I am extremely happy with the services I received yesterday from JR Auto Repair. I had been to several mechanic shops explaining the jerking issue and everyone kept telling me my car was fine. JR actually took the time to listen and was not dismissive like the others. He spent time on my suv yesterday to make sure that he was sure of what it was and it turned out to be bad mounts which I suspected. I went with the repair and it s driving a lot better!!! He is very honest and I am happy to find a good auto repair after just moving to the area. Thank you so much, JR! I really appreciate all you did for me!

I'm extremely grateful for Jr Auto Repair. I went to several places for quotes for my Toyota, and they beat everyone's quote, hands down. I will definitely continue to go to them for any and all car needs!

In April of 2023 my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 needed a few things done because it was over 130,000 miles. My husband took my car to Toyota and they wanted to charge almost $7,000 to fix everything. I decided to bring it to Jr. s and I paid only $3,700 for the same repairs that Toyota was saying I needed. I ve been coming here for many years and I will continue to come. They re honest and I appreciate that. Highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I personally had a frustrating experience with this company s communication. When speaking over the phone I felt pressured into fixing the car. There were two diagnostic fees totaling around $200 so I asked them to fix just the break pads to at least spend that on something to help both me and the mechanic. Unfortunately he still charged me for a diagnostic on top of fixing the break pads even though I was told the fee would be waived if I did that. I had my car towed there and when we only wanted to fix that one thing on the long list of over $2000 worth of repairs on the list (because I couldn t afford the rest right now) the person we spoke to on the phone used an unpleasant tone. I m sure It must have been frustrating to look at my car without me agreeing for them to do the work on it, but I would suggest a different mechanic because the personal response to us was unpleasant.

When you go to an auto repair place, they are everything you want it to be. Respectful, kind, honest and most importantly, quality work. If you want something done for your car this is hands down the best place you can go, and it's budget friendly too.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, they have the best prices, and they get the job done fast. I won't trust my car to anyone else. They are the best. You won't be disappointed.

Jr's provides excellent customer service. Not only that, but they are very friendly and affordable. I went to Jr's with my car needing a major repair. They gave me ample time to make a decision and didn't pressure me at all. I would definitely suggest using Jr's for all your auto repairs.

Saw a lot of great reviews about this mechanic so decided to give them a try. I must say, like many of the other reviews said, the honesty I received was not what I'm used to when it comes to mechanics. Cam in to get a diagnostic check up and found out I needed a new battery and one of my rims needed to be fixed.When I asked how much to change my battery, Jr. suggested I just go to autozone to replace the battery because they wouldn't charge me to install it. Loved that he didn't try to make me buy and install the battery there. I will be bringing my vehicle back in a week or so to get the rim fixed. Just remember, that going to the mechanic is not like going to the ER, your going to have to be patient.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

If you re looking for fair pricing and honest service, this is the place to go! Cheapest oil change I have found in the Orlando area. They are very considerate and respectful of people s time and financial situations. Very grateful I found this place!

My engine light had came on out of the blue. Jrs was able to take my car in right away and let me know what was going on and fix it. They explained to me what happened and even showed me the part.Even after that some how my light came on again and without questions when I called they asked me to bring it it right away. They soon notice something was wrong with my gas.They asked if I had change gas station and when I said yes. They explained what happened with the car. They explained to me about the different types of gas station and which to use and which not. I had no idea about that at all, you learn things everyday.They gave me steps of what to do next and ask to reach back to them within a week.That second time I went in no charge what so ever. Which helped out so much due to money wise.The owner and the Mechanic were so amazing, and helpful with everything. I was towed to this shop after having a tire blowout. The owner informed he didn t have my standard sized tire. I asked him how much it will be to have help putting on the spare, he informed me (over the phone, wasn t even there) they were too busy. I told him I can wait and he responded with we can t help you. So this left me and my 3 year old stranded once more. While waiting for the next tow truck, a very kind man working on the other cars took his break and changed my tire in 2 minutes. Seems like the workers are kind and the owner is not.Update to the owners response: I had time to wait and I was patient. You said you couldn t help me and that was that. A suggestion would be to add appointments only on your website so someone who is seeking help doesn t get towed to your business just to be turned down the moment they walk in.

Amazing people and amazing prices.They serviced my 2015 Toyota Prius for a really good price and very good service.Before I buy vehicle, I always take it to this guys to get safety inspection. They are always straight forward and fast with service.I am feeling so lucky that I found this mechanic. I brought my truck in for hub bearings and the company I bought the hubs from (parts geek) sent me the wrong parts but instead of just putting the parts on and letting me go they insisted on helping me out and didn't want to leave me in a bad way. I would recommend Jr. Auto repair notjust for the fast and efficient service but also for the trust with your vehicle and safety

Great customer service. I was afraid of going to a local shop for a wheel alignment but took a chance based on the reviews. Best decision ever. Really nice guy. We talked for a while and he gave me some advice and tips for my car. Stuff that will help me save money so it was of no interest of his to tell me it. And unlike what one person wrote he did not give any discount for a good review. I will definitely be using him for my repair needs now. Seems like a very honest and family owned business!

Great service not just from the owner but the entire staff. Their showroom is not only clean but they have actual comfortable chairs. Had my car service today and I left extremely happy with their work. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs and LITERALLY recommending to everyone. Always come here for an oil change, it's always quick and well done. I'm here no more than 25 minutes every time and I don't even have to make an appointment. I always recommend my friends and family to Jr.. I've also gotten my brakes fixed here and it was at a good price and done in a timely manner. Coming here is always a pleasure. The owner and the mechanic are both trustworthy. They never invent non-existing problems to charge me for random stuff that my car doesn't need. Best place.

Glad I found this shop close to me. Needed an alternator for my only family mini van in a hurry. Jr was very helpful by providing a local tow company recommendation to get my van there. Shop was able to get me in same day and did the repair with just a few hours!! Jr even stayed after close hours so I could pick up my van. Great oil change price s as well. Highly recommend this shop for the Lake Nona and surrounding area.

2019 Honda Accord 1.5t, I had overheating & misfire problems, in within a week and a half they helped me out and guided me thru the process and exactly what were the problems and the solutions they came with, great job, friendly staff and professional before everything.

I am a returning customer. Jr went above and beyond to come up with a solution to fix a timing chain on my car. I couldn t be more grateful for the work his mechanics provided for me and the genuine care he exhibited. He called me same day with a solution to my problem. I thank you sooo sooo much ! Jr. The Owner is very straight forward, friendly and if You don't know much about cars like Me, He won't rip You off. I've taken my BMW to his shop twice already for Service and Jr and His team have done a wonderful job I'm so pleased and happy. Say NO to Dealer Prices and save Yourself $ Money and Headaches. Great Service and Fair, Affordable prices.

While on a road trip, my check engine light started flashing right at the exit just before JRs auto repair. I pulled off and called JRs who kindly answered the phone and let me know that they could run a diagnostic. Jose got us on very quickly, and after running a through diagnosis soon let me know that it was an issue that needed to be addressed at a dealership due to the codes he was reading. I am a young women and cars are a bit overwhelming for me, so he kindly gave me a print out of the codes and told me to have the dealership call him if it seemed like they were giving me other issues. He helped me find a dealership with an available service department and let me and my friends wait in his lobby for many hours as we situated rides and tow trucks. I ultimately ended up needing a software update on my car and all was well. Jose kindly followed up with me to ensure everything was taken care of. I can not recommend this auto shop more. I like coming to this place, it's always clean and close by. Last time I went, it was my 3rd time or so going in for an oil change, I never paid more than $60, but somehow this time I went I ended up paying about $100 for an oil change. I found that to be quite interesting since it was the exact same car I always bring. Anyways, the service is always fast and good.

I've been working in the Orlando area for over a year now and I've used a few repair shops. Other shops once. I found Jr. Auto Repair and took a chance. Best decision on car repair. I've returned here with all my vehicles and have referred friends. Excellent service, no BS sales attempts, best pricing. I'm extremely satisfied. They are my go to shop!!!!!Troy

Have had problems with my Ford Explorer intermittently losing power. Looked for a repair shop in the area and found good reviews about this place.Called them on Wednesday to ask if they could have a look at it, and they told me they can at least read the Error Code, which they charge $89 if i decide to not get the car fixed with them. Sounded fair enough.Took the car to the shop two days later, walked in and again explained what the problem was (power sometimes randomly cutting in and out while driving). They would not look at the car, and after i specifically asked to at least read out the error codes (which would have cost $89 and which i would have paid) they refused to even do that. They told me (to quote the person at the front desk) "How are we supposed to know what's wrong with the car?" and that my best bet would be to go to a Ford Dealership and have them fix it. Not sure how they are supposed to know whats wrong with the car, but i assumed a car repair place should be able to diagnose potential fuel system problems.I don't know what the deal was, but the way it felt to me i interrupted the guys conversation with some other car dude or they don't like fixing random everyday problems on random everyday cars. Either way, being told to come in after i called ahead, just to be told to go away two days later just wasted a couple of hours of my time and is real bad customer experience.The problem with the car is fixed now, by the way: It was a bad fuel filter. Other shop changed it out, car runs fine since then.

Overal synopsis:This auto repair shop may be the most honest and fair shop in Orlando. From my experience their work is without question professional and they take pride in doing a job right and making sure the customer feels safe when they leave the shop with the warranties they provided after being serviced. I will be returning here for more services after my first impressions with this shop.Services I received:I got my breaks, ball joints and a tie rod serviced on my camry. I also asked Jr. if his shop could give the vehicle an overall check to make sure the car was safe for a 24 hour road trip. He found one other issue with the vehicle to which he explained I could hold off on for a bit so long as I checked it every so often.Price:I called and visited 4 other shops who also had good reviews and ratings in the area to get the best deal and reliable services I could find. After calling Juniors shop and he PROMISED me he would beat any shops prices for the services I needed and that he did and by 250-300 dollar's compared to the 1st runner up shop i considered. That was even after the warrantees on his services and parts, why you may ask? Because they don't charge for warrantees (maybe not true for special circumstances for certain parts but for your average job/service the warrantee is included with your subtotal) that says alot how about how confident they are about the vehicles leaving their facility.Integrity of work:Jr. Made a promise to me he would beat other shops on price and provide services with honesty. I told him if he held true on that, I promised to leave a review once I knew his services where solid. So its been about 3 weeks now since my service and yes Camry's are reliable from the get, but I took this vehicle on a road trip from Orlando up to Maryland and back. Dont forget to mention the additional miles and driving time spent through national parks and mountains the east coast has to offer. Check engine did pop up but it is unrelated to the services he provided and items his shop checked.Service: Brakes

My wife's car was not running smoothly, they took care of the problem, cleaned the engine, did a great job at a very reasonable price, he was able to do it the same day I called. I will be taking my truck there for shocks and struts soon. They also have great prices on synthetic oil changes. Definitely recommend.
