The owner was helpful, the paint on my side mirrors and the wrapping on the door handles were fading. He was able to repaint the side mirrors and the door handles. My car looks so much better. So happy! I would come back for his services. I included photos showing his work.

Great customer service and they did military discount which is super awesome! Also, Kerrie (the woman on the phone) is really knowledgeable about insurance and helps to make sure you re going about things the right way. Ellis also does awesome body work and paint. Highly recommend.

Ellis and his wife are wonderful to do business with. Took my car in after a slight fender bender and Ellis was able to diagnose the issue, order the parts, and fix/paint the car in a timely manner. Car is good as new and he was transparent with me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend MT Collision

MT Collision did a fantastic job of repairing my rear bumper. I originally took it somewhere else where it was not fixed properly. Ellis and his team had great customer service and communication with me throughout the entire service. The price I was quoted was affordable and they worked with me so that I wouldn t be without my vehicle for more than a couple hours. The end result was great and my car looks good as new! Brought in the company vehicle in need if a bumper replacement, it was finished in less than a week. Car looks brand new. They did a phenomenal job, great service, pricing was better than I thought, they go above and beyond. You can tell they have a lot of experience at what they do, they don't try to rip you off and are upfront and truthful about everything. I will definitely be coming back here.

After moving down here from NY, looking for a body shop to help me with my brand new KIA K-5 was quite the process. Between being over charged, taking longer than my insurance allows, and saying no to helping after hurricane damage I was so beyond blessed to come across M.T collision center on Google! They worked with my insurance company the whole step of the way for me, they treated me like I was family and didn't take advantage of a distraught female who was just trying to get back on her feet when her only vehicle was flooded and unusable due to hurricane Ian. Hopefully next time I use them it will be under different circumstances, but I now know I have somewhere I can go and trust with my car. Elis and MT Collision provided exceptional service during my recent car repair experience. I was particularly impressed by their outstanding communication, as Elis promptly responded to all of my calls over the course of a month. The cell service can be spotty on their end at times which can be a little difficult. My insurance company s preferred shops were booked full for 4-6 weeks but Elis took me in within days and finished by the time I could even get in to one of those other locations. He at first explained how my insurance company likely wouldn t want to send an insurance adjuster out (and tries to get his shop to do the work) but after a while they would be left with no choice. Unfortunately, this proved to be the case, and dealing with State Farm was a frustrating experience that required two weeks until sending an adjuster out. **Beware, if you have State Farm be prepared to fight them for some time to get them to send someone out, all while depleting your car rental days.** Once they did get around to sending an insurance adjuster it was smooth sailing and the work was completed fast. Nevertheless, Elis remained committed to providing a quality repair job, and my Toyota looks as great. I highly recommend Elis and his team for any future body work needs. Safe to say, we will be switching insurance companies.

1 but only because they wont allow to post with NO STARS! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I IMPLORE ANYONE CONCIDERING TAKING YOUR CAR HERE TO NOT!!!!!! Before signing anything this man ELIS tries to sell his service by telling me and my husband that the way he works.. if any parts are sent to him that are no good or not in good condition he will send them back. So OK we sign a contract.. first thing this man does is install a part that is defective. I go to pick up the car and everything is UNALIGNED like EVERYTHING.. the headlight blew out the day after i got my car back. I take the car back to show him all the issues and you could already tell he knew he messed up because he started to give alot of stories.. then getting his head mechanic to take a look.. to then tell us in order to check fuses the whole front of the car needs to be dissassembled when the fuse box is clearly labeled on the engine cover. Clearly they didnt want to fix the issue. They had my car for almost 2 months for a simple front headlight fenderbender. I then took the car back 3 more times and his band aid fixes were not working.. today almost 4 months waiting for the issue to be resolved they have decided they are not going to fix what they had me sign a contract for. These ppl are frauds and mickey mouse technicians looking to bank on insurance companies by using old used parts and charging for new ones. Aside from that the actual work they did manage to do on the car was shotty as hell. the paint DOES NOT MATCH and is visible a m1ile away.. and to this day everything is still unaligned in the whole front end of the car and the parts continue to be damaged, currently the headlamp washer mechanism is open and wont close.. has been like this since we got the car back. Further more they tried to blame my insurance company for all of it, stating that my insurance company and those like it dont like to pay. When my insurance company NEVER gave them a hard time as far as payment or anything of the sort. Happy ending for me is when i call the insurance company they agreed to fix whatever is currently still wrong w my car, but refuse to issue this place any more money as they are obviously lack the capacity or know how to fix the car. My insurance company has sent me to another repair shop to get it done right. I tell you any 5 star review this place has is fake.. it must be friends or family posting the fake reviews.. or they simply bought them..check our their YELP reviews.. but i ASSURE you these people dont deserve a dime of your money. If you want your car repaired right DO NOT TAKE IT TO M.T. COLLISION IN ORLANDO ON COLONIAL DRIVE. you will just be dropping it off at a circus with a bunch of clowns posing as mechanics. DONT DO IT! if any one wants more details on the bs stories this man was telling by all means reply to this review .. I would gladly share all the info and pics so you can see for yourself what a joke this place is.

They fixed my bumper on my infiniti. It was a great deal and it look as good as new. Thank you, I m so happy with the result. Also the price was really great, so far the best body shop I ve been too. !!!!!

Ellis was great to work with. Honest and upfront from the start. The work was excellent, but the interaction was better. I felt like my college kid was taken care of and had somebody else looking out for him. Had some touch up paint work done on my Amg and they we nothing but professional and friendly. Sadly someone hit my car recently but I already know Mr.Elis is again going to have it looking even better than when i bought it. MT Collision replaced my bumper, impact bar, and a whole bunch of other stuff after my car was rear ended. They communicated well and had my car back to me within a week of the accident. This is a great mom and pop repair shop. They did a great job on restoring my car back to how it was before and Elis did a great job on matching my front bumper paint to the rest of my car. They handled all the communication with the car insurance while doing the repair. Had an overall great experience.

Ellis of M.T. Collision Center did a fantastic full paint and headlight restoration for my car! My car's paint was peeling in several places and my headlights were hazy from UV damage but now it looks brand new. Ellis is friendly and easy to work with- he texts back pretty quickly. Kerrie and Ellis were SO kind during my whole experience of working with them through the repairs process. I unfortunately got into an accident, which insurance covered, and they were beyond helpful in making sure all repairs needed were accounted for. My car looks BRAND NEW and perfect despite the collision! I could not be happier with the work that was done to it. I HIGHLY recommend M.T. I had a small fender bender and my car needed a little paint and body work. I shopped around at a few places that had 5 star reviews on google. Ellis gave me a price I was happy with and I ended up choosing MT Collision Center of Orlando. Elllis worked with my schedule while we waited for a part to come in. I can be picky and very detailed oriented, but Ellis resurfaced the clear coat to my satisfaction the second time. He is honest and fair. If you need some work done to your car, go see Ellis and he will take care of you. He will do great work for a fair price. You won t regret it.
