Truth be told. I was going to buy an EV from a competitor. Just happened to visit the dealership with a friend. Racine impressed me so much with her killer knowledge of the cars in the lot and she got me into an E-Class that I absolutely loved.Racine is top notch and the best in her class. I've bought luxury cars all my life but never have I felt so well taken care of.The dealership is amazing too. Great staff. Awesome selection. But honestly, this sale happened only because of Racine's awesomeness.This morning I drove with the music on LOUD. Felt like a million bucks.You have only one life. Treat yourself to something nice. Go to this dealership and ask for Racine! You won't regret it.

I'd like to start off I'm a snowbird I come down here from Maine for the winter I had a couple vehicles shipped one of them is my G550 my pride and joy so I thought it's time to do a service even though I don't put many miles on it I put a lot of faith in my Mercedes dealership back home they always treat me right have always been very fair with the price well I put the same amount of trust in the local dealership down here Mercedes-Benz of Orlando only to find out that I got a call that my brakes in the rear needed to replace the pads and routers I asked him to save the parts for me so I could look at them only to find out they don't look like anywhere near where they need be replaced the other thing was I also asked them to order me a spare key I was charged over $1,031 for a key when I contacted my other dealership back in Maine and I called them again just to confirm the price hadn't changed much they quoted me a new key was $634 around $195 for 1 hour labor to program the key I tried to reach out to Orlando Mercedes-Benz dealership before I did the review to see if I can get some kind of an explanation why I was charged so much for the key only to find after multiple text messages out to my service advisor I never heard anything back from anyone I asked her could she have a service manager or maybe a parts manager contact me cuz I had an issue with the pricing on the key never heard anything back so I figured I'd just come here and leave a review and yeah I'm very very disappointed and I was definitely taking advantage of guess I won't be relying on them for any future service so beware of the service departments recommendations for replacement on braking Parts or any thing they recommend and pricing on parts TimI want to add that I got a response to my review from Chris the service manager saying that he wanted me to contact him and he would do everything that he could to make sure I was satisfied I reached out to him though his email only to be another disappointment with this dealership not only being taken advantage of and misled and being overcharged the manager never kept his promise I emailed him and never heard anything so I just want to say an ad make sure you be very very careful of the unnecessary request for replacement parts and work and overcharges Tim

I have never had to wait all day at a dealer specially after paying cash for a vehicle.I m a little annoyed that certain things where listed one way and at the time of the deal they just happen to be broken or missingLike the back up camera one sensor on the bumper. This was all talked about but not today that I can see the van form above at my house I found this that was never brought to my attention nor listed on the car-faxYes it s a used vehicle.But was never made aware of damage of top of the van. That s is very hard to see unless you look at it from above.Also At the end when I asked for my second set of keys after Listing clearly said 2 keys and at time of deal being done I was told there was only one set of keys.

My Salesman Parees was FANTASTIC, I would definitely make a point of asking for him! Honest! Friendly! Accommodating! Went out of his way to make the whole experience pleasurable. Manager was also a gentleman! Do your self a favor and ask for him. Because I was very unimpressed with the original salesman who was terrible.

This was the absolute worst service I ve ever received from a dealership. Where do I begin:1) We called to have our car towed to their dealer. dealership didn t call back or return calls to let us know they have our car. It was a week and half before they figured out where our car was.2) we let that go now that our car is being serviced. It took over 2 months to get our car back, fine we also let that go.3) We finally get our car back, and we found a giant scratch on the front bumper. What the world, how is this a Mercedes dealership? I guess if you don t pay for their VIP extra service, this happens.4) They wouldn t even do the courtesy and put air back in our tires5) They said there were going to detail the car, look at the mess they left in our trunkHonestly I can t believe this would ever happen at any dealership, nevertheless a Mercedes. Absolute worst service ever.

Absolutely the best service and sales experience we have had with purchasing a new car, Angel De Jesus was very professional worked out the best deal we could have gotten for our AMG E53 non pushy and allow my self and my wife too go home talk it over. Have to tell anyone buying a car to use Lauren Harrod she is by far hard working and very friendly. She helped us in our 3rd purchase and when we told Lauren what are situation was she went to work and pulled out every stop to make it as smoothly as possible. Which you don t get at most dealerships. With her on your side your guaranteed to have someone that will do all they can to get you the best deal and greatest experience you will ever have as her customer. Give Lauren Harrod a try. Christoper was amazing to deal with. His customer service was well above any I have ever seen. And he also owned the exact vehicle I was purchasing, so he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. He surpassed any other salesman I have ever met, respectful, and very communicative on the ins and outs of the purchase. I will definitely be using him from know on. I purchased a vehicle this past weekend. Everything was great until it wasn't...- I asked them to specifically not run my credit with any other company since I was already qualified & set on going with a specific lender.- The sales rep wrote it very clearly on paper in Large print!- When I went inside the finance office, I asked the finance lady (Yvette L.) again to ONLY run with 1 specific lender. She heard me loud & clear. Assured me she would not.The finance lady (Yvette L.) went out of her way to run my credit for "Mercedes Benz S O" anyways.This is truly UNPROFESSIONAL and RECKLESS behavior by a finance representative.Contacting the dealership to try & get in touch with a Manager to resolve the issue is not easy. Operator will just transfer you to a random sales voicemail... some "VIP service"...

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MERCEDES -BENZ OF SOUTH ORLANDO AGAIN! This was the absolute worst service I ve ever received from a dealership in my life! I wish we had read the reviews before bringing our car here. I am looking on my phone log to be accurate with the attempts we made in contacting the service department.My husband and I brought our Mercedes to be serviced on a Friday for a simple replacement of brake pads. They told us it would be done the same day. We called 9 times to verify all was on schedule and we could not reach anyone! (THE DEALERSHIP KEPT CONNECTING US WITH THEIR VOICEMAIL - we left a voicemail) we never heard back from anyone so we made another 10 phone calls to service but again no live person to speak with so we pushed extension for a different department (SALES)a person answered who said he worked off site on his computer and this happens frequently and he would send an email to the service department. We never heard back so we called again 8 times and when we finally got a live person who could give us an update, they informed us our car would not be ready until MONDAY at 3pm. We were just there today at 3pm after driving 45 minutes and no one had done a single thing to our car! We took our car back which was NOT serviced as we do not want to go through more frustration with this company! We will find another dealership.

Great place to buy a vehicle. All the people were very helpful and didn't waste my time by trying to sell me something I didn't want. Everything from the salesperson to the purchase paperwork manager was great. They also move employees up within the dealership if they perform well which is big plus. A lot different than other purchases at other dealers that I have had in the past. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Customer Service, my Service Representative James was excellent, he was very personable and a true professional. He took the time to make sure that we understood what the services were and approximately how long it would take. He was true to his word.The only issue was when the person was called to bring my vehicle it took an additional 33 minutes after I arrived and I heard the Representative at the service desk requesting that my vehicle be brought to us. It appeared as if no one was paying attention and the level of care was not there.I am pleased with the service of James and that Mercedes Benz of South Orlando overall. Sincerely, Louis Barnes

First time with Mercedes service. Wish I could positively compare it to all of the Lexus years that I spent in their dealership. But I can't. Waited about 10 minutes at my car for a person to come and ask me why I was there. Then I was led by someone in dreadlocks to the waiting room. My appointment was for 2:00 p.m. and no one talked to me until 2:50p. When I finally met with Eugene, he went over my recall about it going to take 5 hours for a software download and my recall was actually for a simple harness check. He then proceeded to tell me they had no loaner cars and would not have any for about 3 weeks. His computer locked up and he left and then came back and said I actually had two recalls. One for the harness and one for a battery issue and they were going to install a battery tender. The original discussion about a 5-hour download was for a different car not mine. When I finally got home back to the Villages about 6:30 p.m. I looked in the trunk and the battery tender was not installed just a box with all of the parts. I tried to find out more about battery issues since I had an issue leaving the car unattended for 5 weeks and I could not get any straight answers. I gave up. I spent $200,000 on this AMG 2023 SL63 and have never, I repeat never had this level of unservice. The kitchen area was closed and I could not even get a sandwich. I suggest someone go over to Lexus and sit in there waiting room and see what it means to have a good service department. I need to find a different Mercedes dealer that has better service to do all of my Servicing needs. Love the car, hate the service.

My husband and I went to the dealership to check on a 2023 C300 Cabriolet. We spoke with Austin beforehand by phone. He followed through with everything he said he would. He had the car washed and ready for us when we arrived. We fell in love with the Mercedes. We said YES and bought the car that day. Austin made everything enjoyable and so smooth. He and everyone at the dealership is amazing to work with.

The past year has been challenging as I worked to beat breast cancer, and now that I have only one treatment to go and feeling great, I bought my dream car! Gabriel Izaguirre and Joshua Chifupi were awesome to work with! I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in, but Gabe listened to me, was very patient and knowledgeable, showed me 3 cars and I knew instantly the 3rd car was exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. I was shocked that Joshua was able to get me a reasonable interest rate, because my bank is usually hard to beat! I haven t had a new car in 20 years and it was the best experience from cradle to grave! The perks and gifts made me feel like more than a customer, I feel like family. I was loyal to Acura, having back to back TL s, but I think I am MBSO for life!

My experience with Hector the sales person at Mercedes South Orlando has always been exceptional. I can't remember the number of cars Hector has assisted me with over the years. He is always attentive and helpful. Hector is a true professional. The dealership is very lucky to have a professional like him. There is NEVER pressure from him, he is there to assist. I had never experienced such a bad service advisor! It was a few times when I take my car in for services, he s really never great or acknowledged my presence!!! This time on April 4th 2024 as I am coming to pick up my car , it s was around 4:15 pm his door was looked and instead of him getting up to Open his door he told me to go around to the inside of his office building!!! What kinda treatment is this???? My Nissan service department treated me better than the so called VIP Mercedes Benz. I will have to change my advisor next service. Terrible and shame on him
