This is the type of place to steal good parts off your car and replace with bad. You never expect to have a great time at the towing office but dealing with them is beyond miserable. Called the day prior to needing my car towed to the shop, told Jim that it needed to be done by a certain time frame. I was told that it wasn't an issue. H&A called me 30 mins after I was expecting the car to already be in route to the mechanics.. my appointment with the mechanic was then missed and couldn't be rescheduled for another 48 hrs....but I did find a more competent and cheaper tow company to assist me with the matter.....long story short....there are cheaper more reliable tow companies out there!Service: Car towing

Having to deal with a car accident is bad enough on its own, having to deal with people like the staff at H&A after an accident almost makes the accident itself seem delightful. I have never come across such poor customer service and unprofessionalism from a company I have dealt with in the past. Aside from being an all around rude and misinformed establishment, the "manager", Justin, really showed what it means to be professional in a work setting by calling me back from his personal number to tell me I was rude for not letting him talk over me and disconnecting the call as he was. Days later he proceeded to send me a text message from the same phone number without having any authorization from me to do so or use that number for anything other than work matters. When my partner went in to address what was happening, Justin alongside another one of his adult, male, colleagues, berated my girlfriend, began yelling and talking over her as had previously happened with me and went as far as threatening her. Please save yourself the hassle and the headache that comes from having to deal with this place. Support other local tow companies that put their customers, and not their fragile male egos first. Had I known what I would be having to deal with, I would not have allowed the police to tow my car to this location, unfortunately, I didn't know better and so they did. Rest assured though, I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone on the contrary, I want to warn others so they won't have to deal with what I did. Do better!Service: Car towing

These people make hell and highway robbery feel like a day at Disney compared to any interaction with them!Their refined defensive posture due to the repeated and continued unprofessionalism and disrespect to women is indicative of their demeanor. Justice is slow. These idiots aren t worth the effort or jail. God and karma always sorts it out in the end.Service: Car towing

Car was in an accident and these people were extremely unprofessional gave the owner of vehicle a hard time to recover her car and belongings inside charged her to tow the car from the accident to their yard then wanted more money to bring it 35 miles and wanted to charge dead head for them to get back to their yard they left 2 wheels at the site of the crash and smiled in the woman s face about her car as if she didn t just come from the hospital from the vehicle collision where her car rolled multiple times! We know they were trying to find away to keep the car for themselves to strip it because it was a show car with lots of speakers and music this was the worst experience i and the owner have ever encountered with a tow truck company especially after a bad car accident we even had 2 males with us one who works for a tow company and the other is a semi truck driver both said this is not how business is to be conducted and to receive the vehicle they only accepted cash or cash app nothing else and no receipt!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHAT EVER YOU DO!!!!!Service: Car towing

I ve never experienced such as shady, unprofessional and pathetic business and manager until this place...what I just went through the past couple days trying to retrieve my car from this company is comical. The first day I came the Manager said that the car was not towed with the keys and to come back tomorrow if I find the spare which I responded I will be back soon if I find the spare which I never did because it turns out he had both keys the whole time and didn t know even though when I arrived on the sight the next day he was rummaging through my car which is coincidental considering he then tried to tell me he won t release my car to me without my physical ID (I had a photo copy with me because over the phone and in person the day prior he said that would be fine) and I know my ID was in my wallet in the car just like my keys were yet it disappeared..... next he refused to except ANYTHING OTHER THAN CASH and only gave me a hand written receipt. It was over $500 for a 5 mile tow!!!!?? I asked him multiple times to sign his signature at the bottom of the receipt and he refused over and over. This isn t even half of it. Luckily I recorded the interaction and already contacted my lawyer.Service: Car towing

This is the sorriest, LAZIEST company I have ever dealt with in my life. They will not come out, make a bunch of excuses on why they can t come out and then just start ignoring your calls. I will be doing everything in my power to get my property to change towing companies. Absolute garbage.

Predatory Towing Company that works with subdivision owners to make money off people visiting the state of Florida. Towing cars from subdivisions that are not actually city violations.

Their yard is very small and hard to spot, as you are driving down Colonial drive. A friend had a car towed per FHP and the tow driver could not say how much it was going to cost for the service. They did not let you even get close the car until you paid CASH first. I was surprised how abrasive and unnecessary rude he was. I would stay away from them.

Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. These people are extremely unprofessional and SO RUDE. This place is dishonest, tricky to find, and extremely rude with customers. If you ever break down decline their service at all costs they charge about $400+ for just one local tow. Get AAA! Stay away from this place.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Such a professional and attentive service. Absolutely reliable. I was stuck in a dirt road very late and they came out to help! Trust them and leave your problems in their hands, they will solve it!

Loved my experience with this company, my car broke down in the middle of the night and they were like a superhero coming to my rescue. They even brought snacks and a movie projector to allow me to relax while they did all the work. They were able to replace my entire engine right there on the road! Tony was very professional! I would highly recommend this towing company!
