So I needed a tire for my car 15 inch wheel The guy told me it was going to be $50 for a used tire I don't want a used tire I want a new one And at Walmart, they have brand new tires for $58 Why are you selling me a used tire for $50 The employee at the job said go to Walmart then I laughed and just walked away what a loser

I needed a tire the guys saw me walked up and then went inside lol. I politely got back in my vehicle went down the street to Ruben s Tires with the best customer service. Tires affordable . It funny to think that people have their businesses. Being an African American woman I have learned not to give my money to people who enjoy disrespecting me. Back in the days they use to hide how they feel but now open season for rudeness.Customer service isn t customer service anymore. Employees should not pick and choose their clients unless they are being disrespectful. Wow it is what it is. There are two Ruben s Tires on that same side I had went to the second one. Stay Blessed

Only open tire spot I came across the day after Christmas. Had to get my tire inspected from a slow leak. Found a nail in a hidden spot, fix on site. Manny's tires are affordable, friendly, and fast! Would absolutely return and recommend! Gracias!

Life happens and had a nail in our tire. We been going name brand shop to shop been told it would be 4 plus hours. Found this place on our way home and with in 7 minutes they patched our ture and we were on the road. Super fast, professional and kind! Will be returning

If you re black don t go here, I walked into office to just ask a question and get a quote and ignored me but the two Spanish guys that walked in a few moments after me they greeted and talked to before me both of them in a row while I was trying to ask something so the vibe was clear from the start if your not Spanish they won t respect you so why would I believe they would respect my car. Bad business

Asked for alignment, declined inspection. Advised inspection dine anyway. After inspection, advised inspection fee would be paid prior to further work. This was not communicated clearly. May be decent people, communication skills are poor.

They say they open at 8:00 am, I arrived at the place at 8:40 hoping to put in tire get the car aligned and be on my way. The place was just opening and the persons who's in charge on mounting the tires was not there. And the alignment person gets there Ana later time. The goes my morning.Prices seems to be fair and all but suggestion is to come at a later time.Overall the service was acceptable..!!

Took my car for wheel balanced and Allingment and my car when in their with no problem no shake pick up my drive on 408 and my car start shaking real bad and charge me top dollars. When some where else to get check and balance and Allingment was done incorrect basically they dond have clue what their doing they rip me off O0000 start for business

Fount these guys by mistake and its a good thing i did. They diagnose the problem then show you exactly what is wrong. Their prices are probably the best in town and everyone here is so nice! Would definitely recommend them!

the owner is VERY VERY rude and has poor customer service. quoted me a price and just walked off as if i wasn't still speaking to him and had one hell of a stank ass attitude, as if i was bothering him. Whatever his deal was, I wouldn't waste my time or my money pulling into their tiny ass square of a lot. I didn't even blink an eye or let him get to me cause i happily took my flat bald tires right around the corner and bought two tires for the price of one of theirs, pretty much brand new, and received prompt awesome customer service from EMPIRE TIRES on Colonial rd. HA, WINNING!!!!!

I previously had a tune-up done, they assured me that everything was good. Later within a week car started shaking when you come to a stop. Went back today to have them take a look at it. I was totally ignore waited almost 45 minutes and to no avail no one came to help me like I was not there...never again...Bad Service!!!

Had a flat tire caused by a nail and was on a time crunch to get it fixed. First went to firestone where they said it would be $20 for a plug and something like $30 for a patch and said it would take an hour and a half. I called discount tires and they said anywhere I go at this time of day will take at least an hour and a half. Called Manny s tires and they said it was $10 for a plug $15 for a patch and they could get it done in 5 minutes! I got there and they immediately got to work! I was going to get a patch but when he took off my tire he showed it to me and it was very worn and badly damaged from me driving it there while it was flat, he then said he could get me a used tire on for $30 so I said yes and within 10 minutes I had a new (well used) tire on and it was cheaper than it would have been just for a patch at firestone! Nice people, good work and very affordable

The owner himself tried to sell me a set of 4 tires for 50.00. The tires all came with one or more visible nails puncturing the tires. If you do not speak Spanish, I advise you not to go there. The owner or his sales associates does has a hard time understand the English language. I do believe that being bi- lingual is a great asset. So you can cater to all people of different backgrounds. This place does no uphold professionalism. I did not purchase anything from here.

The worse place to ever go for used tires. I waited for 50 minutes for them to put two used tires on my vehicle. However, when a male customer came in after me (he spoke spanish) they serviced him quickly. He was in and out within 8 minutes.DO NOT COME HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Great place to get a tire! I work nearby and had a flat, they replaced the tire quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. Manny was very helpful and friendly and his staff was also. I highly recommend Manny s!

I went to get 2 new tires and an alignment... it was the worst experience I have had with a car shop. When dropping off the car we went in to talk to the guy and he had a nasty attitude the whole time. He seemed very annoyed every time I asked a question and at times walked away. He was very rude and should take a class in customer service. I would have much rather gone to the tire place two businesses down and paid a bit more money instead of the horrible experience I had.

I MUST SAY THEY ARE SOOO BAD AT THEIR JOB GREAT AT TAKING YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GETTING THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY. SPANISH SPEAKING OR NOT THEY STILL GIVE YOU BS EXCUSES WE WENT THERE FOR A WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND DID NOT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME SAID COME BACK ONCE WE FIXED A PART, WENT BACK 2 DAYS LATER AFTER PART FIXED TO STILL DID NOT GIVE ME GOOD WHEEL ALIGNMENT. TO TOP ALL THAT OFF THE OWNER DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR EVEN THERE WALKS RIGHT BY YOU WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF GREETING TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE PLACE TO GOSUCKS

This has to be the worst place ive EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I waited 40 minutes for 4 tires. Every worker would disappear at different times. Keep in mind i was the only one there. They cracked all my hub caps which had not one scratch on them i just bought the car last week. I get home and im missing my front passanger hub cap. I paid $40 a tire and the bare minimum couldnt even be done. I looked closer at my tires and i had no cap on any of my tires. Not to mention the rims to the tires LOOK SO RUSTED AND UGLY. So i called that day after i got home and was told they would hold my hub cap they forgot to put on my car. After work i went and guess what they lost it. The man who speaks only spanish was going on and on after i clearly said i do not speak spanish...so he tired to take the nasty old hub caps they had laying in the back on the floor and put it on mine. I was like no. He said sorry and left....I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR AMAZING SERVICE SOME PLACE ELSE.

DO NOT GO HERE I went there to get an alignment done and they say they cant work on a car that's been damaged at all. BUT THAT'S YOUR FREAKING JOB MAN! if my car was not damaged I wouldn't need a mechanic!

I went for a wheel alignment and had to go back the next day cause it was not done right. They did it again an a week later I still need an alignment. I would never go back. I paid for a job that was never done right.

The owner posted online , selling kits online . Sent me receipts from this shop & all . Now wont pick up shop phone or number . Big scam thank you elvin bowman

Don t set up an appointment with them I set one up for right when they opened and they took other people before me I was there waiting for the shop to open the very first person I had to leave because they took so long to fix my car.
