I have a car with much sentimental value that had recently been involved in a front and rear end collision and little money to have all the work done at a reasonable price. I was recommended to lucky s auto sales and now I won t be going to any other shop but this one. All of the staff are very friendly and Anil (the one who did majority of the work on my car) is a very kind and humble man who communicated well and did everything in his power to cut costs for me so I only had to pay half the price that I was estimated to pay at a typical collision shop. The shop definitely holds its reputation for 5 stars.

These guys are amazing. I had my car totaled, but I wanted to fix it. Three other body shops turned me down claiming it was impossible and they didn't want to get involved with a salvage rebuild. When I went to Lucky's I told them their name was fitting because I was in need of some good luck. From the moment we met, they understood where I was coming from and why I wanted to repair instead of replace. I was apprehensive about being taken advantage of given the situation, but they reassured me that Lucky's was not that kind of shop. After our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands.It took nearly 5 months of fighting with the insurance company to get a salvage title. Throughout that time, Lucky's kept my vehicle on their property, and were incredibly patient working through the process.Once the repairs could start, they finished quickly... And wow! What an incredible result. My car looks better than it did before the accident.They even put a spoiler on the car without me asking (exactly like it was before the accident). I don't know how they knew to do that, I didn't tell them to, and I don't think I provided any pictures of the car before the accident with the spoiler. My best guess is they looked at the accident pictures, NOTICED A SPOILER ON THE GROUND, and then found the spoiler on the internet and added it to the repair... Talk about customer service.All in all, I'm very happy, and if you need some luck getting your car fixed, this is the place to go!

Amazing service. They fixed my car in under 3 weeks and got it looking better than before! 10/10 I would definitely recommend lucky auto to anyone who has been in a car accident and needs quick and amazing repairs to their car.

Incredible - from the first phone call to the day of pick up, Rex and his team are phenomenal, not only are they super nice but their work is impeccable! I will let the photos speak for themselves. My daughters car was hit on the passengers side, they managed to hit both doors, rear quarter panel and rocker panel. I would highly recommend Lucky Auto Repair & Collision Center and if in need, won't hesitate to call them again.

I can't get over how amazing of a job these guys did for my car. I was hit by someone who didn't have insurance and had to pay out of pocket so I had to compare prices. This was one of the first of many places that I went to, and almost all the others were quoting much higher, along with an unreasonable time frame for a repair.It's so hard to find honest people in the automotive industry, especially when dealing with repairs, much less-auto body/collision damage- being a female.The main person I dealt with was Deo, and he was so approachable from the start. He explained everything and walked what needed to be done. Everyone else at the shop was beyond friendly and helpful also, including Rex and Anil. I received my car exactly when I was told I would, without any unforseen extras. In fact, my car looks better than it did before!! They are such an incredibly honest and reliable shop and do it all. They go the extra mile to pay attention to the little details and make sure everything is pristine. They do quality work and it sets them apart from others. I saw this even from the way some of the others were describing what they could do for cheaper.I highly recommend this place for any automotive collision/body repair! They said they even do oil changes and other maintenance and mechanical needs. I will definitely be going there from now on for my car needs. They are a one stop shop for all your automotive needs. Go there, you won't be sorry!!

WHEN I SAY, WHEN I GOT INTO A DRAMATIC CAR ACCIDENT, & THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME BODY SHOPS IN NETWORK, I TOLD THEM I ALREADY GOT FAMILY OF MY KIND TO DO THE JOB FOR ME WITH A GOOD DURATION OF SERVICES WITH THEM INSTEAD OF ME WAITING 30 DAYS ..TOOK IT TO THEM, THEY LOOKED, QUOTED OF RIP, &SAID WELL GET IT DONE WITHIN ONE WEEK! I WAS PARANOID, BUT WHEN I SAY THEY DID THAT, THEY DID THAT! COMMUNICATION AND URGENCY WAS ON POINT!! LOOK HOW MY 8 YEAR OLD BABY CAME OUT!!! I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. Anil and his team were professional and welcoming from the beginning. I brought in my car with some front end damage that involved some sensors and my AC. Anil and his team repaired everything to factory quality, without killing my pocket in a timely manner, and was communicative the entire time. I was referred here by a friend, and by far Lucky Auto exceeded all my expectations. I got into a car wreck Sunday and was a nervous wreck until I got in touch with Anil. I didn t know what to do or where to start or insurance or anything. All I knew is I was without a car. After going to lucky auto Anil assured me he would help me every step of the way and get my car taken care of and work with me if insurance wasn t willing to work with me. He did every bit of that and more. If you are looking for someone that is honest, reliable, does good work, and helpful to your need then this is the first and only place you should go to. !! Was recommend to Luckys through a mechanic in Orlando and I couldn t have been more satisfied with my experience. I had to get a skid plate and a fender liner installed on my car and they did an absolutely outstanding job. Went above and beyond with the install, not only installing those parts but taking extra care to secure and inspect the entire underside of my car while explaining the entire process. This is the shop to go to for sure for any of your needs and the only place I m going to for work with my car. Amazing pricing, great work, and passionate staff that want nothing but the best for you. Make sure to ask for Deo when you go, he ll always get you right.

My car was hit in the back at a local car wash. Decided to settle the damage without getting my insurance involved and allow the car wash to cover the expense. I was referred to Deo from several colleagues (Orange County Government). From the day I called to set an appointment, until the day I picked up my vehicle Deo was very professional & explained to me very clearly the process of repairing my car. While Deo had my vehicle I asked if he could complete an oil change & tire rotation & he was more than happy to. So hard to find a business that has quality work, great work ethics & not trying to high jack on prices, but I definitely feel this place is for the customers! Thank You Deo and the rest of the staff! I ll be back in the near future!

Took my Car to Lucky and all I can say is they are amazing. Everything was completed the same day and even at fraction of price as any other mechanic. Not to mention previous mechanic said I needed to replace about 4-5 things Anil was able to identify that was not true and just needed to replace 2 things. Thank you guys.

I have been coming to these guys for a few years now and I love their service! Always very nice & professional, offer complimentary water, check in on you while you re waiting for your service and all around just great individuals. And very fair with pricing! SO happy we went with this shop to repair my car; Anil and the other guys got it looking better than before the accident! Super happy with how it looks, and they had the work done in less than a week, which I super appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back for other repairs and recommending them to others.

Honest honest honest. I've used a lot of mechanics over the years. Deo is by far the best. I bought an old used Toyota. I took it to him to check it out. He gave a list of problems that he prioritized with an honest and fair price.I broke down one time and called him to get advice. He came to me to help. Unheard of.He is a collision shop also. I'm sure he excels at that also.

Anil and deo is the best. I got into a bad car accident and I thought my car was unrepairable but they definitely proved me wrong ! My car is like new ! Even better than before. Went to Pep Boys to get an oil change. Was told I need a new oil pan because the plug in the oil pan was damaged and it would cost me $700. I don't know about anyone else but $700 is not something I just go pull out the cookie jar. So a friend recommended Lucky Auto, they assess the damage and told me that it was a gasket head. They changed the gasket head repair the damage. And charge me a third of what Pep Boy wanted to charge me and to top it off it wasn't even the oil pan. I recommend anyone if you want your car fixed properly and quick go to Lucky Auto.

My 17 year old got into a car accident and I wanted his damage fixed right. Based on the reviews, I chose Lucky s and it was the best decision I could ve made. Not only was the final result outstanding, the attention to detail was precise and they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. The owners were very attentive and honorable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and very patient each time I followed up on my car insurance claim payout. They also offered me water when I visited on some of the hottest days of summer. Not to mention the damage to my car was virtually erased! Very kind staff. Would definitely visit again!

Let me just start with saying this place is hands down one of the best mechanic shops around. The owner and the workers are completely honest with everything. Best price for parts and labor in Orlando. I needed to replace the flywheel on my truck and they did it in under a day and stayed out late to finish it. If that is not dedication then I don t know what is. If you want good honest and hardworking people come to this shop. I had a great experience working with lucky auto repair and collision! I got rear ended and needed body work done, I contacted them and spoke with Anil; I sent him a picture and and he ordered the parts and I came a couple days later (due to my work schedule) and he had it fixed within an hour with his guys looking good as new.
