This is the best tire shop I ve ever been to. I came in to get my tire patched and Ray and the team helped me right away and even pointed out some existing issues they found. Great service, and great prices. Highly recommend!!

Very happy with my experience here! I blew my tire out and came here on a Saturday as a walk-in primarily because of the short distance to my home. The guys who work here are very professional and gave me quick service at a great price. I can t ask for more, Highly recommend!

The guys at Tuffys were so helpful and quick with the service! I needed an emergency repair on a tire and they had me in and out in less than an hour. They were understanding and even recommended what I needed to check out at my next appointment. THANK YOU GUYS for keeping me and my daughter safe while on the road!

DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. I came here today with a spare tire to fix it or buy a new one. The guy in charge told me that I need to buy new one so I decided to buy 2 new and to do car alignment. He told me it s not going to take long. While I was waiting I was looking through window how it goes. He gave my car to a young man that took him 40 min with the You Tube help to take off one tire , here when I start panicking for my life , my kids life or other people life s if i will drive a car that the person doesn t have idea what he does. The manager didn t care he was all the time on the phone talking Spanish doing his personal business. I asked him to give me the car so I can fix it in another place because the poor young man doesn t have any training or experience. After almost one hour people from the store help the guy and put new tires. When I asked if they did car alignment he assure me they will do. But they put the car in the machine get it up then get it dawn and return my car in 5 min . The car alignment was never done I was outside in the front and watching them,he didn t touch the machine that was in my face but at this point I knew they will not do it or the worst can damage the vehicle intentionally. I was charge over $ 500. I am a single mother and with the economy now it s hard but when you pay and people take advantage of you it s disgusting . I will never return and I will not recommend to anyone to risk their lives going at this place.

Stay away from this place. We went for a tire repair, and according to them one had a repair and the other did not, claiming that it was worn out on the inside (which was strange because they are new, they only had one nail) they wanted to charge us for the repair, a tire and balancing $521.00 . Hello, it's a car, not a truck. They are abusers and liars. We went to another place and I only needed a patch and nothing else. I will not return nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Tuffy Lake Nona staff. They are all very professional, extremely helpful, and just pleasant all around. The store manager is amazing and the staff make the process go by smoothly. They went above and beyond for me and it required the least amount of time to fix my tires. Great service and definitely recommended!

Discovered a nail in my tire & had no idea where to go to have it fixed. I Googled for tire repair places near me & Tuffy on Narcoossee had excellent reviews so I called them. I talked to James and he said they would fix it, so I went there right away. James and the entire staff were so helpful and professional. They fixed my tire and checked and filled the other three for me while I waited. It took no time at all. The customer service was exceptional and I recommend them 110%.

First time coming here for service and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. RAY not only made me feel valued as a customer with his excellent servicing of my punctured tire repair, but he also made me feel valued as a human being with his friendly communication. Had to do emergency stop on way to Orlando from the coast. Engine guard partially fell down and they took care of us. Ray was an absolute professional and even seeing the interaction with the other customers he was top notch. Didn't intend to stop here but someone was looking out for us to get us here.

I was lucky enough to this Tuffys (Mavis Tires and Brakes) when I did. I needed a flat tire repaired. Their prices were better than the 4 tire shops around and their service was top notch. I had no wait time and repair time was quick

Run away as fast as you can!!! Didn't rotate my tires as requested. Didn't fill my tires with air. Didn't notify me when my car was ready but they had no issue calling me to up sell me on stuff. I had to call them to find out it was ready. Oil change was crazy expensive. Dealership is cheaper and I can assure you they would have rotated my tires. Typical Tuffy's/Mavis location. I won't ever be back!!!

I usually do my own oil for my 2018 challenger, but after hurting my hand recently I couldn t do it this time. I brought it to Mavis since it was close by and was surprised how well they worked. Was nervous about a young kid working on my baby at first but after watching I seen someone willing to learn in a dying field. Double checked his work and it was spot on, in and out in 30 minutes. Would gladly come back again.

My father took my car to Tuffy, aka Mavis Tires and Brakes for some needed service. No appointment was necessary and they took care of the problem right away. The staff was very courteous and professional, and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Tuffy Tire and Auto Service!

Came with a flat tire and expectation of some complications due to rusty parts around the tire that I was aware of. James and Milton did everything possible to bring down the invoice because of the issues that I had while doing a quality work. It became a place that I can trust and thanks to their professionalism. I m new in town but so much grateful to know about this place.Also this is my second visit on January 23 and as always Ray is a fantastic person and helped me out with my flat tire in no time. Thanks team!

I called in about getting my flat tire fixed and I was in a time crunch because I had to pick up my son from school. Not only did they fix my flat in time but also changed my oil so I wouldn t have to come back. I appreciate them taking care of me and I ll definitely be back.

I heard a weird noise when I picked up my car from an airport satellite lot and happened to pull over at tuffy tire. James immediately pulled my car into the bay and fixed the plastic piece that was dragging for free. He also let me know about some issues with my struts just for safety purposes without pressuring me to spend extra money. Super honest, kind, and goes the extra mile service all-around!!

I went to the Tuffy across from the Home Depot - James and Milton were super helpful and kind! I needed all four tire sensors replaced and they got it done for me even though I didn t have an appointment. They gave me a really fair and competitive price for parts and labor! It was very clean and everyone went above and beyond - definitely my new go-to place!

Day before Christmas Eve .last minute shopping for final gifts the car alerts me the tire is low, real low. Couldn t ignore it. Pulled right into Tuffy for help with the air, and Ray finds the culprit: an embedded stew in the tire just boldly looking up at us. Service was so kind and attentive. I knew I could trust their care as we have used this Tuffy for more than 10 years. Thank you for your expert service.
