Beyond fair prices, kind, courteous, and professional. Just moved into the area and I definitely think I just found my go to mechanic. Jose and Karen up front are awesome as well. Chloe is also absolutely adorable

As a fleet manager, I take all of my vehicles to JIG Auto Repair for everything from basic oil changes to larger scope repairs and they never disappoint. Jos�, Carlos, and the rest of the team have always been upfront and honest about work that needs to be done, work that might be good to do, and work that we can get done down the road.Their professionalism and transparency is one of the main reasons we take all of our vehicles to them (about 20 of them) and use JIG as our preferred shop. You should too.

NEVER AGAIN. $900 QUOTE TURNED INTO $1,900 AND KEPT KEYS UNTIL FORCED TO PAY. Sent my husband to get the CV axle replaced for $900 quote. They told him brake pads needed to be replaced so we agreed. Then they said front caliper was seized during the brake pad replacement and the new total was $1900. Would not give us our keys back until we paid. Could not come back later after payday nor take it to another shop. Car was driving perfectly fine this whole time yet they claim it's "illegally unsafe". Missed 2 of my daughter's appointments waiting for the car to get fixed a day later. Save your money, go to FastLane Automative where they get your approval in writing before starting, and with accurate quotes.

I've been coming here for about a year since I've gotten my 98 Nissan Sentra. So far I've replaced my brakes, transmission, suspension, and corrected several other things all for a fair price and super quick work! They even answer any questions I have (usually a lot) about how the work being done affects my car & are pretty friendly.

Best tire store in Orlando!!!! I stopped here on a Monday afternoon with a full blown tire emergency. One of my low profile high performance tires had blown a sidewall. The owner, Jose Gonzalez, immediately jumped into action and located 4 tires that he could get into his store before closing and mount and balance. From start to finish these guys were able to locate the tires, send a guy to pick them up, the other guys removed the old tires and when the new tire arrived they were mounted and balanced in under 1 hour!! This was like a NASCAR pit stop. Best part was that the price was well below what I expected. This is a great store that is family owned and operated. Jose has earned my business forever. Outstanding!!!!

Great service! Fixed my truck within 2 hrs after pep boys had the car for a whole day and couldnt fix anything. They were quick, informative, and more affordable than pep boys.
