3/28/2024To start I ordered a brake pad and rotor kit from NAPA that their website said was a perfect fit for my vehicle. After getting the parts I started changing the brakes and rotors when I realized the pads did not actually fit my vehicle. I contacted NAPA support many times over a 6-hour period (them "looking into it" and never calling me back) to try and have them bring me the correct pads from a local shop (since my vehicle now had no breaks). I finally got an answer from support at 5:59 pm (NAPA closes at 6PM). The support team ended up saying I would have to return the pads and order a new set and have a friend pick them up for me ( a solution I could have done myself without talking to support for 6 hours but I thought they would just bring me the part they were supposed to send in the first place). They refused to have the local shop bring them to me. So I sucked it up and placed the order.3/29/2024My friend brought me the pads and I opened the box, the wrong pads were in the box... This time instead of them sending me the wrong box they gave me the correct box with the wrong pads inside and they could not care less. Now I have been without a vehicle for two days because of NAPA's mistakes and they still have done nothing to rectify it. I called customer service again about the wrong pads being in the box and they told me to bring them to the store for a refund and would not give any other solution. I am going to ride my bike to a local O'Reilly tomorrow to get the correct brakes and install them. I will then drive to NAPA which is significantly farther away to return all of the incorrect stuff they sold me and I will NEVER EVER buy anything from NAPA again.3/30/2024Well, I got into an accident on my bike on the way back from O'Reilly's but I was able to get the correct brakes on the first try. I had to have my fiancee put the new brake pads on since I messed my hands up pretty well in the accident and could not hold anything.4/2/2024Today my fiancee tried to bring the brake pads back to NAPA for the return like the customer service people said I had to do and the people at the store said they can not do a return for an online order even if it was picked up at their store. Luckily I was worried that might happen so when I was on with customer service I had specifically asked about that and they said "you have to return it in store" so the people took the return in-store and told me next time customer service says this to ask for a supervisor.Summary now that I am finally done with NAPA:Absolutely no coordination between the stores and customer service. Nobody in NAPA knows what is going on or how to do their jobs correctly. I will highly recommend that nobody ever buys from NAPA.

Peter was amazing! Definitely will be going here in the future should I ever need assistance again. His help in getting the correct parts I needed went above and beyond for customer service. I ve got places closer to me that I could go to, but getting to this location really is worth it.

NAPA on colonial (store #44) was the cleanest storefront I have ever seen. Peter did an excellent job at helping me find a replacement battery and identify my best option. I would like to thank Napa for employing Peter because he is a terrific and knowledgeable manager.

Peter from store #44 was an amazing help! We are fairly new to the area & woke up to car problems. Peter was quick to locate necessary items and make arrangements for delivery & installation. His follow up with customer service after the transaction was greatly appreciated! It s nice knowing there are customer centered companies & helpful/caring sales associates in our community!Thank you Peter for amazing service!

At this location you have a man called Peter that has exceeded my expectations on customer service. I am a DIY fella with an issue with my ride. I went online an ordered a water pump for my vehicle that stated it would be available for pick up. Once the transaction was complete, the notification explained that my order would be in by Monday, I immediately called the store, and spoke with Peter. Peter was able to get the part retrieved from another location and get it back to his location and time for me to take care of my vehicle and get her up and running before Monday. I appreciate the extra care provided by Peter and would like to recognize this action with a positive review. Great customer service and all the parts were exact fit no hiccups. Thank you Peter.

Negative stars - my LAST NAPA deal.Ordered $200+ parts online for local store pickup in 30 minutes. At the store, no parts, no order in the system. Eventually received email saying "order cancelled." ("Refund in 3-5 days.")Called 800 number, says, "contact the store."Back to the store - nothing - no order, no explanation. Peter gave a sort-of sincere apology. Thanks.Good thing I didn't need those parts today, or for a client of mine.

With all the competition in Auto parts, these guys get lost in the shuffle. But none of the big competition came anywhere near the bargain on my battery with the same warranty time. The staff was super cool and knowledgeable. Great experience. Don't waste time in "Advance" stay in your "Zone" and visit NAPA

Great customer service! We were in need of wipers for the oncoming storm. They helped my daughter and I by installing safely for us to get back on the road to our travels to North FL. Very helpful!

I received a coupon from Napa that states $1.99 for Quaker State oil for the month of October . I drove across town to the nearest Napa approx 10 miles to get some oil for a few of my classic cars. I was greeted by a guy named (Dennis ) who was rude,dismissive,and just ignored me and my wife. I asked him how he was doing to try to get him to open up and he flat out ignored the question. I asked about the sale and he told me he didn't know anything about it. I showed him the add that was clearly stated and he told me no . I asked if he could call someone or another store to clarafy. He said there is no one to call and just shut me down with absolutely no explanation no reason no I'm sorry no hello and no goodbye. I have shopped at Napa for approx 40 years and have never been treated with such utter disrespect. My wife and I left totally in awe. By the way it was Sunday and no one was around and he had all the time in the World to try and help us

Thought is was going to be a quick checkout after grabbing a 5qt container of liquid Molly 10w-40 oil. I was totally wrong, cashier couldn't seem to answer phone and check me out within 15mins. Nobody else was in line, so I don't think I'll ever go back. Lots of other parts store to choose from with much better deals. It was the half bald guy that's thinks he knows all but works for minimum wage and was very arrogant. That's the problem nobody want to continue to learn and further mankind. I pray for all and look forward to a more educated America to come.

A bunch of monkeys can do a better job than the guys here. Napa charges high prices for good quality parts maybe they should pay help more and find decent people that don't screw up every order. Coming from local shop owner this place sucks. P.s thanks for the waste of time waiting on parts

I bought a cooling fan in this Napa store in 2013 for my Jetta. Work great till last week and stop working. I tried to exchange it to the store but I didn't have a receipt but I still have the box so Lenny look up the codes on the box and I was on the system. Thanks for the time and help which save me money buying a new one.

Always come here to find the hard parts you can't find. The better parts are here. But the prices is what makes it my last resort. If all else fails. Rockauto dot com is the best hands down.

They got me my Eneos oil, but they had to special order it. It arrived the next day. NAPA is the only shop I could find that carries Eneos.

Horrible customer service at this store,china parts at dealer prices,I buy oil change special for my car and the oil pressure keep down after install napa filter...finally filter was defective and they just say car need wiper blades
