My recent car purchase at Holler Honda in Orlando was the easiest and most pleasant ever! Every single person was so professional and courteous. But the main Star was Wis Presume! He delivered an exceptional customer experience with his quick responses, knowledge and professionalism. But even more, he was genuinely interested in me as a person and making sure I had the right car, the best financing, and a good experience. Hands down the best team at Holler Honda and Wis lead the way!

I would like to share my experience at Holler as exceptional. From the management team, to the finance department to the amazing Peter Tran.Peter is what buying a car should be and every car salesman in America should be like. Honda should be proud of Peter and how knowledgeable he is about their name brand.From day one Holler made my car buying experience as flawless and easy as can be. I have bought 4 Hondas and none have been as easy as Holler. Good Job Holler super recommended go see Peter Tran an asset to the Honda and Holler brand.

Holler Honda Service is a pleasure. My wife used to go to a different dealership and was shocked how fast I was seen, how fast the car was serviced, and by the high level of customer service. Having been there before I knew Carlos would take good care of me. I ask for him by name, which the other service attendants are gracious and even encouraging of. Apparently a lit of customers become attached to their service attendants at Holler Honda. I even enjoy spending time in the waiting area, filled with entertainment, ample seating, and a nice atmosphere. Thanks Carlos!

This was such an amazing car buying experience! The salesman that attended me was extremely knowledgeable and I wanted to give a big shout out to the whole staff at Holler Honda. The price of vehicle was reasonably priced and the money given for trade in was great! I love my Honda Ridgeline.

Mr Ha Nguyen, customer service representative, was outstanding in every respect. He arranged for appointment, review the warranty documents and explained the needed repairs in detail. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle at all times. My vehicle was repaired to satisfaction.

Lucky for us that our salesman Troy S. greeted us when we entered the dealership. He was friendly and patient and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the features of our HR-V and explained them in an understandable manner. Thank you Troy for being the true professional you are!Leo in the finance department gave us great service also. He was helpful, friendly and clearly explained many options in financing. I noticed some scratches on the hood of the car the following day (bought the car the night before) and Rick told me to bring it in and they took care of it with no issue. I m so happy with my car all thanks to Rick!

Stephen is the man to see to show you the cars. He was efficient, quick, and didn't pressure me. He was kind and helped me figure things out, was patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Also Maurice in finance was wonderful too. He took the time to review all the information. I have already recommended Holler Honda to my friends. You have 2 people there who are a valuable part of your company. Thank you for a quick and easy experience for this widow who struggled to do this by herself.

Very pleased to have found our Honda at this dealership. Our sales guy, Keith McCullough was top notch(knowledgeable with a great personality)! He was wearing multiple hats, while some salesmen were standing around on their phones. So we spent time waiting, while he was trying to juggle our process and help two other customers. But, in the end he was able to get the job done and we were on our way.

His friendly, professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented demeanor put me at ease and created a stress free consultation.My interaction with the manager, Ricardo to negotiate the monthly fee was respectful, educational and fair.Leo in finance completed the leasing contract in the most efficient and fastest time I have experienced in this my seventh lease with Honda. I recently brought my Honda Civic in for a routine inspection and to purchase new tires. Ivan Borbon was incredibly courteous and accommodating in what needed to be done. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Ivan's customer service. i recommend them for any maintenance needs. 5 stars for my recent visit.

I had the worst experience with this dealership. We were on vacation for Christmas with our two year old twins and our emissions light came on, again.I say again, because this dealership has replaced the fuel injectors and the front cat converter already for this van. These issues are known and under extended warranty from Honda for 80k miles.We went to the Honda dealership in Cincinnati and they were great. They ran the codes, did video reports and filed the paperwork with HondaMy wife was in touch with this dealership in Orlando and they told us to bring it in. No problem.When we get there, they tell us there s no codes since the other Honda dealership reset them, So they will have to make a case number with American Honda.They call me two days later, and tell me that American Honda rejected our claim, So I pressed them to get Number to ask why our case was denied m, after the first dealership already made our work order, but could not replace it, since the part was in back log there, but was in stock in Orlando. We also had to come back to work.The service person polo told me I had to wait till the next day, their service manager was not in to get the case number. The next day I get a call from polo stating the service manager never sent in the paperwork because he knew the protocol and knew Honda would just reject it.So I called American Honda. Sent them the paperwork work order from the Cincinnati dealer, Got my own case number and got the part approved after American Honda had to have their regional investigator look over the case. He approved me in two days.(American Honda was great and followed up constantly.)All the while, this dealership kept trying to get me to come in and pick up my car, to sign paperwork releasing them of fixing the car.Make sure you follow up on any rejections on warranty work. In my case they tried to trick me and lied to me so they didn t have to deal with my issue.Edward Taylor is the parts manager they sent the email with my paperwork and information after I got the case number from American Honda. He was very off putting and tried blowing me off as well. I made sure I was cc in the emails, so my issue would actually be taken care of. Edward did do thisPolo was a point of contact and service managerWilliam Harris is the man who would never take my calls, who I assume told polo that he knew the protocol, who didn t file the paperwork from the Honda dealer in Ohio and just tried get our van out of there, to charge us for the code analysis of $150.If you can go somewhere else GO. If you can t. FOLLOW UP ON EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL NOT.

I am so happy I brought my car the Hollar Honda!! My car AC system broke, and after hearing incredible things, I decided to bring my car here, and I am so glad I did! My car was fixed and ready for pick up within about two hours! They did a fantastic job! What really sets this place apart though is the exceptional customer service! George Perez was my rep and he was pronominal! You must ask for him!!!! He walked me through the whole process and reassured me that they would take care of it. I knew I was leaving my car in good hands, and that I had nothing to worry about. He texted me updates throughout the repair and was super helpful at providing insight and helped me understand. He was so kind and caring and that is very hard to find in this industry. I will only bring my car to George from here on out!!!!

Even though I had bought my used Honda elsewhere, they were extremely pleasant to deal with, got me taken care of immediately even though it was less than an hour before closing, and the final bill turned out to be less than they estimated at the beginning. How often does a car dealership charge you LESS than you are quoted?? Jhonson the service advisor was extremely nice and helpful and went above and beyond to get me to full service history on the used Honda I had bought elsewhere. I may not have bought my vehicle there (they didn t have a used model of what I was looking for on the lot) but I ll definitely continue to take it to Holler for service.

I recently took my Honda in for servicing. Last few times I have had Jhonson Severe as my advisor and has always been a great experience. He is straightforward, honest, and I feel that he always looks out for me. One of the reasons I keep coming back to this dealership is because it has always been a pleasure dealing with Jhonson.

I can make an appointment at a specific time, need one thing to be done, be told my car will take minimum 1 hour and still leave this place 3 hours later. How did i get here at 8 am and leave at 11. I can be told my car will be right up, then 8 cars later I m still waiting. The Visit before last, i had to leave here without being serviced after waiting 3 hours. I don t think I ve ever left this place on time or in a timely manner, ever. So if you have no life and have time to be twiddling your thumbs, this is the dealership for you!!!

We came to this location hoping to see some of the used vehicles they had online. After about 30 minutes of walking around the lot, someone finally came out and acknowledged us. Their used cars are way overpriced and have too many aesthetic flaws for the asking prices. Not a satisfying experience at all.

I have been using Holler Honda service for our Hondas since at least 2013 and even though we did not buy from them they are so close to where I live that I would be crazy to go elsewhere. That being said, something has changed in the last couple years...in a good way. Maybe it's the service advisor that we're using now but I think it's more than that. I just feel better about going there for service now, everyone seems more polite and less stressed.

This place has the worst customer service ever. We waited for more than one hour for our sales person to help because he was busy with another job. Finally we left without being happy because managers don t make you feel like a human or appreciated. A couple of days ago another sales person didn t welcome us because it was the last hour before close. I definitely don t recommend holler to anyone

Hassan was very knowledgeable and worked with us on finding a vehicle! He was very detailed when we told him what we were looking for. Once it came time for the payment amount the Finance Manager was very understanding and worked with us to get a vehicle within our budget. We were close to what we wanted, he found a different color vehicle without leather seats that was able to get us in our price range. Definitely will come here for our next purchase.

My experience at Holler Honda was excellent! I appreciated the upstairs lounge area and snacks. My service representative, Julio Agosto was extremely helpful and kind. He communicated everything that I needed to know really well. I appreciated the fact that the rental vehicle I was provided was the same model that I was already driving but Newer. Thanks Holler!!

Great experience! I hadn't driven my car in awhile and the battery died, called the day of got in quick (even arrived a bit early). Was taken care of, got so really good hot chocolate and Mr Ha was super nice, got me laughing about making friends so my battery doesn't die again.

7 phones calls in course of 4 days and no call back.The worst customer service. Not the same Honda places that i purchased my 1st vehicle almost 20 years ago. Secondly my oil change was not done even though it was paid for and car was in the shop for few hours.Noone ins retuning my calls. They know they are at wrong!

Not a good service dealership! I came in 3 times in one month for my tire first time 3/3 I had a nail in my tire and I came in to get it replaced since I have the 2 year road hazard warranty but it was just patched even though I was told it was replaced. Then on 3/21/2023 I come back in because I have low tire pressure and was told everything was fine, but come to find out I had a nail my tire Now I m back here again 3/29 and there saying my warranty does not cover tire replacements even though I was told it would be free to get it replaced. When I went to pay there machine was trying to double charge me.

Holler Honda is not your average dealership. After an unpleasant experience at another Honda dealership, I decided to go to Holler Honda and the difference was astronomical. As I walked in, I was approached by Fernando Vazquez, he listened to me with attention and was very empathetic as I explained my situation. He offered me plenty of choices and showed me how to do the best out of all the features that each vehicle he showed me had. Then he introduced me to Tatiana Portillo, she was very kind and explained me with details all my finance options. I m not an easy customer, as I always have a lot of questions, but both Tatiana and Fernando answered all my questions with patience. I really felt cared about and comfortable, I never felt they just wanted to sell or they just wanted to oversell. To finish my experience, I was helped by Maurice Sumpter who also explained all the options I had for protecting my purchase and went above and beyond to give me the best deal. Holler Honda is a great dealership. Fernando, Tatiana and Maurice care about my needs and I know they gave me their 100%. It was an amazing experience buying my new Honda with them. I fully recommend them!
