I came in looking at 2023 ram 1500 trucks, I called prior to my arrival to ensure they had a certain truck and I spoke with Tyrone who is a salesman and he verified they had indeed had the truck in stock, I showed up and met Tyrone and took the truck for a test drive, the process of trading in my corvette and buying the new truck was less than 2.5 hours in total, I did not feel pushed, hassled, haggled or any of the normal dealership stuff we all complain about when car shopping, Tyrone was excellent and the Finance guy (sorry I forgot your name) was awesome as well and easy going. Would definitely do business here again in the future! Thanks for a great experience.

I went in looking to replace my 2021 Rubicon with a truck as my needs were going to be different. I had found a 2024 Rebel w/GT package online and dealt with Andre Baez. I told him which vehicle I wanted, and it was gassed up and ready to be test driven. While we test drove, they did an appraisal on the Jeep. The numbers came back great, and we started finalizing the deal. Overall got a great deal on a new '24 Ram 1500 with everything I needed for the payment I was looking for. If you need a new or used car, definitely ask for Andre Baez, he's really good at listening to his clients wants/needs.

I did not wait long at all for my Wrangler s batteries to be replaced and was explained everything so quickly and extensively. I even got text updates and complimentary wifi while I waited. Y all are the best! I couldn t recommend this business more and will be going here every time in the future.

On March 8, 2024, the service manager David Pittman, submitted my claim to have all the corrosion on my 2019 Jeep wrangler fixed. The expiration of my warranty was April 14, 2024. The claim should still be covered since it was allegedly submitted in time. He sent me a text stating he had sent in my claim. He said it would take about 6 weeks to hear back from him. I didn't hear back from him. I text him and I called him. I finally got a hold of him, and he tells me it isn't covered because it is now expired. Do not trust this service manager. I will now call corporate to file a complaint and proceed with trying to get my jeep fixed.

Monticise Davis was one of the friendliest most knowledgeable sales people I ever met! He knew all about the Heavy Duty Diesel Trucks, it s refreshing talking to a smart person who is also humble. I would be happy to business with him any day!

I went to the dealer yesterday to ask to buy a hellcat charger, the sales man was great, he took time and was kind but his manager offered a ridiculous price of 1600$ payment/75 months with 5000$ down payment. and my car (my car is 2019 charger scatpack and fully built with: wheels, tires, exhaust system, tune, air suppression 3P, full carbon fiber) so the total price for the hellcat charger will fall into The price is 150k-160k$ for a regular hellcat not even redeye, that's crazy, and there are 2 things that are very important to note: when valuing my car, the manager only considers the number of miles on the car. didn't pay any attention to what was on my car even though I tried to tell him and the worst thing about this sale was that the brand new hellcat was about 9 miles old online but when I got to the dealer The car had 470 miles on it, almost 500 mils and I asked why so much, the sales man told me that the manager regularly used the car for personal transportation so the car had almost 500 miles on it, which was ridiculous. When a customer came to buy a new car but the car had nearly 500 miles on it, I didn't know the manager's name. but he is tall and a bit older and looks like an Indian or middle easterner, and the sales man's name is Dan, he is very enthusiastic, I appreciate the sales man but am extremely disappointed in the manager in all aspects, I also asked on websites and groups about dodge cars and they said 150k for hellcat is crazy for a brand new one 500miles car, i bought 4 cars in here but this time too horrible

From first impression till the very end this dealership has been impressive. They're honest, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. Our sales rep Molos was phenomenal to work with. He makes sure to listen thoughtfully to your needs, offers great advice, and extremely knowledgeable about cars. I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase! Heck, I was able to get the car I wanted for well below MSRP in this crazy market.

What a great experience from start to finish. I needed a repair and my local Dealership wouldn t do it but Greenway did and helped me with a hertz rental. The service advisor Trace was on point every step of the way. I knew at all times without asking what was going on with my car. Sounds funny but customer service is few and for between but not at Greenway.

Went in, found a used car in my price range, and went it to talk numbers. To be clear, I get dealer fees, tag fees, and all the other nickel and dime fees that come with purchasing cars from dealerships. Total fees added jumped the $19k car price to over $25k. But included in this, they added $2K in pre inspection and reconditioning fees that were completed to be able to sell the car. I was told this is what all dealerships are doing now. This makes as much sense as going to a restaurant, and ordering a saled for 15 bucks, but then paying an extra 4 bucks for lettuce. I told him that was absurd but if he removed those fees and got my payment to a certain amount, i would be good to move forward with process. I said cool and he went to pull my credit. When he came back, they had removed 500 bucks but the remaining was still on there, so the numbers he came back with from finance were higher than i we discussed. He said he would have to see if his manager could remove it but at this point, he was supposed to have already done that. This should have been done before my credit was hit and now my credit has gone down.I am looking further into practice this with FTC .Greenway, save your blanket reply of "this is not how we aim to operate" reponse for someone else and do something about it.

This dealership get mixed reviews because I ended up buying a few cars from them over the past few years.First the good they have a good staff of people in the sales department. Obviously they ARE salespeople and want to move inventory I get that. The challenges come into play with the automatically added dealer installed packages that are not listed online so that when you get there the online price (including the small writing) does not match the actual sales price. Then, their finance folks only talk about monthly payments but ignore the actual sales price when it is inflated already. Just give me the bottom line price, then we can talk about down payments, trade in and monthly payments. This was extremely frustrating. So my wife bought her car but since the truck I purchased from Greenway was still under 36k miles, I also wanted to purchase an extended factory protection plan. Guess what, I was told by the finance manager that Mopar/Stellantis does not offer the factory plan. This turned out to be false as I had the Stellantis paperwork sitting on my desk at home offering the full bumper to bumper coverage. This dealers Assurance policy cost more and was a third party and could only be purchased as a financed product. I didn t take it and called Mopar who sold me their best warranty for less money in one payment. My truck is now covered bumper to bumper by Mopar until 100K miles.Buy a car from them, yes but do your homework and look into all the add-ons that you may or may not want to finance. The Service Department is another subject altogether and I will be nice and say that my last experience there was very good but before that point not so much. Hopefully they stay good, there is hope.

Worst place to buy a car. I purchase a truck for my business and start with problems from the first day. They force you to pay for stuff that the vehicle doesn t have. Like the paint protection. I ask to the salesman that the only thing that is want is the running boards he starts with a price and change the price 3 times because he doesn t know what he is doing. The service department even worst. The tell me that the truck have a recall and need to bring them to service to fix it. I call to make a appointment to bring the truck to service. Need to wait 15 min in the car to one of the advisers came to me and tell me that they can t check the truck because probably doesn t have the parts. That they call me back when have the parts. This never happened. I recently received messages asking to schedule to fix the recall and recommend service. I make the appointment and came again. This time waiting about 10 min and the guy tell me that the only service that they can do is oil change because the is the only thing that they can do. ( my truck have les that 5k miles) I tell about the recall and he tells me again that he thinks that don t have the parts.

I really can't give it even one star, because it is the worst service I have received from a dealer, at the time of purchasing, because they don t honor his word, they want to deceive you by adding phantom service costs to your account, supposedly it is mandatory because the vehicle already has it, when it is not true and we had to turn to a specialist to prove it and have that charge revoked. Now they do not respect the client time or their service, because they have scheduled two appointments to attend to the vehicle in service, they have called us to provide it and on both occasions, after waiting, they do not assist us because they do not have the parts and they do not have trained personnel to provide the services they offer. I have a Toyota and a Ford and I can say that they both have excellent customer service. I can give them excellence when comparing with you.

I went to this dealership to negotiate and hopefully purchase a used 2016 lexus rx, the sales person (Tristan Baeza) was very unprofessional and most unbecoming of a sales rep or even someone to be representing a dealership of this magnitude. He told me to sign a paper if he can bring the price to what I was asking. I signed, the he came back with a different price from what I had signed and was telling me to hand him all the paperwork because I can't leave the dealership with the proposed price or any documentation unless I buy the vehicle. He also informed me that the only way to buy this vehicle is buy taking a loan out with them. I ask to speak to someone from the finance office but he told me that's not how this dealership works! Greenway Chrysler Dodge ram 9051 E Colonial Dr Orlando fl 32817. How Do You Work? This is why we the people are afraid of dealership or I should say, sales rep like Tristan !

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and the experience was wonderful. My salesman, Scott went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. Definitely recommending this dealership to family/friends.

Brought my jeep there for corrosion warranty as was advised by local CJD and had to drive a hour away as this is only place close to handle this issue. Well this is since October and I get the run around. No return calls or seat on hold today was 38 minutes before I hung up. Now I find out they don't have a body shop and sub it out to Ford. But to top it off they didn't even do any paperwork for my Mopar warranty which ran out in November 2023. Talked to Supervisor today and he told me also that GM is never there and Operations Mgr in meeting. WOW They are Terrible and I will never recommend. No customer service or care about there customers it is shameful. I have text messages to support my claim and now have to deal with Corporate to get my simple fix of corrosion on hinges and hood. Gave me a headache. If I could give them zero stars I would. If this is the type of dealership you need to avoid.

Absolutely the worst place to go get any kind of service. All the employees and I mean all the employees that work in the Greenway services are all terrible. They simply just don't care about you nor your investment. To be honest , none of them could even wear there uniform correctly. Everybody looks like they don't even enjoy there job and that alone should tell you how they are going to service your vehicle . Absolutely disappointing none of them care to look into your eyes and actually have a true conversation. They just simply want you in and want you out of the building. To give you a perspective, I just went there to get my Jeep serviced and spent 4K , and in four days not even a week I had to go back because my " check engine " light came back on ... DO NOT INVEST YOUR TIME INTO THIS PLACE . Even if you find the car of your " dreams ".... I highly recommend you do not invest because god forbid you need a oil change , you might have to go back and get your engine checked because a team of mechanics forgot to put on the cap back on to close your oil pan.

I was getting the value of my car off Kelly Blue book prior to trading it in. After I traded in my car, I went into Kelley Blue book and marked that I sold the car and deleted it off my profile.I got several emails and phone calls from other companies and advised them via email and phone that the car was sold. For some reason the only dealer that continuing to call is Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep. They can't seem to understand the fact that I don't have the car any longer and keep calling me without leaving a voicemail on my Google Answering Service.

I brought my vehicle in to be serviced because the warranty mandated I goto a specific dealership. That was about 50 days ago. The manager Brian rudely told me my car "Had been ready" to be picked up. I drove in this morning to find they had not repaired either of the 2 broken assets: battery and radio. What was ready? The credit card machine?

This was my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle and it was the smoothest and easiest transaction. My sales rep was Jay (Jairo). I have no words to express how grateful I am for his impeccable customer service and the experience I had. He made sure I was approved although my credit was terrible and was able to get me a decent rate and very low down payment. I filled out my financing application yesterday afternoon and by 9pm I was in my new ride. I originally inquired about a Nissan maxima 2016 and ended up leaving with an Alfa Romeo 2019!! He was determined to get me approved and exceeded my expectations. I am in love with my new car! Moving forward, I will only go to Jay. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to your customers. I will definitely be back!

Do you like not having correspondence from the dealer? Do you live for being on hold? Do you like not having your DMV paperwork provided upon request so you can be fined by the state? Do you like being ignored after your purchase? Then this dealership is for you! If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such a train wreck of a dealer ship where it seems like no one knows what's going on or who to speak with about anything. Save yourself the headache and buy anywhere else.

Tried to buyout my lease through them on a Gladiator I originally leased from them and couldn t get anyone that wanted to help. A guy called and sent me a text asking for VIN and miles and said he would call me the next morning. I text the info but never got a call, I tried following up via text a couple times but I guess they weren t interested in that kind of business.

Extremely nice and informative. Answered all my fianc s questions on the car. Great customer service would definitely recommend going to him for your car buying needs.

I visited this location on a Saturday two weeks ago and met with service advisor Casey Pollock. I was not an appointment holder for that day, as I drove straight there with the concern that the entire liner under my car is literally falling off and I wasn t sure if it was safe to drive this way. He took my car in to look it over as I also had the concern that since my car was literally purchased Jan 31 at the Greenway Orlando Hyundai, my convertible top was shredding and I was holding it together by multiple paper clips and can t use it. My car wasn t even a month after purchase with these not so small issues. When he brought my car back to me, he told me that my car shouldn t have been sold to me with these issues and Greenway Orlando Hyundai should have made the repairs first. He then told me he would be happy to make the claim against my warranty and handed me his card to reach out when I was ready. Well, last week I emailed him twice and also called. To date, no response from either of my two emails and the woman at the front desk said she would pass along my name and phone number to him, still no return call. I am NOT happy with the sales department at Greenway Orlando Hyundai for trying to hide these issues and sell the car the way they did, especially when I flat out asked the sales guy if there were any issues with the car. That in itself is shady business. However, when I am now trying to have these issues addressed and a second dealership at Greenway is not returning my call and two emails? This is poor customer service and I am now paying for a warranty that I shouldn t have to use right off the bat but can t use because no one will contact me!!!Side note- I also reached out to Greenway s messaging system yesterday and chatted with them. They promised to have someone contact me as well. Still, no one reached out.**Update**There isn t one, to be honest. It has been two weeks since I posted this review and George in fact never never stepped in here. He never contacted me outside of his response on here which indicates to me that if I don t call, that s it. This goes to show the level of customer service I have been provided since day one from each Greenway dealership. This is sad, to be honest.

It had been several years since my last car shopping experience and unfortunately was forced into it this time due to an accident. However, David Hemmings at Greenway made this the easiest and most pleasant one ever and i came out with a beautiful SUV I love. He listened and took into account everything I told him I wanted and stuck to all my parameters. I highly recommend asking for him. Brooks was also very helpful and explained all the financing info. Thank you both very much!

My experience with this dealership was nothing short of a complete nightmare, and to be honest I doubt they care. I am an active duty Marine who was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle for my upcoming assignment, so I decided to give this dealership a chance. To start with the positive, Hiram Gonzalez was the salesman I worked with, and he was quite pleasant to deal with. He put in the effort to work on a deal that would fit my budget, which I appreciated. But that's where the positivity ends. The day I was supposed to pick up my Jeep and deliver my check, I was met with an absolute disaster. Hiram had apparently made a mistake by working the numbers on a white Jeep that I had never even test-driven before. You'd think a competent dealership would at least get the vehicle right. To make matters worse, the black Jeep I had actually test-driven was $600 more expensive than the white one.So, I had to speak with Alex, one of their managers, hoping he could resolve this mess. I explained that the mistake was entirely on their end, and I had already gone through the trouble of applying for and getting approved for a specific loan amount. I was even willing to cough up an additional $250 out of my own pocket to make things right. But no, Alex refused to take any responsibility, took an obnoxious tone, and acted as if it was somehow my fault that they couldn't get their act together. The Jeep I wanted was more expensive, and it didn't even come with the $1,000 rebate that the white one had. It was crystal clear that I was blameless in this fiasco, yet they were unwilling to find a solution. To top it all off, I had to go through the hassle of applying for a loan for a vehicle that they never even sold me. Thanks to their incompetence, my credit score took a hit. After 10 years of service in the military, where I don't exactly make a fortune, the sacrifices I have made to try and make this deal work are utterly infuriating. It's beyond frustrating when a dealership can't get their act together, and it feels like a massive slap in the face. This dealership's complete lack of accountability and terrible customer service is something I wouldn't wish anyone else to deal with. Stay far, far away or take extra precaution that they don't switch last minute VIN's on you.

The rudest most unprofessional dealership I ve ever been to. Front desk ladies are rude. They claimed I needed an appointment to purchase a vehicle. Then I meet Manny and he was worst. He also claimed I needed an appointment. The place was empty so I was confused. Then when I asked him if everyone in the dealership was always this rude he said no just today. The gentlemen in the saved the deal. Jared is the best. Jared saw the situation happened, came to introduce himself and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from him.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst experience !! I came on July 4 to do a trade in, my sales rep was JAVIER, Javier did not explain the car's functions to us nor did he allow us to drive to test it, anyways . we signed and LEO the sales agent, he changed the price 3 times! After we signed on July 4, this man called me 3 more times, changing the price, the second time I couldn't go in person so I sent my BOYFRIEND, and he signed for ME! They never gave him a copy of what he signed. I immediately called this man many times to have copies of what he signed! and it took a week to send them "he was on his days off" then something happened to us with the car, we called JAVIER and he made us go there, drive us 1 hour from our house to there to have the car checked, we arrived at 12pm and they didn't take care of us "it was already late according to the mechanic" I had to call and talk to the manager to explain. then they gave us a temporary tag, it take 1 month to send me my new registration just because I LEO "I was on vacation" how is it possible that I am the client who has to remind them what they should do at work, and that they only have one person who does this, it was impossible to communicate, I called many times! And they sent it to me the same day it expired! K have only A month with my new jeep, AND IT'S DAMAGED!!!! it was a car 0 miles! Look at the photo and you will see that I am not lying, the transmission is damaged! We called Javier and THERE WAS NO ANSWER! We left the car at another jeep dealership and it's been 2 days since I have NO car! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Or other greenway Dodge Jeep !

My service man Dave Pittman was truly outstanding. He took amazing care of me and my vehicle when I took it in for service. He had the best customer service skills. Thank you Dave for taking such good care of myself, my family and my vehicle.
