Asked woman on phone, whatthe voltage output of a car alternator was. Asking Google was her response. Informed her kike I have the last ten auto parts store, that,13.7-14.6 wasOptimal and that 13.3 was low end and 15+ was high.Never got two second or third questions.

This store is very unprofessional. My husband went in for a part that was a special order. He was told it would come in on Monday, however, he was busy fixing a car so he went in on Tuesday to pick it up. The had no record of his order on file anywhere. He told them exactly how much he paid and where they ordered the part from as he was in the store while they did the order. When the sales clerk duplicated the order to see if he was correct they saw my husband was in fact correct detail for detail. They still proceeded to argue that no such order was placed even though he confirmed everything. Then the salesman said "oh yea you bought xyz part" so therefore you do remember the transaction and the fact that my husband was there... But they still can't find any invoice and he paid cash so we can't even show any card invoice as proof. So my husband is out $26.00 and a special order part. This place is a rip off and doesn't like to be told they are wrong! Bad business... I would actually give them 0 stars if possible... I repeat bad business.....

Horrible service , the two girls treat you like your stupid, when you walk in a store it s nice to hear hi how can I help you , but no they just stare at your face waiting for you to talk to then look at you stupidly and say idk what you want me to do for you and give you horrible attitude because you don t bring a receipt. I m sure there is ways to look up your order if you don t have a receipt , especially if you already paid for it. Horrible customer service.

Another worthless place that does not care for the health of their patrons and our veterans. Manager was rude and so were employees. I actually enjoyed giving more money to their competitors after dealing with them.

Jay was a lifesaver! My battery gave out (still under warranty), he was able to test the old battery, swap it out for a new one in 15 min. Such a quick and easy experience for something that could have been long snd painful. Thank you again!

I always have great and friendly customer service at this NAPA Auto Parts store location. They have even come outside to help me with installing an auto part when I didn't have the correct tools to install. They offered to let me borrow the tool and come out to help me when I needed an extra hand.

Overpriced compared to Autozone. I called this store before the order cut off time to have them order a part for me that I urgently needed and the customer service rep took my information over the phone. Received a call back later that day stating that he made a mistake and accidentally deleted my order from the system so I would not receive the part. I'll stick with Autozone from now on.

Rude manager. Argued with me over a defective $11 part. Finally got my refund, went down the street to Agner's the same exact part, same brand and everything was $5.95. They even installed it for free to make sure it worked. In the past have had problems with the same manager when batteries failed prematurely IMO. Employees OK but manager has a chip on his shoulder. Not getting any more business from me.

Buyer beware. Any items with warranty will need the original recipe. I brought my battery there December 2018. Since I don t have the original recipe, they won t honor the warranty. I bring my business to Auto Zone instead where they even install the battery for you. As far as the warranty concerns, they will only needs to pull up your purchases history via phone#. And they won t hassles you for a stupid paper recipe.

Melissa was phenomenal she got me exactly what I needed. I need a custom size belt For my vehicle bypassing a bad probabl for my vehicle bypassing a bad pulley. She did for me what no other auto parts store had the patience for. Thank you Melissa.

Idiot behind the counter (manager) couldn't find a fuel filler hose...i called the store i worked at for 10 years, got the part number, and gave it to a different counter person...they had it.Even if you have good people skills, if you don't know parts or how to look them up, don't work in the automotive aftermarket!

Not the parts experts I'm used to at NAPA. Waited for 25 minutes with one person in the store. Once the guy finished his conversation about music with the only other guy in the store I handed the man working the counter an air filter, he said he could not look it up because it had no part number, that he would have to order it. I said o.k. order it, he looked really flustered and thumbed through a catalog and said he could not order it. I asked him if he could check the back as air filters are the same he said no they were upstairs in boxes. I left and went to Autozone of all places on Orange Blossom trail and the gentleman found a matching filter in less than 3 minutes. Will not go back to this NAPA despite a belief that they have higher quality parts.

Went in to get a transmission cooler line fitting after going to multiple different part stores and getting weird looks because no one knew what it was! LolI was in and out in less than 3 minutes great guys!

Great customer service....Marina helped me with my windshield wipers and was extra nice. Also hand picked out my break lights for me She is now the reason I will come to Napa instead of autozone.....thank you MS. MARINA!!!!

Be careful with Marissa.She does not like to do any more than she HAS TO.I asked for spark plugs on a Koehler lawn mower engine. Her response wasWe don't have them.I asked her her to look up the engine on the internet and cross reference the plug number.It was a miracle and suddenly we found a box of four.Today I asked for a 1 & 3/4 diameter muffler to fit a make shift job.I asked if it could be found or ordered.She said no, her mufflers were 2 to 2&1/2 inches. Then I was told to go to a junk yard.I asked her if I looked it up and found one, what she would think.She could care less.Hey NAPPA Walker makes a universal 1 & 3/4 muffler part number is 17892.Cost is 18.00 new. There are others made in this size too.Problem is a sales rep has to want to help to find it though.Marisa, your service leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second time in a week you waited on me and showed no help at all.I've learned to find somewhere else to go or to bring on a part number because it's too much for you to look anything up.

Great staff and they carry all the hard to find parts most other local stores don't carry. They actually had a gas cap in stock for my 57 Ford.

Expensive as heck. They charged me $150+ for a 925 cca truck battery that sells everywhere else for $100. I had to buy it because it was on a Sunday.
