Shawn is the man. He installed amber lights that I supplied, on my GMC Sierra s grille and they came out looking awesome. Despite me not having the correct mounts/brackets, Shawn improvised and made it happen. Clean wire work too. At first, I thought they were too bright but now I ve gotten used to them and I now like them a lot.Shawn is very honest and easy to work with. I will definitely be back to get more work done.Respect his time, let him know you ll be cancelling ahead of time, instead of just not showing up. Bless him and he ll bless you. I definitely recommend this business.

Great place. Quick service and he does a great job. Just got my second car tinted by Sean. He does an amazing job. Very polite and courteous. I'd recommend him for and car tinting or audio needs that you have!!

Shawn is really good at what he does... I got exactly what I was looking for and no "up-sell"... he is an independent owner and I believe in supporting that... his rates are fair and results were above expectation for a private shop... it was my first experience there so I can't say this is the best "be all/end all" shop out there but I'd send my friends there and I'll definitely go see him again... (simple 2din Pioneer install and front window tint in my '10 Expedition.. about 1 1/2 hr. on a Saturday)

Shawn is a one man show that takes pride in his work that's why I continue to go to him I have a 2017 Nissan Altima he has done my 6k headlights and fog lights and just recently he has installed my audio sub and amp and one of the good things about this shop is that he gives you great warranty...I went to other shops an no one gives you warranty like shawn ..very clean work and will be going back soon...

I run a business and have multiple company vehicles. I ve had Shawn install alarm systems, dash cams, radios and tint windows on all of the business vehicles and personal vehicles over the past seven years. I have never had any issues with any of the installed equipment. he is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the services that he offers

Spoke to the owner and he was extremely honest and upfront about all the information. Since my car is brand new, it would be impossible to install a proximity entry or a push to start at this time. He was very thorough and obviously very knowledgeable about these subjects. I will definitely use them in the future when this option is realistic!

So I randomly show up (Chose this spot because it's close to my house luckily & the great reviews) and I was greeted by Shawn. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and he helped me with final decisions. Very happy with the prices also. Needless to say he got started right away and was able to complete the whole thing the same day. Expert level installation and excellent customer service. I would very much recommend him. And I will go back anytime I seek expert audio service. He is a great dude. And I'm happy to support his business. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS PEOPLE! - Sincerly, very satisfied customer!!

I recently had an amp and subwoofer installation here. Shawn did a great job! By far the neatest installation I've seen in my life. No strands of wires hanging anywhere and no loose connections! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get good,quality work done. I received great customer service and I will be back for more work to be done on my vehicle in the future . Thanks once again Shawn.

What a great experience I had here at Ground Level Customs with Shawn. This was my first major upgrade I've done to my 2013 Toyota Corolla S, upgrade the stock audio system with Rockford Fosgate's. Being my first major upgrade, I researched shop after shop within the Orlando area hoping to find someone I could trust with great prices seemed like someone I could entrust my car to, Shawn was that person. Right off the bat on the phone, he provided excellent customer service and answered any questions that I had and gave me an exact quote for the audio upgrade. He worked quickly and did a clean job on the inside. He also cleaned up my loose connections to my subwoofer and actually made it sound better with the new audio speakers I had put in.Long story short, great customer service, good and clean job, he's honest and has integrity, and isn't your typical salesman. I will be doing more business with him in the future and already have another vehicle lined up for him to do a job on. If you're thinking about going here, don't hesitate!

Sean helped me with my sound system remodel, window tints, sound proofing, and even installed color changing lights in my vents and floors. His prices are insanely low, he truly does it for the love of the work. Even when i moved states he still will answer questions i have about car audio. A great guy who does incredible work. Rare you come across a shop this great

Shawn is the best installer I've met! I had taken my last vehicle to Audio Excellence several times and was never totally happy with their work. With my new car though, I looked to Google reviews and that's where I found Ground Level Customs! Thank God! I had a receiver, four speakers, sub/amp, and a hard-wire for my radar detector put in...everything was perfect! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

This guy installed a sound system in my new camry didn t last a month, he used the cheapest material and did not do a good job.took my car to a professional shop and was surprised when they showed me the cheap quality material this guy used don t recommend this guy to anyone he s a crook

I didn t need to go anywhere else. Shawn had all the audio equipment right there for the same price as online and gave me a great price on the install. Shawn is very knowledgeable and I m very happy I took his advice on what works at a price that I could afford. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and four hours later I was driving away with a whole new rockin system! Thanks again Shawn !

Shawn of ground level customs has been working on my SUV for over 14 years. If you are looking for quality work, honest treatment and professional service you cant beat what Shawn offers. His work on my SUV includes window tint, Alarm, custom stereo installation and most recently I decided to upgrade my navigation and install a backup camera. Shawn did a great job of removing all the bulky preexisting wiring rather than just leaving it. He was also able to program new alarm remotes as my original one stopped functioning. Shawn is my default person I call for anything custom auto related. Thanks for everything!!!

Shawn does absolutely excellent work.He installed my Viper alarm system years ago, and worked great.Recently i came to him for a taillight tint. He worked really hard, and even with the taillights awkward design (focus st), got it done. However, as with vinyl, you have cases where the edges crack, ripple or bubble. Shawn worked with me tirelessly to fix it but in the end it was better for both of us to remove it, which shawned offered with a full refund. Eventually i accepted.Regardless of this, Shawn was polite and cooperative throughout.I came back and had him install my dash cam for an awesome price. Was an awesome intall.Definitely deserves 5 stars for just customer service alone. Electrical work is top notch.

Shawn at Ground Level audio is an absolute professional in his business. He worked on my 2006 Mustang about 7 years ago and the work was done right from the start.So a couple of days ago I went for an upgrade to my audio system and AGAIN he did not disappoint.Quality system, quality workmanship, and great price.I highly recommend GROUND LEVEL CUSTOMS.

Shawn did a fantastic job with a new system in my truck. I spoke to a few other dealers/installers before choosing Ground Level Audio. Shawn was not at all pushy and was careful to understand exaxtly what I wanted. The install was completed in a timely manner and definitely exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the great work.

Couldn't be happier. Shawn's professionalism, skill/knowledge, honesty, fairness and timeliness are all well above standard. Went for an all around overhaul of the audio system in my tahoe and he delivered above and beyond what I asked of him. Some of the little details even look better than they did when I showed up. Answered questions I had about some interior work and my remote start that I screwed up myself and even took the time to go through and teach me all about the new head unit/app functions. Will be returning for any custom auto work and will recommend him to everyone I can. Thanks again, shawn.

Shawn is awesome! I've used him twice now to help out with the audio in my car. The first time, I had him install an aux hookup for my phone to my stock stereo...he had it done super quick and was very reasonably priced. The most recent time, I got fed up with having a cable running from my phone and decided I wanted bluetooth instead for the audio. I called him up and he found the part I needed. I was able to drive over (with less than 1 hour notice, mind you) and he took my car back and had it completely done in about 15 minutes! Unbelievably fast, fair priced and a great customer service experience. He's a good guy and I would highly recommend him and his business to others.

Shaun is awesome! Ground Level is the best place I've found that does quality work at reasonable prices! I'm married so trust me I know he has reasonable prices. If they have enough time to fit you in with the work you need done, he will. For an impatient guy like myself, that is worth a five star rating itself. I love the sound system he put together for me and I enjoy it everyday. I highly recommend this place for whatever your next custom project is.Thank you Ground Level Customs!!!!!

Shawn is the man. This dude knows more about car audio than anyone I've ever met and this wasn't my first rodeo. He runs his shop solo and personally it works out better because he gives you an honest & complete answer for everything. He's professional and just a good guy overall. If only Ive met this dude when I originally installed my system years ago. I went to Shawn because my system was having some wiring/headunit issues and I couldn't be happier with the result. Once you come across Ground Level on google just stop what your doing and call him to set up an appointment for what you need done. Even if I didn't live in Orlando I would drive here to have Shawn work on my car. Thanks again boss.

Positive and eager to find solutions for all of my car needs. I first came 2 months ago when I needed to have tint applied to just one of my windows and though it was late in the day Shawn made it happen. Can't wait to have streaming audio installed. I had my speakers installed here and an alarm system installation. Best car audio experience ever. I have been many places and I had such a great experience here. Shawn took his time to explain all the details to me, even though he wad busy, and I felt really comfortable having my Mercedes worked on by him.After the install was done, my speakers sounded great, and Rick went through a demonstration of how my alarm worked.Still, 1 month later, everything is working perfectly. Don't waiste your time with those other, sometimes bigger shops, where u r just a #.

Shawn at ground level customs is not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable. I needed a new radio in my car, and rather than go to a big store where I buy the radio and the installation separate, I decided to go local to Ground Level where they offer free installation including all the necessary parts and labor.I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my new radio. I came back the next day for more work on my audio system, installing additional speakers. All in all, I know I saved considerable time and money versus a big box store.I will be doing business with Shawn at Ground Level Customs again in the future.

I was going to give up on my truck until I came up too GROUND LEVEL!!! These are #1 TOP people that knows how to do their job the right wayAND I LOVE IT thank you so much install alarm system, tint windowsAnd fix my door lock. And a good price too I do recommend this place highly everything is working in good shape

Shawn installed new speakers and a sub for me about 3 years ago. I wasn't satisfied with how it sounded but decided to just go with it out of frustration ignoring that he damaged some of my car interior during the process. Since then everything he's installed has stopped working. He's a nice guy but if I could go back in time I would have just saved the $600
