My husband has a custom truck that he was having issues with the automatic steps and lights. He took it to them to fix and they did an amazing job. They were quick, professional and fairly priced. Will definitely use them again!

These guys have done spectacular custom boat work for me on an old Boston Whaler I had completely redone and turned into a more modern skiff/flats style boat. They also made me an amazing custom sunbrella boat cover and have helped with lots of other little finishing details and electrical installs. My little skiff is nothing for these guys, every time I'm in there they are doing some crazy huge boat, sick car, or Prevost Motor Home. Pretty sure if you want it done to your toy these guys are the ones to do it (at least for me).

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have a backup camera and LED lights installed. The team at Next Level are extremely helpful and they guided me in the right direction. Marty did an excellent job and I love my new lights and backup cam. Makes my car feel brand new!! I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back here for my Stereo next!! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their vehicles.

Austin and his team from Next Level, did an amazing job installing SeaDek on my boat. They came out and measured my boat and 4 days later came back and did the installed. Quick turnaround! Couldn't be happier with the finished product. Would recommend to anyone.

Todd, Austin and the rest of the team did such an awesome job on my SeaDek install on my boat. This was my second boat to be done by Next Level and each time they did such a great job. They stand behind their work 100% which is why they'll always be my only choice for my boat customizations.

I got my system installed a few months ago, and I wanted to wait to review to see how the sound-deadening holds up. Everything is great. Installation looks clean and professional. Service was prompt, and they handled my unique needs. I brought my own gear, and they understood the pros and cons even though they didn't carry those items. For those at the shop, mine was the red Camry with the Hertz speakers, JBL sub, and AudioControl amp. It's really crisp.

I don't even know how to put it in words so I'll try. They went above and beyond my expectation's. Answered any questions, very friendly. Not only did they turn my car into a batman car flawlessly, but they did allot for no extra charge! Had extra suede laying around so they added that to my headliner, So many other things. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality on your car. Going back for my audio. I would recommend them to anyone, and already have. Thanks guys!

6 years ago I asked to have a box built to hold a 15 L7 and look as close to factory as possible to not draw any attention. Ergonomically built to fit my position in the seat and not limit my access/reach to things within the vehicle. They went far above what I thought I was getting, the fit and finish is what has impressed me the most! It s been in there for the last 120k miles banging away and never skipped a beat. My wires are hidden and out of sight other than at the battery and fuse inside the engine bay. My amp is hidden under the box where they built a cut away and was able to slide it under and out of the way. Do it right the first time and you will never regret it.

My husband and I were having an issue with our vehicle s stereo. I initially called the car dealership and was told I would need to wait on a specialist to come in to assess the issue. My husband suggested we call Next Level, and we are so glad we did! They were able to pinpoint the problem right away and offered a few options that would best fit our needs. Everyone at Next Level was professional, great with keeping us in the loop, and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend Next Level!

Great guys and a great place. Came and gave them a budget, had all my needs fulfilled while still within budget and even had it installed two hours later they have a special going on for their in stock items till the end of December. Highly recommend them to handle whatever it is you need in your vehicle.

Man these guys are awesome. I brought in my 2010 Jeep Wrangler with a radio issue from another company. They fixed it in a matter of moments. They also made great recommendations to help my electric and wiring. I will be back in two weeks for new wiring and new grill for my jeep. Next Level Kicks Asss. 5 Star all the way!!

Been to a few different shops previously but Next Level Inc is where I ll probably always take my business. Extremely responsive and professional. Best service I ve received in both performance and customer service. Would highly recommend.

Justin at Next level did an awesome job Reinstalling my aux unit. If you need speakers, system audio plus more done come here. The workers and staff are great and nice. Considering getting more work done at their establishment. They are by far the best hands down!

I have been looking for a 100amp ANL fuse locally and nobody had it but NEXT LEVEL, they were so kind and helpful that they practically gave it away for free! Definitely using them for all my audio needs! Amazing service!

First time visit. Had them install a stereo in my Porsche 356, the tech was great and finished in only 30 minutes. I look forward to returning with my boat one of these days to upgrade the sound.

Damion provided excellent professional customer service. He made me feel like a value customer from our first conversation via the phone. He was diligent in finding me replacement remote starters (I misplaced my set of keys with my original remote starter). His amazing communication helped me to feel at ease that my product would be delivered in a timely manner. Damion double checked to ensure my remotes were programmed correctly and made sure my overall experience was great! I felt the charges were very reasonable. The establishment was very clean and organized which also was a plus for me.

I was issues with a Bose system and I had taken my stereo system to 2 different audio shops and neither could fix the issue (including the original installer). But Next Level fixed my issue, even though I was missing a plug from my processor. Now my subs, mids, and highs sound great. Thanks, again. You've definitely gained a returning customer in me and someone who will do a lot of referring.

First of all I would like to personally thank Damion for taking care of me from start to finish! I got a complete double subwoofer setup with L.E.D. lights covering the interior floor of my car, despite the fact that their schedule was booked and I had to work before they opened up their shop, Damion and his team managed to fit me in their schedule and had me drop off my car before they opened!! They did a fantastic job taking care of my needs and bringing my car to the "NEXT LEVEL"! We had a couple good laughs and conversations through out the whole process, they have definitely gained a life long customer and I will be returning here whenever I need a project done to my car! I 100% recommend checking them out!

I had an incredible experience at Next Level. I called a few weeks ago after I realized that there was no chance in hell that I was going to be able to install a Blackvue dashcam in my wife's car without butchering the job. I was quoted 4 hours of work, totally $550. I arrived on time, the owner and the other gentleman working were very cordial and allowed me to do some work on my computer in their showroom/waiting area. The install was perfect, just a great job. When it was done the owner stated that it only took them 3 hours instead of the quoted 4 and that my bill would be significantly less than quoted. The service technician took me through the car, and spent some time helping me download the app to mine and my wife's cell phone. All in all it was an awesome experience, I highly recommend Next Level for any of your vehicles needs. Thanks guys!

I had an incredible experience taking my vehicle to Next Level Car Audio in order to replace broken speakers. Using their expertise and exemplary customer service, they hooked me up with what I needed without wasting my time or money. I will be returning again for any of my vehicle s audio upgrades and repairs. After just my first visit, they gained a life long customer in me. Damion and the team at Next Level did a great job for us. For our Sprinter van we had them upgrade our radio, add an amplifier, replace all speakers, and add a couple of rear-view safety cameras to our van. Great job, great focus on customer service. Damion's recommendations for the upgraded components were spot-on, and the installation was professionally done. They did everything they said they would do, and it was ready when promised. We'd definitely return for future upgrades and/or service on the audio systems and the safety cameras in any vehicle we own.

I just left Next Level Audio and Damien and his guys were EXTREMELY helpful. Had me in and out within 20 minutes. All I needed was a little fix for the wiring of my audio and they helped me asap. Don t bother coming to any other audio shop. This is the BEST place to come. Im from Tampa and will definitely be back to get some more done to my Nissan. Thanks Guys!

We had some hardware issues with my step install but Damian and the team at Next Level Audio worked extremely hard and thoroughly to get it done. They put me on the schedule three times and were diligent and dogged in making sure everything got done perfectly. Amazing service from an amazing team!!

I was just looking for help with depinning some wire harness unrelated to audio systems, or just point me to a direction for the tool. Took them less than 3 minutes to depin and even took the time to show me how it was done. I offered to pay, but it was on the house and were just glad to help. Such a nice staff, would definitely recommend just for their great attitude and customer service.

I took my 488 into the shop for correction of a faulty radar detection system several months ago. After communication with the owner he had arranged replacement parts for the entire device with the manufacture. He made this experience incredibly positive and I was on my way as scheduled!

I highly recommend these guys. They did great work at a good price and they were quick. I really appreciated that they shared some options I didn't even know I had. Jesse even took the time to show me how to work a couple of the main features on my new stereo that I didn't know how to work. The instillation is clean, and there was no mess left in or on my car.

The crew at Next Level is awesome! I can't say enough about them! I live in Atlanta & I found them on Club Lexus Forum. I'm from Palatka...Yes, Palatka & I came home for XMAS so I thought that I'd check them out?!? From the first communication its been a great experience! They can customize your vehicle any way you want it! These guys are enthusiasts...The owner started out of his garage & has been in business over 14 years! Their customer service is A-1, they know what they're doing and they're very professional...Damion is even kind of funny to me! Their prices are great...Remember you get what you pay for & you don't want just anybody wiring up your ish! So whether you have a old beater or Bentley they can do it! Thanks Next Level...You've got a customer for life!!!

Terrible Job and Service. I had a subwoofer installed in my Range Rover. Paid $1,000 roughly for just the install (NO PARTS) and the speaker wasn't even mounted. Every time i drove it fell over, came unplugged it was a total pain the azz!!! I pointed this out when I picked up the car but they assured me it wouldn't fall over. They also faced it forward instead of backwards. Everyone knows you want your subs to hit of your rear glass. They also assured me that I didn't need this but I did in fact need this because the way they set it up it sounded terrible. They also assured me they left enough wire in case "I" decided i want to turn it the other way and figure out some way of mounting in case it fell over. I pointed out that he said it wouldn't fall over and he said "well just in case you drive crazy"... If all of this wasn't enough to warrant a 1 star review they also broke a pair of $300 sun glasses and refused to repair or replace them. I would look else where if you are considering using this company.... I will NOT use them in the future. I had my other truck and my boat scheduled for them to work on, but I did not allow them to do any work on any of my other cars, boats, bikes, or toys for obvious reasons!!!
