Chandler called to tell me he was on his way, once he arrived he was a pleasant and very helpful young man. He replaced the OEM front rotors and pads on my dodge truck in 25 min for half the cost of the dealership. NuBrakes is so convenient, I spent 2 hrs at the dealership yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I love that I get to sit in the comforts of my own home and have my truck fixed for half the cost.Thank you Chandler for a pleasant experience.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Maui was our technician and he was amazing! Professional, friendly, arrived within the time window and was done within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Highly recommend NuBrakes if you need a brakepad/rotor replacement and don t want to spend all day at an auto shop. I m not one to usually leave reviews however, dealing with NUBRAKES was the MOST efficient, professional and courteous service provider I have ever dealt with.Especially, CHANDLER the technician in Orlando area that attended to my vehicle. I truly hope Nubrake s management realizes that they employ a truly exceptional young man. He was as knowledgeable, respectful and a true gentleman. Just in the few minutes of dealing with him , I am certain he has a very bright future.

Fantastic experience! The cost is great and the service didn't take too long. My service technician, Alexander, did a fantastic job at explaning things and was very patient with me and my questions. I would recommend NuBrakes to anyone especially those who have a busy schedule!

1st...Very convenient service. I did not have to go to the shop.2nd...my mechanic Chandler did a great job on my car. He was very professional.3rd my first mechanic Alex was very honest. Found out my front brakes were not the problem. It was my rear brakes and rotors. Work had to completed on 2nd day instead which was fine with me.On time, courteous, respectful.I will call Nubrakes for more work in the future.Thank you11/11/23Front brakes and rotors completed this morning by Alex on the front of my car. An amazing experience. Everything was set up via text, the quote was the exact price, and service was professional. Everything was explained in simple terms, and the arrival time is accurate. Nothing is upsold or pushed on to the customer. It's nice to sit home and have a coffee while repairs are being done.

From my initial inquiry (to obtain an estimate) to the completion of services, NuBrakes was wonderful. Pad/rotor replacement services were priced fairly, & scheduling was a breeze. My technician, Alex, communicated well & arrived on time. He was super sweet and very professional & finished the job quickly. I utilized Klarna for interest-free payment installments, an option that other competitors didn t offer. I definitely plan to utilize NuBrakes in the future & highly recommend them to others as well!

Awesome job and highly recommended!! One shop told me I needed new brakes and rotors and come to find out that was a lie. NuBrakes tech, Alex, checked out car and gave me an honest opinion and explained issues. Got only what I needed done and it was done quickly. Communication from the first text to the last and even while they were here was great!! Convenience of them coming to my home was the best part!! Again, I d recommend this company and I d use them again!!

Have used this company twice in two states, and they ve been terrific to work with every time. They ll be half the cost of replacing at a dealership or even cheaper, and they re super efficient. Not to mention they come to you, what could be better? Chandler helped me out this most recent time, and when I asked for too many repairs that I didn t need, he made sure to let me know what I really needed and didn t let me overspend. I highly recommend using this service next time you have any brake repair needs.

Chandler was pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt. I was surprised by how quick and easy he made the whole process, and I'm very happy with the results! Glad to know NuBrakes does other car maintenance, I'll definitely keep you in mind for other work. Brick and mortar shops better take notes! :)

Alex was awesome. Super communicative (but not overly so), and no pushy sales sh!t. Just what we needed and let us know how long we likely had on the other set of brakes. Hadn't gone to the dealership to get a quote but this was significantly less than we've ever paid there, even for our "cheaper" car. Can't imagine not using this service moving forward!

Chandler came out to the house even though it was raining . The car was under a covered area so he and his tools could stay dry. He was quick, polite and talked with us on everything. The company and Chandler always sent text messages to me that everything is set or I'm on my way etc. I would highly recommend this company and Chandler.

It was easy to set up an appointment through text. My technician was scheduled to arrive between 8:30 and 1:00. It was a generous range but Chandler was very prompt at around 8:35. He was professional and the work only took about 30 minutes. Paid $473.59 including tax to replace front axle pads and rotors for a 2004 Toyota Corolla. The new brakes feel great and I am very satisfied with my experience.Service: Brakes

All personnel who attended me since first call were courteous and willing to please my schedule. Tecnician was pleasing and open to answering my doubts and questions. Only negative, which is why I didn't give 5* rating, is that I consider the cost charged for the service to be somewhat excessive. If you have the time I believe it less expensive to go to a store to get the job done.

Alex was great and worked so fast! Had everything done within 30 minutes! He was very polite and made sure I had any questions answered. Definitely cheaper and more efficient than taking your car into an auto shop for repairs.

I just called this shop based on the positive reviews to replace my front brake pads. The gentleman automatically included new rotors in the total. I told him I don t need new rotors, I just had my car inspected, only front brake pads. He said if I didn t include rotors and they only replaced the pads, there would be no warranty.Yeah, not a good first impression.I just called another company, they scheduled me for an appointment at 12:30pm today, no hassle.

Alex came to my house within 2 hours of scheduling my appointment, he was friendly and professional explaining everything about my front and rear brakes. He completed the job in about an hour and explained what he completed and my warranty in full. He was amazing to deal with and NuBrakes is now stored in my favorites and my go to for all my car needs.

The technician, Alex with NuBrakes was early which was great. Alex was very honest, professional, and even faster. He did a wonderful job and he answered all my questions. The prices are fair. Absolutely fantastic service. Their communication was excellent thru the entire process. Their price was great and Alex was super friendly and knowledgeable. Alex was also lightning fast with the brake job. They didn't try to sell me anything I did need like new rotors or rear brakes which was very appreciated. I would highly recommend this company. Very happy customer.

Chandler (the tech) was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He was done In an hour with all four brakes and rotors. Very friendly and walked me through everything as he replaced themWould definitely recommend!

Alex was quick and efficient at diagnosing that I did not in fact need new front brakes, but just a clean up of the hardware. He performed a tire rotation and was on his way within about 30 minutes. Very honest, prompt and friendly service. I would recommend and use Nubrakes again

WOW! Expected it to be a good experience based on the reviews...was EVEN BETTER than expected. Cost was very reasonable...buy-now-pay-later was super easy...ALEX was here a couple minutes before our scheduled window....and was finished 10-15 min later. Will be my go-to place for brakes...going to tell everyone I know. Will never go back to the shop again.

Decided to call out NuBrakes for a break pad replacement instead of going out to a traditional car shop repair place. Let me say I was highly impressed with the technician that came out (Alex) his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. The service was done incredibly fast (less than 30 minutes) and done right in front of my garage. The setting up of the appointment was also easy and efficient with NuBreaks sending me updates and reminders. Overall excellent service and will definitely use them again in the near future. Highly recommend.

I will definitely utilize the services of NuBrakes if applicable in the future. By happenstance I googled for a mobile brake repair company and chose NuBrakes. After my initial call beginning with an inquiry, quote etc. service agents Will, Brian and Kevin kept me informed about each process as well as the service technician s eta. Long story short when technician Chandler arrived he finished the job without any issues. Chandler is professional, courteous and certainly another great team member of NuBrakes Repair. I will certainly recommend NuBrakes to everyone.

Using NuBrakes has been the easiest experience. They responded right away and always kept you updated. They are fair on prices and very convenient as they come out to you! Reached out to NuBrakes late last night. They were quick to respond, and before I know it, the appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician showed up early today and was very quick doing the work. I had rear axel pads replaced and it took 30 mins. Great customer service, great communication. I will use NuBrakes again!!!! They do other work too, not just brakes.

Phenomenal process and service. Alex the technician was knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. Replaced the break pads quickly. The support team Will, Juan, Matt, and Brian are great and responsive. On a tight budget or in an emergency NuBreaks mobile service gets the job done. Most definitely will be working with NuBreaks again in the future to keep our vehicle safe while on the road. Thanks guys.
