Casey provided excellent customer service. So glad I drove the extra miles to have my AR worked on. I m referring all my friends to this dealership for sales and service of other makes and models as well.

Seems very honest compared to another Alfa Romeo car dealership. The other tried to charge me $4900 but Greenway Dodge Alfa Romeo did a $300 wheel alignment and it fixed my problem. Also fast service has a courtesy van to take you anywhere within a 10 mile radius of the dealership. Went back a few days later to get a key for the vehicle expecting 3+ hours but was out of there with a new key fob in about 45 minutes and they were extremely busy.

Absolutely ridiculous for a giant shop tailored for Jeeps. Huge waste of money and time and little attention to detail! You can get better service having a service member from AutoZone plug into your car. Empty promises. If you are looking for service within the day, good luck. All of the lower staff seem burnt outGreenway Service Center is expensive and will try to get as much money out of your pocket for "problems". I took it in to fix a tension cable and get an oil change. Mentioned to different members that my brake light was out as well. Did they fix what I needed? No, they sold me a different problem and I paid a lot of money for it too. My tension cable was promised to get in the next two weeks. Did not receive any update for months even though they said they would call me back for an update. I found out through another (reliable) mechanic that the part is on backorder for 3 months.To top it off, they show how little they care about quality control by leaving my broken brake light. Nice! Tried to sell me a new transmission due to a "significant" oil leak. When I crawl under the Jeep, I see two tiny drops and there are few to no drops on the garage mat...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I am writing this message because I don t have another option. I have been a client of Alfa Romeo since 2019 and today I own two vehicles.Recently, I began to have issues with the battery on my Gulia. I immediately called the dealer to solve the issue since the vehicle would not start. I had no option but to call the dealer and ask for a tow. I was told at the dealer that the tow was included through the warranty and that I did not have to pay anything.The tow truck driver arrives three hours and a half and instead of towing my vehicle as accorded, they just jumped the car and I ended up driving it to the dealer.When I get to the dealer, I reported all the issues, especially the battery issue and that I also needed an oil change/tire rotation plus the dashboard s leather was cracking. It was confirmed at service department that my vehicle indeed was under warranty.I then waited two days (no one from the dealer called me with any updates) and then decide to drive to the dealer, since I didn t hear back from anyone. I was greeted by a service manager who told me that I didn t let anyone know about anything. In fact, the service representative that helped me two days prior was no longer working there.At the end, I was charged $199.00 dollars for a tow that never. In top of everything the battery was never changed and no tire rotation. The service department couldn t find anything wrong with it. By the way, this is the second bad battery this vehicle has had.I am asking for a full refund of all of the money paid and the battery be replaced immediately. I will also be reaching out to corporate to ensure that this issue is resolved.

I've been waiting for 10 days after I dropped off my Alpha because of the service engine light that came on. I call every day for an update... I can't get anyone to get me a answer on when it will be done or get a rental from the warranty! I'm stuck without a car using Uber for my source of transportation... I would recommend any another business other than this one!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I came in with a squeaking issue in front wheels and brought to service at greenway was told by first service supervisor that the issue could be brakes and squeak could be damaging rotor I am no mechanic so I told them I would like to replace entire brake and rotor rather then repair them, I leave my vehicle and next day I pick up and repairs are finished as I m leaving the receipt says small squeak in brakes, replacing brakes and rotors may not solve problem AND I m reading this as I m driving to work listening to my car still squeaking as I brake after paying $1200 in replacement brakes and rotors so I call to speak to manger and no manager could be found and I received no call before repairs saying the replacement parts I m paying for won t fix issue I came in for. Very bad customer service and management the service supervisor Juan Montoya was very unprofessional and was denying all fault and wasn t helping at all.I hope I can speak to a manger to resolve this issue but still waiting on call back..Service: Brake service & repair

5 hours for an oil change even after making an appointment. Worst experience, the advisor that takes you in sends you a message introducing themselves and telling you to ask of anything you need, you send them a message to get an update and 2 hours later no response. You need to go find the advisor to get an update.

Bought certified Jeep. Bought extended warranty. Screen with nav a d features bad. Getting nothing but run around trying to get fixed. After three trips to dealership they are going to send out for repair, not new fix broken. Bad news.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Slowest services I've ever seen. 2-3 hrs for only oil change? Its ok for this place. Also they tried selling me air filter twice "need to be replace" - but filter was installed couple days before. If u care about ur time - choose other place

They turned something that can usually be a stress filled process into something relaxed. The staff is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ll definitely recommend them.

I changed the oil here two times and both times in time it turned out for three hours only an oil change. It is too long.

For a simple oil change they need the entire day regardless of whether you arrive with an appointment or not.Para un simple cambio de aceite necesitan el d�a completo sin importar que llegues con cita o no
