These guys were great. They helped me find the correct part by VIN number and had it delivered quickly. The first part I selected turned out to be the wrong part, but these guys caught it before it was shipped and suggested the correct part number which worked out great.

I ordered 2 cab exhausters for Ram CrewCab, lead time was 2-3 weeks so I requested cancelation of order and sourced locally. 3 weeks passed and I received notification of shipment and subsequent charges on CC. Once received, I contacted customer service for return and refund, after waiting on open phone line for over 5 minutes for what I am assuming is parts counter worker to assist me, I am finally told they'd be happy to refund my money for their mistake after I pay to ship it back and a 30% restocking fee. 2 exhausters @ 6.66 a piece and a shipping charge that I had already paid once of over $10, not likely I would pay that again. When I said as much, the customer service/parts counter hack hung up on me.Spend your money elsewhere is my recommendation, save yourself the aggravation.

I ordered a new steering wheel with their guidance (phone call and email) and received an incomplete part. I requested a return authorization only to find out about the ridiculous restocking fee. Read all the "fine print" from this company. The factory packaging/protection was never even removed from the steering wheel. Terrible company to deal with! Look elsewhere for your Mopar parts!!

Part was as ordered. Did have to add freight charges after purchasing due to the awkward size of the part, but the person contacting me was very polite and considerate about it. Packaging was questionable given that it was metal heater tubing, but part was undamaged. Overall great customer service, shipped same day as I received the phone call about the extra charges, and part fit and works perfectly. Will definitely use this for parts in the future.

My order arrived, but only part of it was in the box. I contacted moparparts and they are saying that this is impossible! It appears that the outer packing for the bed rails was in the box, but no bed rails. Now I keep getting the run-around every time I call to inquire, they keep saying they are investigating. They then asked for a picture?! Of what? there was nothing to take a photo of. Very unprofessional correspondence over the phone. Will not be purchasing from again.

I ordered my parts online, after I ordered my parts I realized I ordered the WRONG ONES.I called to try to cancel them but they were already shipped so I went about asking how I could go about returning the items their costumer service team was great but the thing they don t mention to you is that you have to pay for shipping the product back after you already paid for the shipping of the product on top of a 20% restock fee I paid 160 for the items and paid $100 on top of that for the shipping to receive $108 back. I will never order parts online again they made my experience horrible for parts I never opened nor used, and I shipped back the next day after receiving them ........

Not helpful with returns or exchanges. I ordered a part that I needed to exchange for a different part. Mopar would not cover the $70 UPS charge to ship it back even though I had already paid a shipping fee on the original order. Now I am out $95 and stuck with a part that I don t need and still don t have what I do need unless I pay $70 to ship it back and another shipping fee for the correct part not to mention they take 35% restocking fee. I would never buy from here again.

The kit comes with detailed step by step procedure to remove the old cable and put new one. This is my first time I'm replacing cable in stow and go seat. It was very easy to follow and includes all the small steps that necessary for a beginner. The only place for improvement is that the instruction asked to remove some plastic shields and the seat cushions without the instructions (I had to get them from repair manual). I'm very happy with the product.

After searching for the right speaker for my 2004 Jeep GC and viewing many differently priced ones on this website, some for as low as $18 I picked what I thought (due to the fact that they were all listed) was a kit of 4 speakers for the right and left front and rear of the vehicle at a price that was very high, but figuring it was for all 4 seemed reasonable. Shipping was fast but when received there was only one speaker for the high cost. I requested a return receipt as per the email receipt said but never received it. so I called and the person on the phone said just return it, which I have done. Waiting to see if my CC is credited. Website needs to be better explained for the parts listed.

Not good. Terrible customer service. Long hold times. Had to call to get an unavailable item refunded. Still was charged over $100 shipping and handling on the other 2 small items. There are better options online.

I understand there are supply chain issues currently but it took over a month to get the parts. I received no response to emails or phone calls to get an update and eventually cancel the order. Do not buy from them!

Ordered a temperature control cable for my 98 jeep on October 12 and it is now November 12 and no part and no refund. I called Airport Chrysler of Orlando at least 20 times and nobody wants to deal with me. Jim who is in charge of Mopar Parts does not care about me getting my part or a refund. All he says is I'll call you back and doesnt and blames it on the post office which is not my fault. I PAID YOU FOR THE PART SO EITHER GET MY PART TO ME OR REFUND MY MONEY. The girl that answers the phone at the dealership does a great job making sure you don't get to talk to the manager. I've tried 4 times to talk to the manager. This is the worst online experience I've ever had and it's just a $35 part. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MOPAR PARTS.

Owner asked for vin to complete order and to make sure part fit. I told him I didn't have a vin and knew the part fit by the picture in the ad as it was a oil filter plate. Next thing I knew the order was canceled. When I asked why it was canceled they responded it was by mistake to reorder and they'd ship it out right away. Reordered and they did just that, shipped like next day. Got the part as described in ad. Fits engine perfect. Seller has great communication and is a good seller. Would probably by from them again if the need arises.

Worse company to deal with, stay away from, poor broken English for a United States company, company has gone down hill very rapidly, the woman who answers the phones is quick to put you off, and they just keep playing phone tag with you, they also say they will call you back and do not. I paid $594.00 for an intake manifold that came in pieces , absolutely useless. No refunds, no shipping provided back. Frankly I'm surprised they are able to rip us all off on a daily basis, Mike, you need to learn to communicate better, and stand behind what you offer.

Unfortunately these folks have a monopoly on certain parts. They are expensive. I paid $60 for a foam gasket set that goes between the HVAC box and the firewall. On top of that I had to pay $17 for ground shipping on the package that weighed about 3 oz. There were no shipping options to pick from. It didn't even tell me when ordering and paying the $17 which option it was shipping. For $17 on a 3 oz. package it should have come next day air. The order took a couple days to process as well. So, monopoly = expensive and slow.

Website does not show if parts are in stock or not. Would have been nice to know that this was a 1 piece part (5017960AA) as I needed 2 pieces. This part is used with part# 52105389AA, that requires 2 grommets. I had to order another part but ordered it from another company because their site said it was in stock and it was cheaper. Also shipping charges are way to high.

I ordered this part from them on 9/17/21. Here it is 10/9/21 and I have not received it yet. I tracked in with the tracking number. It was returned due to it being damaged in route. I keep calling to try and get another shipped to me. It's very frustrating please fix this.

Great place to shop parts for your Jeep if aftermarket part is not available or if you choose to use Mopar parts. I was able to order a blend switch for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited which is not often available without replacing the 3 switch module.Fast shipping and received the correct part.

We needed a new drivers side sun visor for a PT Cruiser. It was a bit challenging to understand the codes on the parts description but a simple phone call to the help desk solved that! with less than 3 minutes we found the right part that had a lighted vanity mirror and garage door opener capabilities. The part was shipped but was damaged for some reason. Customer service was very apologetic and issued an RMA right away and expedited a replacement part shipped. It installed in minutes. The customer service department really listens to issues and solves them. I highly recommend them. RC-Chicago

Purchased part using the vin number the part I got does not have the pin to power the aux fan called talked to a lady that was nice but was of no help trying to see if the part was defective or simply the wrong part on the catalog it s frustrating because I don t need my money back but I do want the right item for my truck

Websight easy to use. Price reasonable. USPS did not update tracking on time saying it was in St Cloud Fl from ship date of 17th thru the 23rd. Then magically showed up 50 miles away then 100 miles farther.Not mopar parts fault. Will order again.

Parts fit perfect. A little bit of miscommunication, but customer service representative was great, got my order in a timely manner. Will order parts from here again. If you are looking for Mopar parts, this is the place to shop!

The Mopar Parts Webstore Service was fine. However, I ordered a scissor jack and was disappointed that it did not include a wrench or some type of crank. Why they sell a jack that can't be used as ordered, I don't know. The drawings made me believe that this was a kit. The price was very expensive for what I received.

Ordered part, accepted advertised payment. A few days later called me and said Mopar upped the price $12, I paid. Was notified within the hour the part shipped. So part was in stock, I paid to replace their stock. Out of curiosity I called the next Mopar site on Google, they quoted their advertised price, when told them of my conversation, they laughed, it's illegal. You don't purchase a gallon of milk at the price the store lists, than get asked to pay more when get to the exit. The price for the thermostat is still the same on Google before they called me when I last checked.

This place is a SCAM. Bought a part. It wasn t what I needed. I didn t even open the package it was in. I sent it back. After waiting for my check for 2 weeks, I finally got it only to reveal that they took 20% of the price of my part for what they say is a restocking fee. Will never order from this place again. STAY AWAY!
