Greenway Fiat/Alpha Romeo was very courteous & efficient. The Alpha Romeo waiting room is definitely a pleasant environment to wait while my Gucci Fiat 500 was being serviced. Fast service - regular oil change, tire rotation and battery check. I've been a loyal customer for over the last ten years and don't foresee any change to that. Thank you!

The wait was excessively long (> 3 hours) despite having a scheduled appointment for routine servicing. I have had a slow leak from one tire after 4 new tires were put on. It was checked but the cause was not found. I have to put air in every few days.

Greenway Service is the best dealer service out there. Casey, my service advisor for Fiat, is the best service advisor I have encountered in 40 years. His communication is outstanding. He always ensures that all of my repairs are done adequately and timely. I had an absolutely terrible experience in their service department. I went in for several services (an oil change, tire alignment, etc.), but also, my side mirror had recently been knocked off and was hanging by the cable to the side of my car. I was told it would cost $900 to replace it. Six hours later, after I paid, my car was brought around and the mirror was still broken. After it was explained to me that there was a miscommunication (clearly, since my mirror was still hanging off the side of my car), I was told the part was available and that it would take them 30 minutes to fix it. Interestingly, it only took them 20 minutes to fix it. When I went out to my car, I saw that it was the exact same mirror. I asked about it and was told it was the actual "mirror" part that was replaced. I explained that that part wasn't broken. I was then shown several diagrams which were meant to explain what they had fixed. I then asked why the labor was $250 for something that only took 20 minutes to fix and was told that that was standard labor cost. I was offered the labor at the employee rate to appease me (a discount of $137). Still no one has been able to explain what actually was replaced (at a cost of $650) and why the labor on it was so expensive. The service manager was condescending and discourteous. He acted as though giving me the employee rate was a very big deal, but since I still do not see that they actually replaced anything, I have a hard time seeing that.Once I got home, I decided to look up more information about the part that was fixed. I was shocked to discover it was the entire mirror housing, despite the fact that my mirror had not been completely replaced. I emailed the service manager who sent me another diagram which did nothing to explain what was actually fixed. At this point, my father, who has worked with cars his entire career, decided to call another dealership to get a quote on that part. This dealership quoted him $501 for the part which my dealership charged me $650 for. These parts have a standard cost. They should not vary from dealership to dealership. Finally, I decided to call upper management to try to get some resolution. I have been calling twice a day for a week, but he has yet to take my calls and the service manager never replied to my last email. I am so disappointed with the service here and hope to find somewhere else to get my car repaired in the future.

The service advisor Casey was great. Offered advice and gave descriptions of services. Price was good comparable to other Alfa dealers. I use to go to Daytona Alfa glad to have a relatively local options.

Very impressed with their service department. I drive from Jacksonville to get my Alfa serviced at Greenway, bypassing the local dealer as well as Daytona. Absolutely worth the trip. Waiting on the Stelvio Quadrifoglio EV to arrive so I can purchase one here! Thanks for being awesome!

Showed up late in the after noon because I was traveling and had car troubles that i need addressed. Hunter and the technicians for Alfa Romeo went above and beyond to help me with my car. Very knowledgeable fast workers to get it completed in a timely manner so I could finish my journey to Fort Knox. Thank you for hoping me out in a time of need.

I've never had such a poor experience with customer service. This service team has left me on hold twice waiting for 40 mins +. I have yet to receive any information on the status of my vehicle. All I can hear is empty promises that someone will call me and explain the situation...have yet to get a call. It has been more than a two day wait to get any information on a car which most people are dependent on. Do yourself a favor and go to another service center.

I bought a car from them that started to overheat on my drive from the dealership home. I brought it back and was told it was checked and the overheating couldn t be replicated. I picked up the car again and the same thing happened. They reassured me it was a sensor but they would take it to Mercedes to confirm. After a week with Mercedes and another third party specialist I was reassured again it was a sensor. I purchased the sensor from Mercedes and brought it to get installed but again in the drive home it overheated again. I reached out again but got no answer. This was 6 days ago as of this writing. Customer service was great through out the purchasing process and Camilla was great. My only issue is that there s clearly something wrong with the car and it s pretty much my problem now which is not good business.

I went to Greenway Chrysler for an oil change and tire rotation on our Fiat 500. Casey the tech for Fiat was very courteous and informative as usual. They had snacks, coffee, water and soda available for free. Very good experience. We ll continue to come back here.

The absolute worst for over 10 years. I've owned 4 Fiats, and I gave up on this service center in 2018. I just went back for the first time since then. And, Nothing has changed. In 2 days, I had 2 different reps tell me they didn't have my car. And when I got my quote it was more than double what I was prepared to pay for basic repairs. This was my last visit. It's a shame that even after 10 years they can't get it together.

If you want to spend 4-5 hours for an oil change this is where you should go. first couple of time I went it took 1 to 2 hours then it took 6 hours last time I went I told them I need it asap since I booked the earliest wild change and they took 4. I love the alfa Romeo lounge there but sadly I won't be coming back.

Greenway dealership is a nice facility. The staff is very professional. We had a great experience with our salesman - Efren. He is awesome. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy, and it is a pleasure doing business with him. Efren went above and beyond to make sure our experience went as smooth as possible. We will be another car from him again.

I dropped my car off around 7pm on a Thursday with an appt at 830a the next day. The next day, I didn t get a call or anything notifying me of them properly receiving my vehicle or simply a Hey! This is what we re gonna do. So I called around 10:30a to see what s up. I was told a 2hr diag needed to be done. (Umm, my appt was 830a and you re telling me you STILL NEED to do a diag?? Well ok, what can I do. Hunter tells me it s not going to take that long and he ll work with me. Ok cool. 3hrs later, no call, but I get it, I ll just call and check in. For the life of me, I cannot reach ANYONE! Can t leave a message. The only way I can reach someone is to act as if I m making a new appt. I explain everything and they said Casey will call me back today. WELP, no call the entire rest of the evening. Come Saturday, I call around 11am. I explain again what happening, they told me a manager will call back. Jorge (sp?) calls me and explains my car parts have been discontinued and nothing can be done. Ok, it s a fiat. I m upset but there s nothing they can do about disc parts. I planned to pick up my car that evening, but find that they closed at 5p. They re website reflects differently!!! Someone walks out and he calls his boss, but basically says nothing can be done because I have a balance and no one can cash me out .. so they now hold my vehicle longer because they re closed Sunday and Monday was Labor Day. When I got there Tuesday, the energy customer service was very thin. I felt lost and no one apologized for what I had gone thru. Just a oh you could just take tout the power steering or some mechanical joke that wasn t funny. Potentially crashing isn t a joke.

Had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change a one hour job at most! Well I was sitting for four hours. In all honesty what was the point of an appointment! So I went to check on the car and I m a little aggravated at this point and one of the girls at the front laughed at me when I was trying to keep cool!! Y all hiring bc if you actually needed someone for oil changes or mechanic work let me know. You have all kids working there. Absolute Joke!

I purchased my Fiat 500Pop there in 2012, and had extended warranty that helped with my going to the better place for my car problems. I know certain problems can be pricey, but I sometimes get a good deal. I live further away, but I trust Greenway (on E Colonial) more than some others of its kind.

My oil change was done within reasonable time. Attendant was of pleasant demeanor but should be more responsible. I trusted the services but I did not check the oil, drove straight from there to Miami then noticed the oil replacement was 2/3 full. I am disappointed. I asked him to see why one tire was loosing air he gave me back the car with the PSI 13.
