Please read: Companies like this make it bad for other mechanics. Not a Good Review. Reports : check rip off report for the full story. This is now became personal.We just didn t want someone with a similar issue go through this even the insurance says that things like this is rare.The website goes to Facebook and it s a personal account. The Owner even hung up when we told him that we would go to the Police. He has a thick accent so hard to understand him.First of all the girl who answers the phone says they are calling you back but never does. Car was towed for a fuel leak. We didn t know if it s a tank or a fuel line. They charged 4000.00 for a part that cost 1000.00 . It s $90 for the assessment. It s now two weeks and the car is still there with no resolution. Now I don t usually write reviews but they are straight gouging. Parts were purchased from Auto Zone not even the Lexus Dealer. They initially said that a fuel pump would be replaced on the estimate. I don t really have mechanic experience. I just knew there was a fuel leak. The owner didn t even want to answer the phone and we were told by the insurance that handles the claim they can t do anything because the shop can charge whatever they want. The insurance will only pay for the work for the incident.Update: Try to stay away from this place. Maytee called back and said that the insurance and the owner will come to an agreement and we wouldn t have to pay for any repairs because it is covered.The next day she called back again to say she talked to her boss he s in Chicago and wants $2100 over what the insurance is paying. Now they are saying $1500 owed after the insurance will be issuing a 2000.00 payment. The total will be 3500. Maytee said she would not charge 25.00 a day because the car was there for 2 weeks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hassan from Hi-Tech Orlando Auto Repair wanted to charge me $340 to change my battery. I told him No Thanks and he proceeded to get loud at me in front of me and my 3 children. I immediately took my old battery down to Auto Zone to find my old battery was 100% good. I ended up paying $150 because he was irate, and he was scaring me and my children and making us feel really uncomfortable. Not only do I feel robbed, but I'm also leaving a bad review because of how unprofessional he was, when he decided to get so confrontational at me in front of my kids. I would only recommend if you wanted to be treated poorly and still pay a premium.

I have brought my car twice here for repairs. Both times the price was fair, the turnaround was quick, and the work was high quality. It is hard to find reasonable and trustworthy auto repair and I highly recommend Hi Tech.

OMG!!! Buyer please beware!!! This is a nightmare experience. Towed my vehicle here due to a fuel tank leak. Received an estimate showing fuel pump will be replaced for 3000.00 and fuel tank take down will be $250. Found out that a fuel pump only cost like $178 max. I submitted the estimate to my insurance company. The investigator informed me that this company is using price gauging because they grossly over charged for the parts. They then replaced my tank - not my pump that I gave them permission to replace. The job should have been no more than 2500 at most. They charged over $4k. I'm a single mother currently not working and they are demanding $2100 over the fees covered by my insurance company. This car is how I can go to work and pay my bills and they have also threatened to charge an additional $25 per day for the time since my car was left with their shop. I trusted these people. They now have my car so I can't even try to get a job. With no transportation how will I get to interviews or training? This is so wrong. I can not believe that this happened to me. My car payment is due but they have my car. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone. The fuel tank cost $798 they charged $2k. Parts purchased from Auto Zone and not even the dealer. Please do not use this business for your repairs. Check rip off report!!!

I went to go in to get my battery checked out. I originaly thought I had an alternator issue but the mechanic, Mohammed, showed me exactly what was wrong with my battery, while also checking out the alternator and anything else that could be causing me issues. I didn't get the battery replaced through them because I had warranty on it, and Mohammed didn't charge me anything for the diagnositcs, which I appreciated greatly. He didn't push me to get the replacement through them nor did he try to push anything else for me to get fixed. Overall they were very friendly and honest and I will definitely take my car to them in the future because I also have some AC issues that I can't get afford to get fixed at the moment. I am so happy and so grateful for this mechanic shop. I was very stressed out trying to get my car fixed, went to a few places and they wanted to charge me to much to get my car fixed. Then I found this place, and they were affordable and right in my price range , THANK GOD...... They are a very sweet and loving husband and wife that run this place, and had my car up and running and out the door for me to get to work that evening... so grateful for the shop and I will definitely be a long-term customer.... 5 stars across-the-board....

Imagine going to a mechanic shop and telling them exactly what's wrong with your car and them being absolutely little to no help. I get there and tell the guy what the problem is and told them i just don't know where to find the part and stuff. Immediately the guy is trying to charge me $99 to run a diagnostic on the car. I told him there's no need for that. He said he needs the code to find the part and then told me I should let him use his scanner to make it easier. I told him I have my own and I scanned the car and gave him the two codes that popped up. He said he found one but couldn't any info on the second code and then again tried to make me use his scanner for $99. I asked him to just use the code he found info on and see if he can find the part and if so I'll leave my car here. He goes inside before me as I'm putting the scanner and stuff away and when I get inside they are googling the wrong stuff. Man I decided right there and then aint no way I'm leaving my car with these guys and left. A friend of mine who works on his own car ended up just inputting my VIN number on the car manufacturer website. Looked and found the part and sent me 3 places online to buy it all within 15min. No code or anything. I ordered the part and fixed everything within 30min tops.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Muhammed was great. He fixed my car at a reasonable price. Very professional and quick service. He knew what the problem was right away. Martee was also great. Steve Wade at All Mechanics of Orlando has been my mechanic for two years and has provided wonderful customer service. He and his staff are always friendly and have gone over and above to help me out anytime I have needed regular maintenance or repairs. In addition to being very knowledgable, Steve has been extremely fair with me during all my dealings with him. It is so reassuring to be able to call All Mechanics of Orlando and know they not only remember who I am, and my car, but will be there to help me when I need them. They are a fine business and I wish them continued success. I am truly a satisfied customer!

Muhommad is seriously an angel. Wont haggle you for more than what your car needs, and gives you honest prices. I left my car there for a month while I was figuring out what to do with it and dealing with school and work full time and he was more than patient, understanding, and honest with me. I honestly get emotional about how understanding and patient he was during this difficult month I had, which is something to look out for when you are having serious car issues. It s hard to find people like this in Orlando, so if you re looking for a new person to put your trust into about your car, you don t need to doubt this man. The receptionist is also extremely sweet. Prices were great and service was exceptional. Thank you Muhommad!!!

Such great customer service at this place! Very friendly owners that make you feel like a friend is looking at you car. They gave straight honest answers about what's going on with my car, fixed it quickly and gave me estimates for other issues I had. The prices are great as well! I have found my new go-to place for car repair.

Well I can tell you that these guys are just AWESOME. They fixed a vibration on my car that at least 6 other shops around Orlando charged me $100s and didn't fix. These guys did it for much less and I was in and out in 30 min tops. They were friendly, straightforward, and they knew exactly what my car needed.Give them a try, shops like this need drivers to stop getting ripped off by big name chains and bring our business to local places like this, you'll pay less and spend less time waiting!!

New to the area, issues with both vehicles on arrival and they got them in same day. Quoted a rate and we agreed on repairs. Picked up next morning, Steve told me he had another technician review the proposed repairs on one of our cars (as a newer guy did initial diagnosis), realized it was even simpler than originally thought. A tune up and parts to solve rough running on the road turned into a transmission fluid flush and change, ended up $300 less than what I had agreed to earlier and solved the issue. Not often you find mechanics this thorough and especially this honest these days. We know who our Orlando mechanic will be for good.

It all started when I was having some heavy oil leaks and took my truck into jiffy lube and they said the repairs were a bit much for them to handle and handed me a business card to hi tech auto shop and I brought my truck in and the mechanic Muhammad looked over my truck. In less than 5 minutes he found the problem. He gave me the cost and told me it would take 2 days to repair because he needed to take the engine apart . The same afternoon he sent me pictures of the truck and what the engine looked like underneath. Being my only transportation he said he would finish in the same day which was going above and beyond for his customers. After I picked the truck up and checked for any more current oil leaks I found not one drop. I am so happy with the services I got from Muhammad and would highly recommend him to anyone who is having any issues with there vehicle. Jose

This is one of the most honest and friendly mechanics. I brought a new car that we wanted to buy, alex gave us the most complete checklist for the cars. Then check the value of it to see if the dealer was giving me a fair price. It is nice to see someone honest in the business.

Possible worst mechanic I have dealt with. I went in with a problem and Steve said he found the issue, it would be a quick repair. When we left the car had the same issue. Steve said he would call us back later that night to schedule another appointment and he never did so we called him. He said to bring it in the next day. We did and he still did nothing, looked at it and said it was too big of a job and asked to call us later. He never called us later and he was closed for the holidays. After we did some of our own repairs, including what he said was wrong, we found the real problem. It was out of our mechanical abilities so we called other mechanics and made an appointment. We had one lined up but noticed Steve's shop was open. We went in and he apologized said he'd get it done for half the price. So we agreed. Came in the next day. He said he'd be done by two. He didn't get it on the lift until 1:45 pm when he said it was too big of a job for the day. We are from out of town and on a time schedule. He lied to us on several occasions and never fixed the job but robbed us for an over priced false job.

Aside from being amazing family friends, we have found our home mechanic with Steve and his entire crew at AMO. Super friendly, HONEST, affordable mechanics!! They explained everything they were doing and were flexible with scheduling. Saved me a ton of money by going above and beyond to investigate possible issues instead of going for the easy big fix. Steve and Alex are absolutely the most professional, and friendly mechanics I have ever ran across. I can trust them with just about anything that I need done with my car, without the fear of being overpriced and/or ripped off. I would recommend All Mechanics of Orlando to anyone. I've been to several car mechanics but have never been as please as I have been with them.

I know nothing about cars, I just told them what I thought the problem was They had someone check my car and as they checked he actually sat there and explained everything to me so I could understand what I was paying for. The prices were amazing completely reasonable.Amazing customer service I will definitely be coming here finally found me a good mechanic in Orlando

These guys are INCREDIBLE! They actually treat their customers like human beings who are worried about their broken cars, not like walking wallets. This place didn't mess around throwing parts into my car, trying to figure out what's wrong... they KNOW exactly what's wrong before they do the work. I'm sure most would say this place does great service but I have to expand on that - they are the sharpest, most detailed diagnostic experts I've ever seen in all my years of being a vehicle owner. I've spent thousands of dollars over many years on "guessing mechanics." Thank God those days are done!

Steve and crew were friendly, efficient, and reasonable. I couldn't ask for better service. They saved me hundreds because they didn't try to oversell me on products or services. I have definitely found my new mechanics in Orlando.

I had completely given up on mechanics before I started coming here. The owner is a terrific guy and I'm always shocked by his honesty and the prices. I definitely recommend this place 100% and will continue being a customer as long as I live in Orlando.

Beware.........................my daughter was just taken advantage of for over $1,200. Timing belt replacement was likely purchased in a junk yard and caused many problems. Once indicator light came on and after 4 trips back to Steve's shop it was off. Dash board had damage and after taking her car to Lexus it was tampered with and covered with tape making it inoperable for any warnings moving forward. Steve blamed "Chris the mechanic" and apologized. He went on to say that is why he is closing his shop and opening a new one where only he will do work. We have asked for a full refund since work and repairs to dashboard were incurred at a REPUTABLE DEALER.. Steve has denied the refund and asked us to come back????? Really?Stay away.....................nice guy doesn't cut it.

Employees were very helpful and friendly...they answered every question I asked and fixed my car the same day. I didn't even had to make an appointment. Great job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get repairs done on their vehicle.
