Mohamed here at Goodyear was incredible helpful. Brought my vehicle in for someMaintenance and completely explained my problems in a detailed way even a person with no car knowledge could understand. He also was extremely well communicating and my car was given to me within a few hours! Definitely will be doing most of my maintenance from here.

I come only to this specific location for my car to be serviced. Its always clear what exactly needs to be done with my vehicle and the service is always completed in a timely manner. I wouldnt go to any other place.

Through my employment with the County, Goodyear services our fleet of vehicles. Service is always done in a timely fashion, professional and with quality repairs. So much to the point where I decided to bring in my personal vehicle. I recieved the same professional treatment as well as information and diagnostic for future repairs to my vehicle. I would recommend this garage to anyone in need of quality repairs and service.. Thanks Mohamed.

Very un professional we had a customer set an appointment up from there website where we put all the customer info and the vehicle info and it gave us a price for the oil change which had 6 different prices that we could choose and we still chose one of the most expensive ones. With that being said when the woman shows up they tried to charge her 150.00 from 88 dollars which is ridiculous due to the fact that they said oh this option only gives 5 quarts of oil not 7 so for 2 more quarts of oil they wanted to charge double the price. I will add photos of the quote with all the vehicle info.

The tire tech and service advisor at this Goodyear claimed my 35" Goodyear truck tire on a 18" rim was too big for his tire machine and damaged the rim because he didn't know what he was doing. Took the tire to Tire Kingdom and the tech there told me they all have the same tire machine and the tech just didn't know what he was doing. The tech at Tire Kingdom changed the tire with zero damage to the rim. Sad that a tire shop has a "tire" tech that doesn't know how to use equipment to handle their own product.

I went to get oil change and a tune. They told me everything fixed. But as soon as i stardte the car to go home. I heard noises. They said nothing wrong it go away. A day the noise got louder. I i went back to good year. They tried to blame on the car. Please please people go to that good year service they messed up your car. They will take your money and messed up your car.

Recently moved to Florida. Used goodyear back home. Thought I'd try this one out. Great service. Made an appointment and got it taken care of. Friendly helpful staff

Made an appointment for this goodyear put in all the vehicle information and everything I got a price confirmed everything and then they tried to double the price cause they said it doesn't take 5quarts of oil it takes 7 ...so for an extra 10 dollars of oil they charged a woman double the price. Definitely do not recommend

I have been taking my vehicle there for a while now. Everyone is very friendly. I have not had any problems with my car since taking it into Goodyear. They do not over charge their customers. And do not advise parts that are not needed. Honest and good pleasant people. Highly recommend.

Took our truck in because we had two nails in one tire. Service rep took them both out and didn t charge us a dime. And never tried to sell us a tire.

Always had a good experience here. As a woman who may not be as knowledgeable, the manager were honest and did not do work that I didn't need. Very grateful for this Good year on west colonial.

My experience was a blessing, Jason has great customer service ethic. He was also very understanding and answered all my questions that I had asked, Mohamed was great at recommending different information pertaining to what he felt was best or what he recommended .They both went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease with my car.. I didn t feel like I was being pushed around because of being a woman especially. I would highly recommend.

I called Goodyear on 8/9/2023 to get pricing information and set an appointment that was set for the next day. I took car in on 8/10/2023 at 1:15 pm for an oil change. They know I'm waiting so I go sit in the waiting area. After 4 pm, I'm called to check out. I complain about the amount of time that I've had to sit here and I had an appointment. He acts as if he doesn't know anything about an appointment and they have my check-in time at a much later time so that it looks like I haven't been there as long as I actually had. To add insult to injury, the price is no where near the discussed price. The guy was basically like well I don't know who you talked to. Then I showed him that the quoted price was the same price online. He tells me that the extra fee was for oil beyond the 5 quarts, my engine takes 5.1 quarts. Are you telling me the an additional 0.1 quarts takes the advertised price of 64.99 + tax to 99.99 + tax? He never did actually explain to me why I was being overcharged. Plus they advertise free tire rotation with oil change services and I didn't get that either. The free tire rotation was one of the selling points that made me choose them over others. I left with my back hurting from sitting in that chair for so long, angry for being cheated and overcharged and down right pissed that after all that they didn't even rotate my darn tires.FIRST TIME GOING TO GOODYEAR ON WEST COLONIAL DRIVE AND IT WILL BE MY LAST!!!!

Normally a huge fan of Goodyear service centers. My regular location in Lake Worth was unable to perform a transmission fluid flush as they lacked equipment. Arranged an appointment here during a work trip. Guy at the counter warned me about changing fluid on a transmission over 150K miles which I informed him that it has been serviced before and to please proceed with the service. The shop changed my oil, rotated my Goodyear tires, and even replaced my rear brakes which I didn t know needed service. When getting my June service report from my fleet manager, I noticed I still need my transmission serviced. Looking at my receipt, this location apparently went ahead and skipped this service even though I was firm in wanting it. I am now an additional 12K miles past service and have to find another location in my area which to get this service done. Complete waste of my time. Do better!

I needed four new tires for my vehicle and I called them that morning to order them. The tires were ordered and ready for installation when I at the scheduled time. They quickly replaced the tires and I was out of there in an hour. That is great service.

Every single Good Year worker at 2575 West Colonial Drive is excellent. Store Manager name IMTIAZ MOHAMED is super great as well as Scott service manager. From the service area, Antonio and everyone else are an excellent workers So they deserve an increase on their pay.They are a super star.

I went to get my Lexus serviced here and the guy Jason was super helpful. He helped me with exactly the problem I had and recommended I replace my shocks because my car was bouncy.
