Went here to get new tires for our RV while camping in the Orlando area. They were knowledgeable and really friendly. Their prices are fair as well. We would definitely use them again and recommended them to others. Thanks so much!!!

the worst place to call for road service,They called at 6am and they said that the technician would be there at 8am, since no one showed up they said then that it was 930am, then at 1030am and that the technician was 10 minutes away, they only told lies all morning, the technician arrived at 12am saying that he was assigned the job at 1130am. They are super unprofessional, if you can't provide customer service don't take the job.It is the rule I use with my clients. They are liars. I do not recommend it. call another place

Thank YOU ! 2days 1000 miles Blows immediately was contact the shop they Told me I have to buy another one out of my pocket! On receipt says 90 days warranty, didn t want cover I was buy 8 tires!

First called Saturday late afternoon, not expecting return call and left message of exactly tires I needed. I receiveda call back 2 hrs later thinking I was stranded motorist. I do thank the super service response and I told her I would call Monday. Called checking pricing and availability on Monday morning. Quoted good price on Goodyear endurance RSA 225/70R 19.5. Scheduled an 8am appointment for Wednesday. Upon arrival salesman was not in, and his supervisor said he miss quoted the tires and will let me know what price he can give me. I sat in the waiting room 1 hr and he never returned. I drive a Ford F450 and requires commercial tires. Being not a commercial account they had no interest in helping....5 star to the emergency response. 1 star to rest

Alexander and David were awesome. Answered all my questions, took good care not to damage the motorhome. As for the business it self they were quick to come over and replace my 6 tires. Highly recommend those guys

Poor customer service I seceduled an appointment the day before to get my truck aligned because the person over the phone told me that the "only" technician was taking the following week off and Saturday would be the only time to do it. I called prior to my arrival and the person that answered the phone told me they close at 12 I told him I had an appointment and what type of vehicle I was taking. When I arrived they told me that they had 2 cars infront of me and they close at 12, and then told me that they don't do wheel alignment on big trucks on a Saturday even though I had an appointment. Also there was no mention that they don't do big trucks on a Saturday the day before or on the call I made prior to going. If there was a negative 5 star this place would get it.

Will never use any another company for tire service again We blew a tire on our 40 foot camper just outside Disney World. Called for service and they not only gave us advice on what tires would be best on our camper but they gave us a great price. They sent an awesome service professional named Jose directly to our camp site to install the tires. Jose in the pouring rain not only changed all four tires, but he also made sure the spare was properly inflated and remounted it up below the camper. Jose took our blown out tire back to there shop and they will submit the warranty claim for the tire as well as the damage done to our camper to Good Year. One of the few times I have no reservations paying for the service I received.

Strange, I felt I was in the wrong neighborhood. I'm so white.They were fine, quick and didn't rip me off. That's really what is important. They need a better waiting room.

Well I replace two front tires in my truck pay for the tires valves balance and couple more fees that it s ok but I only have the tires instaled valves still the same and the worse no balance on my tires my truck ride like a tractor now I will need stop again somewhere and have the balance waist my time and pay again I don t recommend and don t come back

Very reasonable prices, very helpful, will answer any questions and very friendly people, today 2 years later, new management now , different peoples, same quality and friendly, will keep them in mind for next tires.

Terrible service. They will waste your time telling you they have specific tires in stock only, to tell you they don t after you ve waited 45 minutes.
