I found myself in desperate need for a vehicle and bought a used Toyota from Tim the owner. I didn't have Very much money so I was not expecting much of a vehicle. He showed me what he had that he could sell me in my price range and although the body of the vehicle is not that pretty the motor is running superb. I had to downsize from a truck and although I really wish for a bigger vehicle I must say this little Toyota is growing on me. I highly recommend this place. Good and fair dealings from trustworthy people whom have proven themselves over and over again with all my vehicle needs.

Tim is a good friend of mine. I met him three years ago accidentally as I was searching for another shop and got confused with the buildings. I knew I was in the right place though as I looked around and saw scripture and such around. I thought Alhumdiullah "Praise be to God" because I had been getting ripped off by mechanics since I moved here to Florida ten years prior. Tim's shop has a great feel to it. Like cheers the television show (without the alcohol) you will find great people conversing while waiting for the repairs. I have seen people coming and going from all walks of life. Uncommon friendships emerge with mutual respect for our holy creator I have been going to this shop now for three years. I have gotten to know the owner, mechanic as well as the familiar faces of many satisfied clients whom have become a sorta family. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for any sort of repairs. Trust has been proven and continues to be of great value to everyone there. Fair pricing and remarkable service. May the blessings continue for those who continue to bless others Alhumdiullah "Praise be to God"

I would not recommend ever doing business with this shop. They will scam you out of money and not do the repairs required. Do not buy a car from them either, because they assure you they have checked the car out completely and take your money and then when you find out that they did not check the car out and try to get your money back they refuse. Supposedly this person was trusted by my friend due to he is a good christian well I would not think a good christian would do this to someone and refuse to give me my hard earned money back.

Took in our Subaru. Had a specific issue that did not get fixed. Get your quote in writing because we were charged an extra hundred dollars to clear warning lights. They are back on BTW.

Call them just for questions, Tim answered the phone and walked me through everything even told me to call back if I needed. Told me I could come on a day they re off as well. Seems like a great guy

Great place you can trust. Dropped the car off Sunday with a blown out radiator. Fixed and back on the road by the end of day Monday!

This shop is the best I have ever,EVER been at ,a shop that cares for there customers, the owner himself took time out of his own day to help push my car in a parking spot, offered me rides , this is my ONLY SHOP I trust nobody else. Any dealings with NBR Auto (or any other mechanic you do not personally know) should be in writing prior to ANY service. The owner, Mr. Vescovi, charged us $162 to tow the car about a mile, $90 for an estimate, then he charged $228 as an "Open and Close fee" - something we did not authorize. We only ask for a repair estimate. We did not put this in writing and that was our mistake. Boy did we have to pay for that mistake!All together he charged us $480 to tell us the fan belt was broken (we knew this) and that the air compressor clutch needed replaced. His initial verbal estimate to repair the car was $3,400. When checking with another trusted mechanic, the repair should cost less than $1,000.When we told Mr. Vescovi we wanted to take the car without his repair, he delayed releasing the car to us, claiming it was in pieces and he had to put it back together. The next day he delayed coming to the shop to meet the tow truck to pick up the vehicle until 10 am. According to Google his official shop hours list him opening at 8 am on the day we picked up the car. When we finally got the car back, just over 24 hours after we left it, the air compressor was in pieces on the car seat - not re-assembled. We were charged an Open and Close fee, but the unauthorized work was not "closed".Mr. Vescovi will not accept payment by credit card. He only accepts cash or Zelle - which provide no no protections for the buyer.Lesson learned on our part. Just want to warn others so they don't get stuck with his high diagnostic fees the way we did. A Honda dealer would have been less expensive and less stressful. Get everything in writing before releasing your car to this garage.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Sold my aging Father a rusty frame car refuses to answer his calls regarding repairs.Update: He is trying to make good on this transaction. Will update once completed.Update: June 10, 2022 gave him a loaner car until he can find a better car, hopefully soon.

Timothy is phenomenal! They will accommodate and take care if you. I was actually lost and parked in their auto shop and Mr. Timothy came out of his office and approached to ask if i need help with anything. He is very friendly and all the people who work their as well. I definitely recommend this place for how good their service is. KUDOS TO NBR AUTO CENTER!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP THEY TOOK 2 AND A HALF MONTHS ON A ENGINE REBUILD AND NEVER INSTALLED ANY PARTS THAT WAS GIVIN TO THEM TO DO THE BUILD AND THEN TRIED TO OVER AND EXCESSIVELY CHARGE WAY MORE MONEY THAT WAS AGREED ON ITS REALLY A CRIME STAY AWAY!
