This place has been great since day one on the phone. Once I came in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Jason was very detailed when going over my car and what I can expect. He stayed in touch with me every day to keep me posted. Once I picked up my car I couldn't have been more pleases with the work. Definitely will bring my car back in if I ever need any work in the future. Thank you so much Jason and the young lady at the front desk. (Sorry I can't remember your name )

I picked Gerber to repair my windshield based on their reviews and they do not disappoint! My technician Scott Ulery was very helpful and kind, and even explained the whole process to me as he was fixing my windshield. Everything was super fast and convenient. They were able to come to my house and replace the entire windshield within 2 days after the crack spreading further the first day. I appreciate Jeff Blidner for helping me with the recalibration for my camera to make things easier for me. If you are with State Farm and need your windshield repaired/replaced, definitely work with this company!

The lack of care sets this repair shop apart from other as I was expecting a quality repair job when I seen how much my insurance was paying them. Just too see the lack of quality and following threw with the job my back seats no long have seat belt fasteners numerous missing clips, resurfaced wheel looks horrible along with clear coat on my back seats and they have yet to return my call even the damage repair is sloppy if I remove the trim in the truck area you can just see how unofficial the job looks. I would personnally never recommend. The only thing that actually looks good on the car is the paint which is only for a first impression I am very disappointed. My vehicle was kept for a long amount of time. They kept it 3 days longer than I was originally told so they delivered it to me... after I drove it I quickly realized it was not finished being repaired on. So I had to drive it back out to them. I then noticed a hard orange substance that the manager told me was probably sauce... they didnt clean it off.. also while my car was with them it recieved extra scratches on the back and they did not fix all the scratches from my repair. Manager Tiffany is nice though...Edit: I left a voicemail with Mark's office and have not recieved anything back as to when we can get the repairs fixed.

I had my Honda repaired here after a tree vs car accident. The repair was timely and the end result was fantastic.Today I bring my chevy in to get an estimate for some scratches on the trunk of the vehicle. Instead of just an estimate, my car was taken to the back and the personnel here buffed out most of scratches Free of charge. Top notch shop with top notch people.

Step mother came to get an estimate for my car while I was unavailable, they gave her a hard time because she was an immigrant a d her english wasnt very good. Although Im thankful they did the estimate, wasnt flattered that they were talking down about my step mother being an immigrant and that they did things differently here in america in terms of speaking and driving.

A young driver merged into my Pontiac causing superficial body damage. Checking the reviews, I was originally concern by the previous reviews. My fears were groundless. This is a professional staff who take their jobs seriously. The emails and texts updating the status of your repair are constant and appreciated. The insurance company handled the repairs and I received a free wash and was to boot. I'd like to give Gerber five stars but the spartan, inhospitable waiting area precludes that.

I really wish I could leave no stars. This place is a nightmare! My insurance company sent my car here after I was in a hit and run accident. My car was deemed undrivable by my insurance company due to a shake that started after the accident. The day I picked my car up( which it kept getting push back day by day) it was still shaking and was pulling really bad. Get home to realize they didnt even finish the body work!! Called and was told by the manager that he had "personally test drove the car and it was driving great". Took it back for repairs again and was put into a rental. A few days go by and I call for an update, the front desk girl tells me it could POSSIBLY be done by 5pm. I ask her nicely to please give me a call that it is for sure done and I'd come pick it up since I dont live very close. I call back the next day to ask and I get told in a rude tone "I told you yesterday it was done" (my husband was a witness to this). So we head that way to pick it up. I realized we were going to be late so I ask my husband to call and tell them we will be getting there at exactly their close time and this SAME WOMAN tells us it's actually not ready because "something is wrong with the axles".... some how the first time they had my vehicle, THEY MISSED MY AXLES BEING MESSED UP! My husband speaks to the manager that "test drove my car" the first time and now he feels a shake a 20 mph. I believe he is just extremely lazy and doesnt double check their work! I finally get the car back a week later, theres still something off while driving it and they also damaged the INTERIOR of my car! The frame that holds my gear shift boot in place is now shattered and shows the top of the housing for the transmission. But of course they deny it! This place is a joke!

I wish I would have read these reviews earlier. My girlfriend recently had her Jeep repaired here. Long story short we brought the vehicle back 4 times for issues. We were finally told that the repair was "industry standard" and they couldn't do any better. We couldn't really take that for an answer because literally the truck, which only has 50k miles on it, was not drivable. We searched google and Yelp and found a highly rated shop for a second opinion. It was crazy all the things they found wrong with the truck, including, get this, the FRAME was no good. It was only later that I learned that these guys are in business with the insurance companies. The insurance company recommended this place because they use counterfeit and even junkyard parts, all to save the insurance company money. I must admit, I feel pretty stupid now looking back on it. They didn't want me to go there because they were concerned with a proper repair, they are only concerned with saving money. The insurance company that sent me here was USAA, but I have since learned that other insurance companies also participate in these shady tactics. If your insurance company sent you here, I would recommend finding a reputable auto shop to double check their work.

What a disaster. Save yourself the time and money and get your repair done at a real shop the first time. I'll have to have it repaired a second time and redo Gerbers "repairs."Trailblazer was hit by an elderly family member. Family member takes it to Gerber despite my suggestion to take it to a real shop. Gerber takes a look and gives him an estimate and Gerber does work. Except they miss damage done to the driver's door panel. The truck is dark grey and somehow Gerber's estimator misses three spots on the leading edge of driver's door with paint missing down to bare metal. As soon as I get the truck back (I don't live in town) that's instantly what I see. Also there are swirls in the paint where it's been buffed and buffing compound is still on the truck in several spots and caked around the running light like it wasn't finished. I point out still unfixed damage to family member and they take it back to Gerber.Different estimator comes out and starts giving elderly family member a hard time that work will be three times the original price. Finally original estimator comes out and is shown the damage he missed the first time. He slaps some touch up paint on it and calls it good. The paint was removed down to bare metal and his touch up repairs look like a toddler found some nail polish. The paint is bubbled and ridged and stands out on the dark grey color. Also, the paint isn't smooth or at the same height as the surrounding paint. This is entirely unacceptable but somehow this crappy jobs meets Gerber's standards not once, but twice.Absolutely save yourself the time and expense. Gerber's customer service has been horrendous, the workmanship hideous and now I have to go somewhere else and get it done correctly.

I ve given them so much business in the past and they treat me horrible now. Terrible customer service , they don t answer their phones . They don t return calls . They don t work with car rentals to make process easier . I will never give them any more business . I will be talking to my insurance company to remove them as preferred centers!!!

Me and Scot Phillip's live in the same household the first experience we had with them was terrible we were lied to and much more but today the technician Scott came out to do my moms window and changed our thoughts on the company at least our thoughts on the technician that is. The office lady Theresa needs retrained on how to speak to customers and handle things Thank you Scott for coming out today and taking care of my moms truck

Worst business I've ever dealt with they have lied to us multiple times told me I could not get my refund after I paid them $700. Was told that she would have to talk to her manager first which wouldn't be until later in the day. But when someone pays you to do work and you dont complete the work or even start the work you should be able to be refunded and go somewhere else. I highly dont reccomend me this office..

If I could rate them 0 stars. They are liars and scammers and seem to be in cahoots with the insurance companies to fix as little as possible. Do not recommend. Their staff is also very unprofessional.

Take care using this Gerber, they are very unprofessional and works really bad, they keep my car for more than 1 month and every time they left worst details on paint and damage other parts of the car, I have to change for a different gerber workshop to finish the job.
