On April 19th, I visited your location for a standard oil change, but it unexpectedly turned into an engine system clean plus an oil change. I initially declined the engine clean, but your employee JOHN insinuated they might not service my car without approval from the manager, Ricardo, due to the apparent sludge in my engine. Despite being assured that my decision would be noted, Ricardo's supposed involvement puzzled me.To keep my day on track, I reluctantly agreed to the engine clean, trusting your location's expertise. However, upon leaving, I noticed a new, unsettling sound in my vehicle. Ignoring it I headed home only for the noise to worsen when I attempted to leave again later. Upon investigation I discovered that my skid plate had not been properly reattached a critical oversight that could have caused significant damage.Disappointed and frustrated, I returned to your location at 11:40 a.m. to have my skid plate secured properly. Spending nearly $200 on what should have been routine maintenance, only to leave with my skid plate dangling, is unacceptable. I was confident in this location because they have taken great care of me and my vehicle before. However, this experience was a stark departure from my previous positive encounter with your establishment. Upon leaving, I requested the incident notated, where Carlos indicated there was no need to document it unless the skid plate was damaged. Carlos insisted I was good. However, how can I trust the integrity of my vehicle/skid plate when such a basic oversight occurred, and your staff failed to acknowledge it before I left ? This location left my undercarriage exposed and refused to notate it, expecting me to just take their word my skid plate isn t damaged after I took their word earlier that day I was okay to go lol.Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing, and I urge your establishment to address these issues promptly and implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. No other customer should ever visit this location and leave without their skid plate screwed in properly. Looking through previous reviews it looks like the cleaning up service is a common tactic. WOW just when I thought you guys couldn t be any dirtier. I hope it was worth it.

I had such a great experience! They explained everything to me so I could understand what was happening with my car, were so kind about it, and were super quick! I felt like they knew exactly what they were doing and will definitely be back when something else comes up/for my next oil and fluids change!

Always an awesome experience at this jiffy lube. This is my go to spot. The team is always super friendly and helpful and thoroughly explains everything to me. John was our main guy today and he was great as well as the whole team helping out. Thanks again!

Refused to honor my Groupon. Terrible service. Edited: 4/9 Their response is not true. I bought the Groupon while at their location and they said they were unable to honor it since it takes their computer systems an hour to update. I literally had the voucher and code on my phone but they were very very rude about it. I have solely used this location since moving to Orlando 4 years ago but I will not return and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to return. They even wanted to argue what grade of oil my car uses despite me showing them that it was either 5/30 or 5/40 per the manufacture recommendations which is also what the dealer told me.

So I am in a review given mood these pass few days. I rarely give reviews but the service I have experienced has been excellent. Brett was so kind and helpful. They all had great sense of humors and work together as a team.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for over 2 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The team is very personable, they are low pressure when informing you on recommendations, and most of all VERY speedy! Highly recommend coming here for your vehicle maintenance.

i brought my own oil. they told me the charge was 49 dollars then on the fly they changed the chrarge added "service fee" made me pay 50 dollars for an air filter that is worth 19. had to pat 102 dollars. I feel ripped off and lied to. will never go back there and will never recommend it to anyone.

We are on vacation our car have light on make us worry,We just went to here ask about our car maybe need transformation fluid and we have light on for no reason. Soon we pull in ,the guy walk out talk to us and check all the questions we have 5 minutes we good to go he is awesome and explains everything for us thank you so much make our day so much better.

Richard Saldana, GM, has now helped me on more than one occasion by providing excellent customer service and peace of mind. He manages the team well and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I will always go with Jiffy Lube when getting my oil and fluids changed.

I usually have good experiences with Jiffy Lube but it was my first time at this location and they are SKETCHY AS HECK. We get oil changes on our car sooner than recommended and have it serviced through Lexus, so we know it's in good shape. We just had an oil change like 2ish months ago and the people at the other location told me our oil looked "pristine" and that we didn't need an oil change. We had them do it anyway to stay on top of it so imagine my surprise when [according to the receipt name] John came in, sat down, showed me a wiped off dipstick, and questioned me as if our oil hasn't been changed in a long time. He stated, "your oil looks like vaseline" and tried to upsell me on a cleaning service.Knowing this was 100% inaccurate since we recently had a change and it looked "pristine", I texted my husband and told him what John said. My husband confirmed that was not accurate so I told John I'd have my husband call so he could discuss it with him. John hung up on my husband when my husband kept telling him no on the upsells. What kind of service is that?!Another man, Stanley [according to the name on the receipt] came in so I could pay. I looked at the receipt and asked him to point out what exactly they felt was wrong with the car so I could go over the Lexus and have them look at it. Stanley was confused and asked what I was talking about, so I told him John came in and claimed my oil looked like Vaseline and said I needed some cleaning service.He went out to talk with John, they had a brief heated discussion, then John came in and argued with me. I told him I needed to know what to tell Lexus and he said, "Well, I already did your oil change so it's already cleaned out." I responded, "But you told me I needed to pay for some cleaning service because you claimed my oil looks like vaseline and that there's a bunch of sludge in there." And he goes, "Well, you won't see it now because I did the oil change." So I said, "So I didn't need the extra cleaning service?" And he literally says back, "No, if you take it to Lexus they'll see the sludge." "But you just said you cleaned it out." "No, they'll see it." "Where?" "By the crank and around the cap."Anyways, I brought the car back to my husband so he pulled the cap off and it looks perfectly clean. No buildup or sludge at all. We're about to take it over to Lexus so they make sure John didn't screw anything up and to confirm that there isn't "sludge" or "vaseline-looking oil" in there.I'll also add that there was another man there getting his car serviced at the same time and the lady working there came in and told him his battery was bad and he told him he literally just had it replaced and still had the receipt, and they kept trying to pressure him too. When we were alone in the waiting area we both agreed that the employees were being dishonest. Apparently this place thinks they can lie to a bunch of people to get upsells. It's incredibly unprofessional.

Amazing! Whole team was sweet hearts! They gave me a discount AND topped off a while quart of oil. BRETT, JOHN G, AND the Manager. I definitely felt like I was pulling into a racecar pit!!! I'll be back every month so they can help me with my car maintenance

I want to specify that I am writing this review for this specific location and team. This team was amazingly helpful! I want to single out Miguel. He made sure my needs were met, he followed up with me multiple times to make sure what he and his team were doing was what I would want for my vehicle, and was professional and pleasant the entire time he was working with me and my vehicle. When they finished up, they all made sure to tell me goodbye and thank you for coming in to choose them for my needs. I don't normally say this, but if I were in an upper management position, I would give Miguel a raise and some recognition. Any company would envy the customer service skills Miguel has. Keep him at all costs, promote him, do whatever you have to in order to give him the props he deserves.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Everyone beware of this place . This location dishonesty and lies trying to make money from you . Specially people s from out the town.The black man name JOHN was rude and lied about the services and trying to make more money from you for his business.He knew exactly how to make money even I am not asked additional extra services.

I take my Range Rover here regularly... the 1st time they had to order the oil filter because it is a high end car... now they keep it in Stock for me! It's HALF the cost of the dealership to have it done with Jiffy... at a FRACTION of the time... the staff at Jiffy is EXTRAORDINARY and rediculously FRIENDLY! I always bring them a treat because they have made me feel so welcomed

Bad service. Paid full price for the signature oil change. Didn t vacuum the car, didn t clean the windows or did any other add on perks. Will not return. If I wanted just an oil change I would have gotten it for half the price

New team at this jiffy lube. All I went for was some air in my tire and they topped me off with oil, clean my windows, check my brake light and gave me all around amazing service. I will definitely be going back.

Fast, friendly and efficient! I got there right at 8 am. They were already open and working on a car. (Google said they open at 8). All the workers deserve recognition. I only caught one name though, that was Steve. At least 4 were working on my car plus a manager. I m impressed with their speed and efficiency. I ll definitely be using them again. I got an oil change, engine & cabin filters changed, and a couple of lights replaced. Was in and out of there in about 25 minutes. Highly recommend these guys

I changed the oil and filter. But when I leave, the check engine turned on. I thought it was sanding else. The radiator fan never stopped and some electronic controls was not working. Today I went to my mechanic and used the scanner to see the problem and many messages came Then he saw one cable unplugged on the filter tab So we realized the person who changed the filter didn t plugged that after the service. John is rude, condescending, and tries to upsell you on services - getting angry when you refuse. Tried to intimidate my wife because I wasn't there. When I called the store, he hung up on me when I rejected the extra services.

This was my first time at this location. They are awesome. I got VIP services. Their guest service is remarkably good.I wish I can visit them again when ever I am on this side of town. And I have to tell this Before I forget. i spilled water on the floor by mistake and within a minute they mopped and cleaned everything like it never happened.

Went in for an oil change, they offered a wheel rotation. I agreed to get one because they said with an oil change it s recommended. They broke my wheel lock for my car because they didn t know what they were doing. Went to the dealership and the mechanic said he had never seen such a thing. He stated they must have been using the wrong tool. Jiffylube refused to replace the part.Service: Oil change
