I m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case because this place is great! I got in an accident about a month ago and brought my car here for repairs. A month later they replaced all necessary parts (front bumper, hood, headlights, fog lights, etc.) and my car looks better than it did the day I bought it! The customer service is amazing, though I did need to call for information and updates. I couldn t be happier with my car or more thankful for all their hard work. I definitely recommend bringing your car here!

I chose this place because of the location and reviews. The folks at Maitland collision center are super friendly and accommodating. I went there on a Saturday, not knowing they were closed. One of the owners were there and was gracious enough to take my car when technically he did not have to. They are very busy which is a good sign, so plan ahead. Good work and attention to detail takes time. Will post the before and after pics when I get my car back. TY Maitland Collision Center!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I do not know why they don't have complete 5 stars. They are amazing. They fixed what I needed and then more without overcharging me for it. I also planned poorly for picking up my car and they stayed late to make sure I could get it. Professional, timely, great work and great customer service. Went to this place after I was in an accident back in March. I was hesitant at first because this was my first accident, but the staff was super helpful and friendly. The parts took forever to come in (not their fault, DONT get into an accident during a supply chain crisis), but every step of the way they updated me and answered every anxious phone call. The work they did was stellar and my car is as good as new. Cannot recommend them enough for collision or body work. If I would give them 10 stars I would.

I absolutely loved the professionalism & the "family feel" given by the staff at East Colonial location. The care begins at the front desk and extend to all the collision technicians. Staff kept me informed as work progressed. Worked on my behalf ensuring quality products were placed on my vehicle. VERY...VERY pleased with the repair & paint job. I will gladly recommend this facility to my family & friends. Continue the good work

The dealership where I purchased my vehicle recommended this body shop because they use certified authentic parts not aftermarket or refurbished. The insurance claim took a little longer than expected due to the holiday weekend but it was well worth the wait. Their attention to detail in getting my car looking like new was exceptional and they made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. The warranty gives me peace of mind that ALL work done on my vehicle is covered. Bibi and Robert were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They were on the phone with the insurance company making sure everything went accordingly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for cost effective and professional service with lifetime warranty.

This place did a fantastic job on our car! They had to request a new left door for our Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 and paint it to the color of the car (lava orange). They also had to fix a couple of other things on the left side of the car and it is PERFECT! Looks like the car was never damaged. I very happy with the work Kevin and Mark from Maitland Collision Center did for my car.In additional to high quality professional service , they go extra mile to correct and do small additional body work on my car. I had a hitch installed on my cayenne which required the rear bumper removed. The job was done very well and all the panels were properly aligned. Pricing was the best around. The service was excellent and done with priority. Thanks again.

Absolutely amazing job they did on my car! The work was absolutely stunning. The front desk service, I believe her name is Bibi, she was so nice, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here to get the job done right.

Went here before to get OEM window visors installed on my 2018 Honda Civic and they said it wouldn t be more than $40-$80. Ended up being over $150 just to install window visors. Disregarded the high price since they did a good job but... Went back a few months later to get a front lip for my car painted gloss black here. Originally told over the phone it wouldn t be more than $200. Got to the shop where their specialist told me it was going to need 3 hours of repair to get it smooth and primed for paint, bringing the grand total to over $250. To paint a $100 lip. I thought it was a bit steep but didn t mind paying for it to be done right. I knew no one could possibly spend 3 hours sanding a plastic lip. Anyway they said it would take no more than two days. It was there for 6 days and I had to constantly call on the last two days to even get an answer. Finally picked it up and brought it home only to realize they missed an entire spot all together (not to mention they didn t even bother to paint the underside of it. And there are still bumps and uneven coating everywhere. Very unsatisfied would not recommend. Seem to not care about customer and overcharge for labor to squeeze money out of you. Ended up going to their parent company over near downtown and they fixed it for me.

The staff did a great job repairing my Mazda CX-5. Shortly a few months after, I noticed a scratch and they told me to bring it in the same day and they repaired it right away. Highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with Maitland Collision Center. From their amazing customer service to the work completed on my car, absolutely everything was done so professionally. I had a couple options of places I wanted to take my car but i m so happy I ended up choosing this one because now I know where i ll always be coming!! Amazing place! Highly recommend if you want the job done right!

One year ago, I came to Maitland Collision to have my vehicle repair needless to say when my car was damaged recently, I knew exactly where I was going to take my vehicle to. Today, I have to say they blew me away when one of the girls from the office went out of her way to pick up my part from the dealer because the dealer was short handed. I was in and out with minimal waiting and my car looks FANTASTIC!! . I highly recommend Maitland Collision Center in all aspects of their service from their customer service to their expert craftsmanship. This company has been in business since 1960's. Customer service is very important to me and trust me if I had a problem with their service I would never used them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maitland Collision Center on East Colonial.

This particular location (East Colonial) is the worst body shop I've ever had to deal with. Truly a 3 month nightmare, they used a place called Jeepers Den for parts to fix a Silverado when there's a place called 4 Wheel Parts. After 3 months, I finally got my truck back after they had to transfer locations because the location in Winter Park knows what they're doing. The location on East Colonial knew nothing but how to order wrong parts, create lie after lie, and destroy things that weren't broken. After they had my truck for 3 months, I found my steering wheel cover ripped up, had to replace 3 tire sensors, and my key fob full of grease. The only reason I gave this location 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option. If you have to use this body shop, go to the Winter Park location. They had my truck for 2 weeks and the reason I brought my truck there was taken care of.Service: Body & Trim

Wow! Maitland Collision did a great job on fixing my Mazda CX-5 after a terrible accident. Kevin and Bibi did everything they could to help get my baby back in perfect condition!! Thank you guys for all your help and for your amazing communication and workmanship! Definitely will be referring all my friends and family here!!!

Had some issues when I first had my car painted with some defective paint.... They fixed everything perfectly.... Kevin was awesome, he wouldn't release my car until everything was perfect..I highly recommend Maitland Collision...

Very helpful people, easy to reach and explained everything that was happening with my car. All fixed up! Not to mention I accidentally left behind a few valuables in my car... they were all right there when I got my car back. Trustworthy workers.

Small Fender Bender on 2017 Honda; The professional staff reviewed the damage; new factory parts were installed and paint with attention to detail; all the repairs were done on schedule; High Quality Great Job!!

Great experience asked for a fix from a scratch and they did a great job! As far as the estimate make sure to get the actual person that will be doing the work if not they will estimate a higher amount than what the actual job will require.

They gave me a quote that was a third of the price that the damage ended up costing. Then they were way off on the time frame it would take to fix the car. They are terrible with returning calls and they have the WORST hold music. Overall I would not recommend this place at all. Save yourself the headache.

Bibi and the rest of the staff are professional and the customer service is amazing. They deliver what they say they will. They are honest and trustworthy. I would use them again without a doubt. Highly recommend this location.
