The facility is always clean and well kept. The staff are super helpful if you need anything or have any questions. The system online is so easy to use for finding information, making a payment, and renting your first unit like me!! I feel confident and secure with my things at life storage. Each attendant gets a custom access code to the building and the floor their unit is on. I love that I have the reassurance my things are safe.

This place has been the best experience I have ever had while needing to rent a storage space, and Giovanni at the front desk is always such a pleasure to work with anytime. I have any questions or concerns about my unit. He is very informative and extremely helpful a true asset to the company.

It was nice and affordable when I first moved in. But when the payments reached over $200/month it had to go. As a result of not being able to afford my unit, I'm now donating my books that I'd been collecting since I was a young teenager. So heartbreaking.

The life storage unit has been a great experience for me. I need the extra space for my things and the location is very convenient for me between work and home. Life storage will send you a link to complete the application process and this makes it easier to check in and you are in and out in no time.

Nice and clean. Staff is ok but not overly excited to help from my personal interactions. Like most storage places they raise prices over time.

UPDATE! We went to our storage unit on Nov 9th and we have mold growing all over our stuff! We pay alot for climate control just to have mold growing everywhere!! I had to clean several things. Im so worried what we will find when we have to move everything.This is legit the worst storage company ever! The rates are super high, God forbid youre literally just a few days late on payments bc its almost $100 in fees, the place smells weird, water was leaking in the hallways, their customer service is God awful. Nobody there ever answers the phone and the doors are always locked to the office. My unit went up $60 after 2 months without notice.. the list goes on! I will be changing storage places ASAP!! Also, when they say its one month free, thats a lie. I still had to pay $70 in fees as well as $20 for a lock from them. Go to cube smart or uhaul or something just not them. Awful company

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, especially Katherine. Really good customer service at this location! The units are spacious and clean. Make sure to ask about any promotions they are running to get the best rates.

Started well with initial customer service and follow up from local store. However, when we arrived service quickly deteriorated. The office had a sign that said closed until 1pm on Thursday. Problem was we were there on Friday. Archie seemed overworked or distracted. He told my wife that the storage door should be open. It wasn t, there was a lock on the door. When I went inside to discuss the matter, Archie appeared irritated that he would have to assist us. After he pouted and finally came to our unit and realized that there was a lock on the unit, he removed the lock without a saying a word and walked off.

Been to many storage facilities and this has been the best so far.I came in to look at prices, and Giovanni is the employee that helped me out. He was very friendly and super helpful. Would recommend, 5 stars!

I have used life storage over a period of years now especially when I lived on avalon, and I have always been satisfied with their quality of security,,Giovanni has always been a pleasure to stop by and see when I was at my storage,,always has a smile, he is very soft spoken, and a true gentleman,,even though I live on the west side now I never changed my storage facility, I know my belongings are safe and secure at life storage on old cheny highway.Thank you G for being a awesome person.Much Respect.

It was a smooth seamless process, I recommend calling in advanced and making an appointment to confirm they have the unit size you are looking for.Making an appointment also allows for you to be able to meet with the team and be taken care of.Archie was the gent who helped us out and he was great. Clearly explained everything, walked us through all the steps, and made it an awesome experience.I was in and out within 30 minutes of looking at the unit and filling all the paper work out !

I have been a happy customer of store #5013 since August 2018. Recently I was needing to get a larger unit, without a clue how to accomplish this. My unit was on the 3rd floor and I really was hoping that I would be able to stay on the same floor due to moving so much stuff to a larger unit. The first time I called I spoke with Rebekah, she gave me every bit of information I needed, answered all my questions and was able to keep me on the same floor with a light and gave me 24 hours to move, a very pleasant surprise! I called a second time and spoke with Helen, who was also very pleasant to speak with, to let them know I was coming in the next day to update paperwork....the new unit was still available. Woo hoo! So I went in the next morning, the first thing on a Saturday morning, and Katherine took care of me! What an easy and painless experience! Good deals just kept coming my way! These three women were amazing. Best customer service I have every received, best CubeSmart because of them! You rock store #5013 thanks to Rebekah, Helen and Katherine! Thank you

The service provided by Maria was very thorough. She was very patient and kind in describing all of our options, and quickly helped us with our contract and getting our storage unit. She deserves 10 stars!!Also, Jan was a great help to us in resolving a parking problem. He, too, deserves 10 stars! This is a great place.

I highly recommend coming here if you need a storage unit. They are reasonably priced. Jennifer and Maria were very helpful,very friendly. They both have excellent customer service skills which I had a hard time with other storage unit facilities. They both are patient and willing to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Big thank you to Jennifer and Maria for all you do. Thank you for being open during this covid pandemic.you certainly had my back when I needed you the most. So again I say to all who needs storage come to life storage they are always there to help you .

I was very impressed from the start with Life Storage. Maria worked with me on getting my unit set up. She is highly professional and provided a friendly and informative Introduction to the facilities, which are clean and well kept. I rented a ground drive up access unit. The security and ease of access are top rate. All in all a great location if you need clean and safe storage in the Avalon Park/Waterford Lakes area.

John and Maria went way beyond what I would have expected from them. I choose a small unit but decided to switch to a larger unit when I saw it. They handled the paper work and made me feel great! I have since had to cancel due to my family, BUT you can be sure I will be back in the future! Awesome people to work with, professional, friendly, warm caring people.

I went in and spoke with Giovanni. He was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable with helping me select the right unit for my needs. I upgraded to a bigger unit after looking at the original unit. He walked me thru the entire process. He definitely earned my business today and I will definitely be recommending this location to anybody that is looking for a storage unit.

Possibly the worse customer service I've ever received! Came inside to pay my bill since I was having problems online. I was told to wait a bit because the customer in front was being taken care of. Waited for about 10 minutes to then be told to come back in 15 minutes. All I wanted was to pay my bill. I'll probably get a late fee since I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer.
