Let me tell you how lovely and sweet Genitza is. I have no knowledge about cars and panic whenever something happens. I came into the store because my window wouldn't roll up and she went out of her way to help me by going outside to take a look herself! She found the part I needed, gave me recommendations of where to buy it, and sent me to a mechanic that could help me close the window until I could get it definitively fixed.

O'Reilly is very convenient and usually has everything I'm looking for. Very little wait time during checkout and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Very nice people work here. They tried charging my battery, but it was no good. They showed me a couple of brands, and I was happy with my decision. Thanks for a great service

I have to say every time she comes in (she delivers parts to us) the office she is the nicest warmest happiest woman I come in contact with ever. She lights up the room! Very sweet and great customer service. She even tries to teach the woman she's speaking to in the picture a few words in Spanish the few mins she's here. Couldn't see the name on her shirt but she deserves some recognition! We at Sunshine love her!!

This place is awesome especially when it comes to their sales reps! I have been fortunate enough to always get Michael who is a complete godsend of a car guy to help me with my issues. Every time i need help and no other company except a junk yard or dealership is my answer this guy makes miracles happen and is extremely good at his job and being a level dude! I mean, i cant praise him enough for the time hes taken to make sure i leave with a smile and the part(s) i am needing. This dude is a ringer in a world where most others dont know what to type into a computer to search for what you need, he goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is dealt with properly and respectfully. Give him a raise or promotion! This shop is now my go to whenever i need car parts or tools to complete the work im doing. 5 stars

Very helpful. Was out of town on vacation when my battery died. I had no tools, and the super friendly staff installed the battery for me. They even checked my alternator to be sure it was charging and not the cause of the dead battery. Great folks here, very friendy and wonderful to deal with.

From council person help me with a compressor. Without overcharging me and as I formed them that I was a veteran. He thanked me for my service which is really nice of him. Love your store love the layout great employees

This place is great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was there a few days ago with a steering wheel leak. The asst. Manager Ricardo went out off his way to not only help me find the right tools but also help me fix the leak and it wasn't an easy job and he doesn't know me from Adam, her didn't put another employee on it neither. That's how you lead by example. Thank you for your help my car is running as it should again.

I bought 6 Ignition Coils for a 2006 Toyota SiennaA couple years ago at this store not all at once I bought them one at a time, They told me that there was a Life time warranty on this parts,One of the coils gave me problems it was misfiring, when I went back to the store to replace it. The same thing happened with different coils. so I went back, except that this time nothing came out on the system for my warranty,To me it s looks like I was deleted from the systemTo avoid keep replacing the parts, bad quality partsIf you re thinking about going to buy parts to this store Keep in Mind to save your receipts, Don t believe it when they say is going to be stored on the computer system, Because it won t. I went today on a Sunday,(10/18/2020) Now I ll have to wait until Monday to call costumer service because they don t answer on the weekends.Another thing is that they don t even allow you to use the restroom.

Came in on the 13th ordered a part estimated to arrive the next day at 7:30 AM. I am here on the 15th two days after (mind you I live a good 30 minutes and drove all the way over here with the expectance of my part being here) and now he's saying it's not here and they have absolutely no idea when it will be here. So they lied about the estimated time of arrival. Exactly why I never visit O'Reillys in the first place.

Worst experience here. I was told by an employee to go to the back and cut a fuel line that we needed, I went to do it and was approached by a Spanish guy with long curly hair who claimed he was the manager , he was very rude and offended me while accusing me of stealing, the fuel line I was getting was $2 and I was told by the employee to get it. This was embarrassing and demeaning and could have been handled a lot better. I am a business owner of a mechanic shop and I would never treat a customer this way. Sad to say I will not be back until management has been improved.

Always have good service at this store. Today was exceptionally better. Victor the new store manager was very helpful and it was nice to see some actually had an ASE certification in auto parts. That's something you don't see much of. Definitely will continue to buy my parts at this O'Reilly's

Do NOT!!! go there, WORST O'Reilly experience ever! ! Then Hispanic manager had a negative and confrontational attitude. He doesn't know or understand the difference between a personal and a corporate credit card. He refused to do the sale even with valid I'd, claming name on I'd must match with name on card.

Ricardo the assistant manager at rollies is the best I had literally had a panic attack I want to AutoZone and I just needed someone to help me put the oil in my car and they told me that they didn't something in my spirit told me to come over to O'Reilly's and I came over there and Ricardo put the oil in my car for me every time I have a problem we'll have a question about my car I come up here and he helps me he is the best so anytime you're on Orange blossom trail and you won't good honest opinions about something else going on with your car or you just a lady like me and you need simple stuff like

Very helpful did a great job researching my vehicle to come up with the correct parts which was ordered and received in 24hr parts was perfect and fit correctly great job to all the staff all the parts for a complete rear brake shoes overhaul worked excellent

Will not be back. Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the manager but he was extremely rude and needs to take customer service classes before being able to help customers. Horrible.

Had to order can air filter, no one had it in this area..it was a bit pricey $30 but just working on getting this back on the road
