They are going to scam you here, I took my Isuzu npr for heating, they said it was the water pump and they changed the thermostat, they took $3k from me, the problem continued and they said it was the radiator and they wanted another $3k, they told me it was just the part. $1.8k and on Google it's for $400 I'll never go back THIS IS A GOOD MECHANIC AND HONEST GUY 3 two one - 44 three - 5 seven four eight jose is his name

Volvo semi broke down and i had it towed in. Joel is who i delt with throughout the process and he kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them. They fixed the issue for a reasonable price and alot faster than volvo.

Google needs to find how consumers can do a Zero. A one star still a star.To began there is no people skills or customer service. 2nd if you re planning to leave your vehicle there to be looked at. Please! ask for pricing. I was hit with $125 and then I told them that I was picking up the vehicle and went up to $148. I asked why if taxes were 6.5% and I was told there is other charges. The person couldn t be specific on those. I asked to speak to a manager and I was placed on hold for 7 minutes and then the same person got on the phone and said can t do anything about the charges. I asked again to speak to a supervisor and he said I take your number and he call you back. Be very careful with this people.

It took over 3 weeks to have a simple fix completed and thousands of dollars later. We re supposed to believe a paper with handwriting on it to document hours spent on the truck. 2 days of hours documented for 3 weeks??? How do you get that? This company is horrible to work with. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

This time ripped off to the tune of $7k. Paid a lot for things to be fixed- zero got done. It was like all they did was ring up a bill. Out and out caught them lying about maintenance. Was going to sue but my time is worth more than the additional stress. If you're an RV owner- go anywhere but Mobicare.

Do not go to them for anything. Charge way to much. Had to bring back for repair 3 times. Kept charging us for things even though they never called and got authorization from us to do the work. Worse repair shop I have ever done business with. Never never never will I ever refer them or go back to them again. Not to mention after the third time bringing it back because they didn t fix our vehicle right the first two times, they charged us another $500. They are highway robbers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

It is Friday afternoon and we were on our way to Disney when our motor home started skipping very badly. We called almost a dozen mechanics, rv dealerships, etc and no one would help us ! We called Mobicare and they told us to give them the numbers off the fuel filters and they would be ready for us when we arrived, In less than an hour, filters changed, and we were back on the road.......the price of the service was comparable to our mechanic back home. These guys were AWESOME !! Thank you for your help.We are back on vacation thanks to your mechanic.

This place deserve 0 star, stay away from them, they will rip off and won t do the right job, I wasted 2 weeks and half over something could be fixed in 2 days.They will charge a lot once again stay away from them.
