I love that place. They take good care of your car and explain everything that is wrong with it. The best thing is that they even clean your car, whether it is dirty or not. I highly recommend them.

Carlos went above and beyond any and all expectations I had- including offering his knowledge on car maintenance with my many questions being answered, and I feel I can better maintain a vehicle now. Helpful and great to talk to. Highly recommend Carlos!

Omg!!!! You ve got to experience service with these guys! Brandon, Sham and their team Rock!Their Personalities, and customer service is fabulous and their knowledge about cars is off the charts!Go ahead go and learn something about your vehicle while getting your car serviced!I would give 20 stars if I could.All you need to bring is your car, payment and a smile and it s worth your time!

The car s undercarriage cover wasn t attached properly after the oil change, but they denied any wrongdoing. Come on, can t someone change oil without breaking anything? I am so wary of getting basic service for my car in this area.

This location is *chef's kiss*I'm so glad we gave jiffy lube another try after the one close to home started sucking with unnecessary upselling and pushy people. Luckily this location is just a few more miles away and a million times better. We spoke to Omar on the phone to get some general pricing before heading out. Once we got there, we were greeted again by Omar in person with superb customer service. Ricardo diagnosed our vehicle, a completely different issue than we anticipated, they could have absolutely done a lot of repairs that i didn't need but they were honest and fixed the actual problem! Ricardo is a super talented mechanic. And Omar kept us updated from start to finish and was super kind and helpful throughout the entire process, he recommended upcoming services to get for our mileage but without being pushy, and even set reminders to email and alert us when it's time to get those specific services. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the bathroom was, there was a TV in the waiting area and complimentary water with little cups, and the waiting area was well air conditioned (I was cold actually, so bring a sweater if you plan to wait in the lobby for a while!) After our repairs were completed, Marc did our oil change, he was fast and efficient. We are glad that we came a little farther out to go to this location and will absolutely come back in the future! The employees were awesome, friendly, courteous, and got me in and out very quickly. (oil change) The issue I have is that I ve been going to this location for sometime and each time I go, there are always new employees. It makes me wonder about the company. I don t know much about cars nor mechanics so I have to start all over in building trust with the new employees; and hope they re giving me the best advice for my car. I hope they stay longer than the last employees. Thank you for your serviceService: Oil change

Save your engine and don t take your car here. They are horrible. Definitely do not recommend. They make mistakes that cost you your engine. Never again would I trust these people.Comment to owner who responded:I reached out to corporate and a general manager never called back! I would never ever recommend taking my car or anyones car to your business as it cost my 2015 Dodge Charger to have lifter problems due to your technicians mistakes. I never had a issue with my car until I brought it there for a oil change. Sloppy mistake cost my car to have issues and you guys never cared or called. Not to be trusted and bad business to a woman.Service: Oil change

They might not be the fastest but they are certainly the most thorough, and I have been to plenty of Jiffy Lube s in multiple cities and a couple of different states. The guy that assisted me was extremely professional & personable. It makes sense that their stellar customer service would impact their speed. My only suggestion would be, in the age of COVID, maybe not get so close to a customer s face to communicate. I highly recommend. TWO THUMBS UP!

Their prices are fair, service is quick, and you can tell they run a tight operation - a completely different experience from the last time. They are apparently under new management and the quality of service speaks for itself. They communicate well and don't try to sell you on any extras you don't need. I'm so thankful that I decided to give it one more try! I will continue to use this shop for my auto repair needs as long as it continues to deliver exceptional customer service . The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The service was good, but he tried to get to pay for an oil flush. He showed me dip stick with dirty oil on it, when I changed it every 3000 miles.

I was on vacation and my car started having issues the day I planned to go home. J was professional and got the issue resolved quickly. They should have a better way of timing labor because I was overcharged but overall im happy with the quality and professionalism.

I've been here a few times and the guys here do decent work. They actually do all the standard car checks tire pressure, fluid levels, clean windshield etc. Compared to other oil changes places. Better price, coupon

Everyone at this location was so great with me today! Sean was awesome! Explained everything to me and gave me $10 off, plus a coupon for my next visit! Michelle and Martino also did a great job, they even vacuumed my front floors. Thanks so much y all! This jiffy lube just gained a new customer!

The place was gross and dirty and the employees weren't really doing anything. Sat in my car for a while and nobody came up to the window so I had to get out and walk up to the front desk and it still took a moment before I talked to anyone even though there were 3 guys doing nothing. Kind of glad they didn't have the oil I need for my car so I left for a different location because I really didn't get a sense that I could trust these guys to do a good job.

Glad I found this place. I usually go to one by my apartment, but this location is close to my job. The employees were extremely proficient and polite. Was coming in for a simple oil change and the manager Sean, was very polite and helpful.I ended up getting an oil change plus the differential fluid on both the front and back of my Jeep.The staff was very helpful and quick , plus they helped me with the price and explained everything .5 star recommended

They did a great job. I was in and out in a Jiffy!!! The best part of the location was that they really wanted to work and get me out of there quickly. The workers had a great attitude and really worked well together. Great Job! We will be back!

The best advice I could give anyone having car issues, is to go to this Jiffy Lube location. These people are so kind and helpful that they completely take away the stress you come in with. Specifically Sean and Tino we're the guys who serviced me. I have blown my engine twice because I know nothing about cars being a single female and they gave me so much knowledge in a short period of time.. They are always happy to help, they're positive attitude is really a bonus on top of the excellent work that they do. You will be delighted by their attitudes and the great pricing will just be a bonus!

The weight was kind of long and the mechanic recommended I changed my brake pads but found out my brake pads were only half worn down and did not need brake pads right there after all so they're trying to make extra money by suggesting brakes and rotors

I had amazing service. They definitely will be Seeing me again. They are very easy to talk to. They was there for my every need. I was also able to watch them. After every day he went over everything I highly recommend this place
