find what your looking for.Need an OIL CHANGE they have the best deals most of the time.They really informative all they time the care more than most O'REILLY in general...O'REILLY is the only place I've seen that carry's the CHILTON'S manual its way better than the HAYNES manual in my mind...
