I was here in the beginning of the month to get my oil changed. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, his staff was professional and helpful as well. They explained everything with me and showed me other things my car needed work on but wasn't pushy about it. Definitely my go to place in Orlando!

I needed oil asap and I called them to see if they could get me in, as I was just up the road. I went in, they took great care of me. Answered all of my questions, were extremely nice, asked me what kind of oil I used and told me they had a coupon I could apply. They didn t pressure sales me into any repairs. It was a very pleasant visit despite it not being on my agenda that morning. I d definitely go back.

The south orange location is full of reliable and reputable employees. Chris the manager is very open and honest with pricing and what s needed. They always have amazing deals and coupons available to use and they never steer their customers in the wrong direction. They are efficient and their expertise always makes it so easy to come back.

The service here was excellent. It was efficient and delivered with kindness and what I could tell was in my best interest at affordable pricing. The staff were great and should be commended on their knowledge, drive, aptitude for their job, and personable demeanor. Highest respect for these individuals and the establishment.

Amazing service and staff! I will be coming back in the future for further car needs. They were faster and cheaper than my dealership and inspected my car for the issue for FREE! I highly recommend this Midas to anyone.

The Midas on South orange ave have an awesome staff, affordable rates with coupons available, very efficient and quick. No wait time. Appointments are recommended but walk ins are welcomed. They also explained things in details so that a woman can understand they get a 10/10

Midas strives to be a trusted local automobile repair, service and tire center. This store has a new and friendly owner and management team as of July 2022. I have been getting my vehicles serviced here since 2012 and will continue to do so. They have always treaty me fairly and have been able to perform any service and maintenance needs my vehicles have. The building is undergoing a much needed paint job. I was also informed that the driveway will be getting some TLC too before the end of the year.

Needed a full synthetic oil change. Checked everywhere and Midas had the best price. I was in and out with no issues. Always have had a great experience here. Highly recommend

Was quoted one price for oil change and tire rotation. Did not rotate the tires because they stated the front was worn more than rear. The price stayed the same and was higher than quoted. Extra charges should be included in quote!Used this store for years under old management but will not return after this.

I had some repairs done as they claim to have done a diagnostic. To tell me I need windshield fluid, wipers and a few maintenance requirements. Missing the major components. I later found out about through another shop after my car over heated due to Midas selling me a faulty radiator. If they even replaced the radiator at all at this point. After the other shop properly diagnosed the car and I told them the radiator should be brand new. They advised that I seek out the shop that replaced it Midas on orange ave . After seeing for myself and gathering more documentation. I went over to Midas and spoke with one of the managers Larry who after some discord came to an agreement to swap out the radiator due to manufacturing defects once they got to take a look. Now idk if they are either incompetent, inexperienced, or just in the business of blowing smoke in peoples cheeks. But they supposedly didn t find a defect. Being that they slummed through everything else and didn t properly diagnose my car in the 1st place I doubt they looked at all or they would ve found what I ve witnessed with my own eyes. Josh then proceeded to say nothings wrong and the car is fine, not over heating and they drove it 10 miles after I brought it to their shop. Another person named George assured me there was no issues aside from what they found which they said was a clamp and they would replace the radiator but who s to say they honor their word here. Hasn t been my experience. Anyway my nephew picked up the car for me not even 5 mins after driving the car maybe a light away he calls me The cars over heating . Well what do you know. So they charged me to do absolutely nothing. He could ve got into an accident, died or severely injured some else s family due to their negligence. This shop is a joke. The definition of poor business practice. If you want people to lie to you, give you faulty parts, be the reason your car malfunctions and you lose your life or someone you love. This is the place!! I wouldn t be surprised if there s even more shady practices going on here. Take some pride in your work, be a man hold yourself accountable Midas.

This has to be the worst shop in orlando.Not only did they want to argue with me upon arrival .. they claim that another shop is lying about the issues they found during a diagnosis. Tire kingdom on Lee road said the radiator was faulty. Mind you the radiator was just replaced 95 days ago at Midas. let s be exact since Midas only has a 90 day warranty.. Larry the manager swore up and down very confidently that there was nothing wrong with the radiator. Not even a 2 lights down the street from Midas The car overheated instantly . Who in the right mind would release a car and say it is ready to be picked up. Your company will be feel the consequences for the poor service that is being provided.

I had an appointment for a brake inspection today. The service was done on time. The manager was very knowledgeable and professional. They did not find a problem and I was not charged for the inspection. They also did an alignment at my request. The cost was very reasonable. Had headlights and reinforcement bumper guard installed on my GMC Denali...Googled Midas near me and I GOT - Great manager and excellent customer service employees!*Stop your search if your looking for transparency with no hidden fee!* Fair price and knowledgeable employees.*Clean, cozy, comfortable lounge with tv at the shop while you wait...* I recommend you all check out Midas if you're in this area. Had to change my rating to 1 star. I'm baffled at the fact that I've taken this car to several Midas' for the same problem & they all said different things. I spent $700 fixing problems at this specific location. I specifically stated that I'm hearing a plastic noise/grinding when I go a certain speed, rather than checking around plastic areas, I'm told it was two different things involving my suspension.After addressing all of the issues that the Midas's diagnosed, the problem still remained! Called to inform them of such & they stated nothing could be done & the car would just need to be taken back to be fixed. I took the car several times & they couldn't figure out what was wrong, so what, I take it back for you to take more money from me!??I found the problem today after bending down & looking under the car myself. Refer to the pictures attached of the plastic that was shredded and broken & none of the Midas locations, even though having the car lifted in the air, so they could see it better than I could, none of them could determine that! I'm furious! If you didn't fix a problem that I specifically told you to address, then refund the customer and don't act as if nothing could be done!This is unacceptable that I solved a problem that a professional couldn't solve! It was the cheapest problem to solve & I wouldn't have wasted over $700 if they had listened and taken a look at what I stated was causing noise, which was plastic!

Replaced my radiator for it to go bad 1 week later. They claim to fix it again and car doesn t even make it home before overheating again. Bunch of clowns working at that circus
