I wanted bigger tires for my Wrangler and I chose Jeepers 4x4 for that, they did not disappoint. They were upfront on pricing, professional and they were easy to talk to. Highly recommend them if you want your Jeep service

Wonderful experience at Jeepers 4x4! The repairs were done in a timely manner (actually much more quickly than I was expecting); the communication was fantastic (regular updates from Ricky re what was being done, when it would be completed, etc.); the cost was super fair; and the the people were a delight to work with. Needed nerf bars put on my jeep. I called they said come in and did it right away. Customer service was great, installation was quick. I appreciate them doing it so quickly for me.

My wife's Wrangler had the front track bar ripped out of its cradle and needed to be repaired. Massive death wobble. Had the vehicle towed to Jeepers on a Saturday. The mechanics that met us were friendly and knowledgeable and there were quite a few Jeeps in the shop and parking lot. Part was ordered the following Monday and installed/welded on by Wednesday, ready for pick up. Very solid repair of a critical piece and almost looks stock. I'd recommend for future repairs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This company is very unprofessional. The level of customer service and auto mechanics is very poor and untrustworthy. I towed my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to Jeepers at the beginning September 2022. I was told weeks later that the drivers side head gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. They recommended repairing both sides. I agreed to the repairs. It took them over two months to complete the job with multiple excuses as to why. One reason was the mechanic that started the job quit, leaving my engine completely disassembled. A new mechanic had to complete the job and find all the parts spread around the shop. After they replaced the head gaskets they said the vehicle was still over heating and the thermostat needed to be replaced. Then after they replaced the thermostat they told me it was misfiring and one of the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. At this point I was frustrated and didn't trust them. I picked up my Jeep and took it to the dealership. The dealership told me that the intake manifold bolts were stripped and that is why it was misfiring. They also said the headgaskets were leaking.The dealership also told me there were mismatched and missing bolts. I had the dealership fix the manifold and gave Jeepers a second chance to make it right since the work for the head gaskets were under warranty with them. The owner Gustavo made me wait entire month of December 2022 before I could tow my vehicle back to Jeepers because he personally wanted to work on it. He had it for two weeks and told me that the vehicle is ok and the dealership was lying to me. I picked up my Jeep and drove it a mile and it over heated. The owner Gustavo tells me through text it's the radiator and fans. Why didn't he say that when I had it in his shop for two weeks? It's because they don't know what they're doing. I paid them thousands of dollars and my Jeep is still not working. No refund offered and no remorse. My next step is to file a complaint with the state and sue them.Service: Engine repair

I needed 12 rivnuts installed on my Jeep for some fender flares that I was attempting to put on myself. I did not have the proper tool to do nor the experience or confidence to attempt on my own. Called Jeepers 4x4 and explained what I needed done & was advised to come by the shop the next morning as they would take a look at it. Work was completed in about 10 minutes & they refused to charge me. I can't thank Jeepers 4x4 enough for their outstanding customer service in my time of need.
