Helped us with a great truck. Took it to North Carolina the next day and went on a 1,200 mile round trip and have used it ever since for work with no issues. Highly recommend

Took my R1 here to get an oil change, plugs changed, radiator flush, air filter changed and inspection. Great prices, awesome service. The motorcycle mechanic is a great job. It's hard to find people that show how much they enjoy there work. Will definitely be back for any other service I need.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend Imagine Motorcycles. As a first time rider/buyer, with so/so credit, I had a heck of a time getting financing everywhere I went. The owner, Yigit, went above and beyond in helping me. It was a process and we worked long and hard trying every avenue possible trying to get me the best rate. I had actually finally given up, next thing I know he is calling me telling me he got me financed and while the down payment and payment were less, he explained that in the end I would be paying a lot more for the bike ( like a few grand more). So I ultimately ended up financing though him and will be paying thousands less in financing. If you are looking for a nice quality bike, I would definitely recommend this dealer. He goes above and beyond and really looks out for your best interest. I will definitely come back to him for my next bike.

Very happy about today's purchase. Sales person was very nice, respectful, and honest. I didn't feel the pressure that other sales persons push on you to buy. Once I decided and I was finalizing the deal, the transaction was quick and simple. Manager was great and very friendly as well. Overall it was a great experience and i got to enjoy purchasing my car. I definitely would recommend Imagine cars to others.

Excellent service. Great parking lot space too! Their prices is much lower than anyone around. The owner is always there so I'm not just talking to some intern! I've had bad experiences before, so that is important to me. Their mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful, the repair got done before the original estimated time.Another thing I noticed was they are involved in their community, always supporting all kinds of fundraisers. If you want great service for your bike or even if you are looking for a car; they are the guys to go to. I've bought 3 cars at the other store and I've been satisfied with the car's performance and the way they deal with their customers.

The best car dealer in town! I've purchased cars from the big guys before, and Khan and Yigit blow them out of the water when it comes to sales and customer service skills. The price was fair and the third party financing process was painless. The brothers have earned a life long customer in me!

Awesome shop! I always get my bike work done here. Tire changes, chain tightened, and even bolt extracting. Great prices, and always satisfied with the work. Management always friendly, and helpful. This should be your first place to stop to get you bike fixed.

Very disappointed. I was tired of dealing with the sloppy work of the Kawasaki dealership right up the street, so I decided to try these guys out. Got an oil change and a new chain. When Kawi quoted me $60 less in labor I was suspicious, and when I brought it up with them, they lowered their quote $30. I was happy with this, but my happiness was short-lived.On my way home after the bike had been fixed, my clutch cable popped out of the mount, leaving me with a limp clutch as I'm trying to stop. I'm very lucky this didn't happen 10 second earlier while I was on the highway. Really disappointed in the lack of attention to detail, but this isn't the part that bothers be the most.After I got home, I called the owner, and he outright DENIED touching the clutch cable!! I thought the same thing, why would he have touched the clutch cable?? Well, it's in the complimentary 25 point "safety inspection." After repeated denials about touching the clutch cable, he became very combative, telling me that he is "twice my age" and I need to "learn some respect." ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Is that how this business treats disgruntled customers?!The kicker is he had his mechanic call me, and his mechanic readily admitted to adjusting the clutch cable, and was sincerely apologetic, both for the clutch cable and for the way the owner treated me. I couldn't be happier with the way the mechanic handled the situation, and I am very disappointed that the owner is preventing me from ever going back to this mechanic. Yeah, he messed up on my clutch cable, but at least he could admit it!TL;DR - Don't go here. If they screw something up, the owner will deny it's his fault and tell you to "learn respect" rather than figure out what happened and correct the issue.

Bought my 07 GSXR 600 2 years ago from Imagine and I have enjoyed it from the first day. Never had an issue. The guys are great, friendly and do their best to get you what you want and need. I have enjoyed doing business with Imagine and would recommend them to anyone. Good Job Guys !!

Since I have trouble driving at night, these guys blew me away with their above and beyond customer service. Kaan drove to my work with the Honda CR-V for me to look at, to see if I was interested in the car, and Yigit and I emailed and texted to get the paperwork completed. The grand finale, after I got off from work, they dropped off the CR-V and paperwork for me to sign. I hugged them both I was so appreciative. They were very understanding, courteous, funny, and professional. The entire transaction, hands down, was the easiest I have ever experienced from a dealer and the price was great. My family was so impressed with these two brothers. My 2008 CR-V is awesome!!!! Thank You so much you guys! I will definitely recommend Imagine Cars and Motorcycles to friends and family!

Imagine has been the only place to touch my 04 Honda CBR1000RR and they will be the only techs to touch it. This place has remained honest and professional in all our dealings and their professionalism has been very much appreciated.Brought the bike because I thought my clutch was going out... they not only found the issue to be a much less expensive repair than I anticipated, they also took the time to educate me in the process.Great group here... Come check them out.

Fantastic customer service, sales men knew the ins and out of all his vehicles.. great pricing and they have real practical vehicles too.. I wasn't looking for what everybody selling on that strip, like very pricey imported cars! they were super helpful their whole team is excellent . I highly recommend this place , at least stop and take a look you won't be disappointed

I had a very good experience in Imagine Cars. Vigit Orer worked with me on the price for a truck to help bring the price down a bit so I can afford it. It was an excellent shape I was very happy! The cars and motorcycles there are in great shape and seem to be priced fairly! I will definitely recommend this place!

I went to this place to view a vehicle after seeing a decent amount of good reviews. I read reviews like "family" service "willing to work with price"... I was sadly mistaken I walked onto the property to have a gentleman come out and ask me if I needed any help today I said yes and explained why I was there. One thing that bothered me was he never told me his name. After him allowing me to inspect the vehicle top to bottom with no questions asked which was nice... But he sat on his phone the entire time not really showing any interest I test drove the vehicle and it seemed to be a good running vehicle but it was not as the pictures displayed scratches ripped seat dirty interior... I told him I did research and this is not what these vehicles go for I then gave him an offer and he told me i insult him. And then he dropped his price with a counter offer of $500 less than before.. (Note he also spray painted the bumper with a completely different tone than the vehicle to cover some rust I brought up on the phone before driving to Orlando to view the vehicle.) Kelly blue book doesn't lieRe: you have a very mixed reply your truck ran fine as I stated but your buy here pay here style of buisness over pricing a beat up county truck with some knock off rims is not nice the pictures on your page did not show quality of the vehicle. I asked your lowest prics you said 6,500 I said id come take a look the truck did not look like it did in the photos I only mentioned the paint because it made it look worse want me to mention the right bed fender and all the scratches on,the body over spray on the sides of the bed from whoever sprayed bed liner ripped seat dirty interior.... Come on now...

Bought a 2008 Kia Spectra5. The service was fairly decent, however a few short months after buying the car it died. Lost power on the highway and left me stranded overnight. The mechanic said there were major problems with the lower engine bearings and that the cost to fix would be "too much". Thinking back to when I bought it, I was assured that all of their cars go through extensive mechanical checks and they were all reliable. Seems like just another lie coming from a dealer desperate to sell their junk.Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone that I care about.EDIT After Dealer Response:First off, the way they attack reviewers instead of promising to do better is fairly indicative of whether or not to continue to do business with them.I bought the car on July 2nd, 2016 and it is now March 7th. 7 months later is hardly "almost a year". The car died in November after only 4 months. And yes, I did take a "test drive".. if backing up and driving forward in a parking lot can be considered a "test drive". That was my fault and I accept full responsibility for that, because if I had done a proper test drive I never would've bought the car. There were problems from the moment I drove it off the lot. The synchro gear between first and second would grind every time I shifted off a line, and before the dealer claims I didn't know how to drive a stick.. I've been driving stick for over 6 years.Don't be fooled by the "great deals". The only part of the dealer response that's factual is "it is unfortunate".. yes, it is unfortunate that I went through this company for my transportation needs.

I bought a car from them in 2012, and now have my scooter serviced at their shop. Very straightforward people, the prices and service is very good. They have specials and bundle deals, don t hesitate to ask.

Kaan and Yigit are very fair and professional. Vehicles and motorcycles are in great condition. Fair prices and great service. I've bought two vehicles and the first one I bought I took on a 5000 miles plus ride practically right off of the lot.

I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from imagine cars ,they will help you the best way they can with finances and getting your loan approved. Overall Love my car runs and feels great. A while ago I went into imagine cars to look at some bikes with cash in my pocket, when I inquired about the bikes and pricing I was handed a price sheet silently then the guy walked away without saying anything, I grazed over it for a second then realized I wasn't going to be helped so I left, that very same day I spent 3k on a bike at another place (champions) and when I did this I also realized that the bikes here are way over retail for a used bike, getting a bike for much less then these jokers would charge. Long story short they ignored me and handed me a piece of paper, spent my money somewhere that I Would be helped at. You guys need to read this and learn that every customer is important with cash in pocket that you could earn but your not getting any from me now and anyone else I know I will encourage to never even look at this place. Will remove review for an apology, but f an apology I'm not sorry for anything

Great customer service and even better prices I just had my tire replaced for half the price of the other shops and it was done within minutes I didn't have to drop it off and pick it up the next day. Drove over an hour to get here and it was well worth it.

Reliable and honest people, trying to get you what you are looking for. They have their own mechanic in the dealership which is a big plus for me. If I am to buy a car, motocycle or scooter, I will definitely visit you guys again.Thank you all.
